  1. *Broadcast date 12/19/2018 This was a really exciting hard-hitting match. Joe Coffey just beats the hell out of Travis but can't seem to put him down. The moment Travis gets a bit of momentum and attempts a baseball slide he gets hit with an uppercut on the outside, dragged across the floor and swung into the barricade by Coffey, showing no regard for his wellbeing at all. Good stuff on an otherwise very boring show. ***3/4
  2. Flash Morgan Webster with that amazing babyface performance! Travis Banks looking & feeling very fresh w/ that heel turn! I love it. The beginning set the pace of the match - I love me a good Superman Punch spot, and the one Travis delivered to Webster after they shook hands was GREAT. After that it's mostly Travis on top while Flash makes some awesome, fiery comebacks; one fella said that Webster's performance was very Daniel Bryan -like, and I can agree with that. He was absolutely rocking my world with those brief comebacks he got - LOVED those suicide dives he hit. Travis was really damn good working on top too, with that smug look on his face the whole time. Excellent match w/ an excellent dynamic. ****
  3. What an outstanding tag match. Started off with Ringkampf working over TJ Cooper, and I truly enjoyed that - Axel Dieter Jr. looked very impressive. Once we we're done with that, SPPT got the control by their heel tactics and they worked over Axel Dieter Jr. in great fashion, and then my god, it was time for WALTER to come in and wreck shit up! Then they basically went balls to the walls PWG style without going overboard & the match remained fantastic till the end. So far the best tag match I've seen this year. ****1/4
  4. This was well on it's way of being a **** match, but then the finish happened. Usually stuff like that doesn't bother me much, but this time it was so goddamn confusing that it made the match lose quite a bit of it's fire. But yeah, it is what it is - if we do not count the huge botch by the ref in the finish, this was an absolutely kickass match. Mark Haskins & Travis Banks kicked the crap out of each other & it was lovely. Very strong performances by both. ***3/4
  5. Gallagher & Banks killed it with this excellent sprint. Just super fun, great back & forth action between two wrestlers with some really great looking offense. ****
  6. Big Keith & Travis were an absolute hit together w/ Keith doing his dominating big man shtick, being excellent at it as always, & Travis being a fantastic underdog fighting from underneath with his fiery, action packed comebacks. An absolutely fantastic PROGRESS debut for Keith Lee. ****1/2
  7. Just a crazy match with Banks & Riddle trading excellent looking, brutal strikes & bombs all the way through. I absolutely loved it. ****1/2
  8. These 2 have had strong matches against each other everywhere they've faced & here they had their best one yet. Just a super intense, total slug/bomb -fest between two great offensive wrestlers. Great stuff. ****1/4
  9. They went for an epic to finish the tournament & sure delivered one. The interferences by BSS & CCK were done really well. Lots of big moves, awesome atmosphere, fantastic drama & great fire from Travis Banks. ****
  10. Started off with some comedy w/ the crowd chants & all, but once we got down to the real business here, things got really good. Got an awesome FIP segment w/ TK Cooper, loved the work that Trent & Tyler did over him. Really good hot tag by Travis Banks too. After that they decide to go balls to the walls with all action, and it was so, so, SO much fun - helps that they didn't go into the overkill zone either. Great opener. ***3/4
