  1. OMG. This match has never aired and it might be their best match between these 2 teams to ever air which says a lot. This is a classic feud . We have tons of matches between the 2 teams. This is the best. The opening shine set the pace early, and it was great.Cornette might have had one of his all time great performances. He gets the crowd into a total lather. He does a modified Wrestle War 90 spot with the ref. Except better because it never gets over the top. He does this all without the tennis racquet. When the MX get on the heat they just beat the hell out of Tommy Rogers. The crowd is insane here. Corny cheapshotting throughout. Fulton was great at always running out to try to protect his partner, but just can't. Fulton's work on the outside can't be overlooked because he added so much gravatis to the situation. They tease a hot tag, but the MX knock Fulton off the apron. The crowd is insane, and they want to kill Corny. Several of them look to lynch him. The cops are even nervous at this point. Finally, we get a hot tag and when I say the crowd erupts, it's not hyperbole. When The Fantastics go over it was like Jordan hitting the bucket against Craig Ehlo. This is everything I love about wrestling 4 1/2*
  2. This was fun for what it was. Ladd is a smart worker still. Brad was good showing fire underneath. The crowd was hot for Brad's comeback. Just too short. 2 1/4*
  3. Billy is a type of worker that Kamala could have a good match with. I loved the early brawling. I even liked Kamala's nerve hold.for the 1st 2 minutes at least. This is where Billy sold it wonderfully. I loved him balling his fist trying to get the nerves going in his arm.We get a comeb*.ck that is short lived. Then to a fun finish. I enjoyed aspects of the match, and want to see a rematch. 2 1/4.*.
  4. This was fine for what it was. Way too short to tell much of a story. Still the finish set up a variety of stuff. Like multiple ref stip, , special ref, No DQ etc. 2*
  5. Kerry Von Erich vs Gino Hernandez 12/27/84 This was a really good match. In some earlier Gino we saw this opportunistic young punk who wasn't afraid to throw hands. Here he's morphed into this charismatic, big bumping, stooging heel who's a heat magnet. This was 2 rings and they used them. Gino did some cat and mouse spots. It was a fun back and forth bout. By the end Keryy's bleeding. 3 1/4* I think this might be new.
  6. Rock N Roll Express/Duggan vs Doc/Dibiase/Hercules 12/27/84 2 1/2* This is a new one. I found this more fun than good, and a match that was suited better live than for people watching it at home. You had a match going on in each ring, while you had one wrestler in between each ring that could tag in and out to each ring. This is a pretty cool premise and wonder if it started in Houston. I will say their is a lot to digest but super fun stuff.
  7. The Buddy Landell vs Butch Reed shoe shine match wasn't much,Now the post match was tremendous fun and made me pop.I think the date on this is 12/7/84.
