He always seemed to be the better Windham bro when it came to both being a wrestler and being a good WWE wrestler. Dude was always killing it no matter what dumb shit they wanted him to do, and he never got a fair chance at anything past NXT level because he didn't have the right physique. I mean, dude did the best he could considering the genetics he had to work with. Unfortunately, he seems to be yet another person WWE beat the love of pro wrestling out of. He was roundly criticized as one of the sloppiest, least coordinated, least-compelling performers on the roster during his NXT run as a face, slightly enjoyed as a heel but still frequently criticized as being bad in the ring, then his main roster run was him doing a motivational lap around the ring and getting squashed. The only truly memorable Bo stuff I can remember was him continually trying to sneak back into Full Sail, which was indeed hilarious. Bray always pissed me off with his promos that led to nowhere and were so "deep" in meaning. In a vacuum he wasn't great, but his reign was well booked IMO. Great delusional heel.
