  1. One of the less technical T2P matches, but there are still a handful of holds shown here that you won't see anywhere else. This was actually made fun by both guys having a ship on their shoulder and punting eachother hard between all the moves. Owashi is all sorts of fun her like a mini Taue with nifty power offense. I prefer this type of short match with a couple big moves over a drawn out 25 minute epic.
  2. The constant clipping was really annoying, but you still get a pretty fun match here. Essentially Milano absolutely dominates Saito with his whacky holds and Saito has to find ways to fight back. Saito was a little on the bland side here, altough he sold fine and had a nice german suplex, while Milano looked like a star. Especially liked his big abisegiri right before finishing off his opponent which was a very japanese touch as opposed to the more hybrid style that T2P was using.
  3. This match is famous because of the clip where Inoki gets in the ring and punches Nakamura. There was nothing exciting about the match itself; I mean this would've been fine as a midcard tag, but as a Dome main event...? There are some solid exchanges and a brutal soccer kick finish but that's it pretty much. Kashin adds nothing (shocker!) and the potential fun matchups don't deliver their potential. Nakamura was pretty mediocre here so I guess he deserved to get punched. He was working like a US indy guy in the opening portions and that's a real disgrace. He also put up very little fight against Fujita during the finish. There is a little bit of Fujita and Nakanishi crowbarring eachother, and Nakanishi manhandling Kashin, but not enough really. Worst of all is they never really engaged the crowd.
  4. CMLL was ridiculously loaded with great wrestlers in the 90s. It was funny to watch Santito and Negro Casas working as a best buddy tag team complete with synchronized sequences and hot tag after their year long rivalry. This was a high end workrate tag, the afromentioned Santo/Casas double teames were extremely intricate and executed perfectly. Also, because Casas and Fuerza were somewhat feuding at this time („Somewhat“ because nothing really seemed to come out of it... thanks, CMLL bookers) their exchanges were pretty violent, Fuerza throwing punches and Negro booting him in the face. It may come as a shock since he's been a clown for so long, but once upon a time Mr. Niebla could bring the workrate too. Black Warrior took some huge bumps and hit a great dive. This hit all the spots.
  5. Talk about it here.
