    Gulak's Main Event run continues this week with another brief 6 minute singles match against a former 205 Live frequent opponent. It's always cool watching Gulak sporadically pop up as he always delivers. This is mostly Gulak working as a base and catching Tozawa's offense for the most part and the highlight is Tozawa running on the ring apron and then diving on top of a Gulak off the ring steps with a cannonball. There's a nasty Gulak slam on here always. Pretty easy way to spend 6 minutes.

    This was beautifully structured & built; started off w/ the Lucha lads attacking Tozawa & Hideo right away, stunning them. They run wild on them for a while, until Tozawa & Hideo get back into things and isolate Dorado completely from Metalik. Dorado's FIP segment is wonderful; the work by Hideo & Tozawa over him was fantastic - this was my first time watching the Tozawa & Hideo tag, and I loved the contrast between them; Hideo is still the nasty heel, demanding respect & ripping Dorado's mask, while Tozawa is Tozawa. It's pretty great. Metalik coming in with that big dive OUT OF NOWHERE was awesome & the whole finishing stretch with them going balls to the walls was terrific as well. Fantastic stuff. ****

    This was very good. I never think of TJP as a really good wrestler or anything, but he often has these sneaky good performances. This was one of them. Loved his arm targeting & overall control of Tozawa - he was awesome on the offense. Tozawa was really good selling & fighting from underneath as well. Very good dynamic, very good performances, very good match. ***3/4

    Tozawa as the fired up charismatic babyface seeking for revenge & Kendrick as the ruthless veteran using dirty tactics to try and shut up the kid. Awesome stuff. ***3/4
