This one I found quite interesting. Bret's take on the year 1992.

 

Bret talks about a conversation about Chief Jay Strongbow where Bret was one of 5 or so names of guys who would be the next world champion.

 

Has there been any talk about who the other names were?

 

I know by this time Bulldog was IC champ so would that rule him out of being a top contender?

 

Trying to think who possibly could have been on the list I think Tatanka could have been a viable contender with him being undefeated from early 92, maybe Undertaker as he had a short run the previous year.

 

I don't think Macho would have regained it if they were looking for someone different, same for Warrior as I know they had house show matches the previous month.
