  1. I was confused who was playing heel and face in this match, nevertheless it was a fun TV match that was action packed. The moonsault landing was a little clunky regarding the sell, however that's a minor quibble. The commentators put both guys over well in this. **3/4

[2000-05-01-WCW-Nitro] Hulk Hogan vs Mike Awesome

I thought this was a surprisingly fun brawl. Hogan was super motivated. However the finish didn't really help Awesome at all, but kept the interest with Kidman leading up to the PPV. **3/4
  3. Fun for what it was, short enough where I didn't lose attention. I thought the first stop sign shot my AJ was vicious as hell, and it was lucky the sign didn't fly off in to the crowd. **1/2

    [2000-02-12-NWA Wildside-TV] Mega Rumble

A Battle Royal contested by what was basically a load of fat out of shape wrestlers in t-shirts. AJ Styles being insulted and just standing there taking it kinda killed any credibility he had before the match started. Wildside had it's flashes of good/great, but this wasn't it, just a load of dudes working sloppily who can't punch for toffee.
  6. I thought that Regal's facials when Sierra was working him over were great. A nothing match all in all save the awesome Regal pose pushing his bicep up after he won the match.
  7. I hated the camera work during the 3 Count dancing gimmick at the start of the match, looked eally looked low rent in my view. I bet Kevin Dunn would have loved it though. Fun TV match with PG-13 always being great value. Awesome looking Frog Splash from Shane Helms during the match. Awful finish, Evan Karagias stunk, and his timing was off by about 15 seconds as he stood on the apron clutching a stop sign. It was like time stood still. Brought the match down a peg for me.
  8. I actually enjoyed this for what it was. David Flair is awkward, but he didn't stick out to the point where it was embarrassing. I enjoyed J.C Ice celebrating thinking his team won for what seemed liked ages after the bell rang. *1/2

Have you ever cried watching wrestling?

I have, on occasion shed a tear or two during an emotional moment. The most recent was the speech the RnR Express gave at the WWE HoF. Touching stuff.

    Current New Japan

I am really looking forward to this years G1. I expect Omega to get the win over Okada so they're 1-1-1 leading in to the likely blow off at Wrestle Kingdom. A lot depends on Omega committing to more years with New Japan. I am also hyped to see ZSJ vs. Yuji Nagata. All in all I am excited for what's to come.

  18. Anything that evokes a response could be argued as being art. Trolling is art now too? I mean there is an art to being a good troll but I wouldn't call trolling art. Some say Trevor is an artist.

    Dave Meltzer stuff

I have said this multiple times, but it's worth repeating I feel: If Dave rates a match x stars, it's x stars to him. If you rate it at xy stars then it's xy to you. It's all subjective. He's clearly not taking them seriously anymore, so why does anyone else?
