Very realistic show at the High School. I love that the Rougeaus got the headline spot retaining over the Hangmen. This was also a great way to showcase the younger and lower card talent.

Greensboro got a great night of action.

Sullivan vs. Vachon might be the craziest brawl these fans will ever see.

Bart gets a huge win over Arn and counters JJ's shoe. Big night for the cowboy.

Nikita and Spivey is one hard hitting main event that's worth the price of admission.

Good work banging out these house shows!

BC:Wrestling fans welcome to another episode of Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling. Wrestlings most exciting hour sanctioned by the National Wrestling Alliance, the very finest pro wrestling in the world. I'm Bob Caudle alongside Tony Schiavone and Tony we're a little over 2 weeks away from the event that has been the talk of the wrestling world,I'm talking about Halloween Havoc.

TS:That's right Bob & we've got some exciting news to share. As you saw in the opening video package fans "Downtown" Denny Brown scored the win for his team in a 6 man tag against the trio of NWA World Jr Heavyweight Champion Eric Embry alongside Doug Somers & Gary Royal collectively known as Radiance. By virtue of scoring the winning fall Denny Brown has earned the right to challenge Embry for the World Jr Heavyweight Championship & that match will take place at Halloween Havoc. We can also confirm that Mid-South has selected all 5 of its representatives for the big tournament. From Mid-South we have,NWA North American Champion "Hacksaw" Butch Reed,"Soul Man" Rocky Johnson,Bad News Allen,A man who had quite a run here in Mid-Atlantic before our hiatus "Captain Redneck" Dick Murdoch & get this fans,Ted DiBiase has earned a spot in the tournament which is in addition to teaming with Steve Williams to defend the NWA World Tag Team Titles against The Minnesota Wrecking Crew.

BC:My Goodness Tony Mid-South is clearly sending their best no doubt about it. I'm sure CCW has done the same.

TS: They certainly have so far Bob. From CCW we have, NWA Continental Champion "Nature Boy" Buddy Landel,NWA Southeastern Champion "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes *HUGE POP*,& Continental Television Champion Terry Taylor are their first 3 entrants. The final 2 will be selected tomorrow night right here on WTBS Channel 17 in a Two Ring battle royal. And speaking of battle royals, I can report that the "Last Rope" battle royal to determine the 16th entrant into the tournament will be held here on MACW TV on Friday October 29th during a special episode airing from the WTBS studio in Atlanta Georgia! BC:My Word I'm not sure the ring can contain that much talent. Wrestling fans Halloween Havoc is shaping up to be the biggest event of my career and I hope to see you at the Omni. But enough talking let's get to the ring for our opening contest.

Match #1

"The Missouri Tiger" Jeff Gaylord defeats The Executioner with a spear right after the opening bell!

Commercial+Bob Caudle runs down the MACW House Shows for the coming week.

(We return to a VTR from the Four Horsemen relaxing on the beach. Ole says he wasn't sure DiBiase & Williams would be dumb enough to fall for their "little trick" last week,he then rephrases that it was mainly DiBiase he wasn't sure would go for it but either way for once he doesn't mind being proven wrong. Arn chimes in that last week wasn't personal, that's just how the Horsemen say "hello" What happens at Halloween Havoc won't be personal either, they'd do the same to "any 2 chumps who thought they could keep us from what's rightfully ours". Flair says people keep asking what'll happen if he & Tully are the ones in the finals. He says he finds the question offensive, OF COURSE he & Tully will meet in the finals who's gonna stop them "nobody that's who". Tully says he & Ric ALWAYS understood they'd end up fighting for the top prize, that's what happens when you put the 2 greatest wrestlers on the planet in the same group. He & Ric may be friends but they agreed to be businessmen first & they both know having control of the NWA World Heavyweight Championship "regardless of who holds it is best for business" . Dillon finishes by saying that Halloween Havoc will go down in history as the night the Four Horsemen became the "undisputed masters" of professional wrestling.

Match #2

The Interns defeat Cruel Connection with a powerslam/big splash combo on Cruel Connection #2.

Commercial+Promo for Halloween Havoc

(We return to Bob Caudle sending us to taped comments sent in by Nikita Koloff from "the Siberian wilderness" We see footage of a forest filled with massive trees, almost unnaturally still before the camera lands on a man performing pull-ups using a tree branch. Nikita notices the camera & drops to the snow covered ground. Shirtless despite the cold Nikita stares straight down the camera & declares matter of factly that no one can keep him from regaining what he NEVER truly lost. Not "Randy Macho", Not "Dusty Rose",Not "Ted Dee-bee-us-see". "ALL SHALL FALL BEFORE NIKITA"! The video end on Nikita giving a "most muscular" pose, tounge sticking out, intensity pouring off the screen)

Match #3

Chris Benoit w/JR Foley defeats Billy Two Eagles with a Dragon suplex.

Commercial+Promo for Halloween Havoc

(Before the next match we hear comments from Kevin Sullivan. He says he feels a storm coming for MACW. A darkness that shall cover every corner of the land. And when it does MACW shall be reborn as a "kingdom of sin" where only the strongest shall survive. The rebirth shall start on the 29th when The Great Kabuki defeats 14 "infidels" to win the final spot in the tournament. He finishes telling the MACW roster to "give your souls to your God now for soon your blood shall belong to Abudadeen"

Match #4

"Dangerous" Dan Spivey defeats Red Skull with a powerbomb.

Commercial+Promo for Halloween Havoc

(We return to see Caudle joined by JR Foley. Foley says the "campaign to civilize this savage continent is proceeding apace" and shall proceed to the next phase in 2 weeks time when his "African warrior" destroys 14 men to claim the final spot in the Halloween Havoc Tournament. When Kamala becomes NWA World Heavyweight Champion he says he says "even the most thick headed yank" won't be able to deny the superior nature of the Commonwealth and shall fall in line as he leads them to a new golden age)

I agree with Bob Caudle. Halloween Havoc is shaping up to be the event of a lifetime. I still can't believe the talent involved. I also love the hype for the battle royal. Adds even more importance on the tournament.

I think you're on to something with Gaylord. Give him a string of squash matches to get him over. He has the look to make this work.

Lol, the horsemen are living life and chilling on the beach. Well, their partying and relaxing seems to be working for them.

Interns win the battle of masked teams.

Exact opposite of the Horsemen video as we see Nikita training in the snow. Very intimidating.

Kevin Sullivan always knew how to give one evil promo.

Dan Spivey lives up to his 'Dangerous' moniker.

JR Foley is doing some great work here. With all the heel factions, he's certainly hanging in there with them.

Richmond is in for a great night of action.

Road Warriors end the show with a devastating win over Brutha's in arms.

Great show!

Bassarab gets the night going with an electrifying win.

Barbarian had one of the best big boot finishes in the business.

Brutha's and El Santo score some pretty big wins.

Nothing solved between Luger and Sullivan

Nobody gets up from the Russian Sickle!

Not the best move for the Assassin.

Dream match main event! Finally JJ's shoe tactic backfires. Fans go home very happy.

Good God, you all are stacking that Halloween Havoc card, and that Battle Royal on MACW TV before it isn't going to be too shabby either!!

Glad to see Gaylord getting some wins here! I think he can be a nice midcarder.

Good promo's for both The Horseman and Nikita. "Randy Macho" was great.

Sullivan and Luger is turning into a wild feud. I smell a gimmick match in the future!

Koloffs destroying the cowboys would have been a fun watch. Especially Nikita ripping the head off of Dirty Rose

Big win for Harley and Savage over the Horseman!

Mid Atlantic is certainly heating up! Looking forward to seeing where all of it goes!!

MACW is rock'n the house show loops!

Gaylord continues to rise the ladder. His spear is no joke.

YES! Whatley and Conway are together again!!! I loved this team IRL and love this team in our game.

Whoever booked the Road Warriors vs. Assassins and Sullivan vs. Stevens deserves a raise. These matches would of been a blast to watch.

WOW! Renegade Warriors arrive and within days they are the NEW Mid Atlantic tag champs! Beating the Rougeau's is a huge accomplishment, especially after their epic heel run. The Renegade Warriors are over with the fans before they even get on TV. Great job!

MACW TV

Friday October 22nd 1986

On Commentary:Bob Caudle & Tony Schiavone

Ring Announcer:David Crockett

Airing from the Flora County Civic Center in Greenwood SC

(We open the show with a series of clips from last weeks show in Richmond before the opening montage set to "The Hit" by Richard Myhill. We then send it to Caudle & Schiavone in front of a joint NWA MACW logo)

BC: Wrestling fans welcome to Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling, professional wrestling's most exciting hour sanctioned by the National Wrestling Alliance. I'm Bob Caudle alongside Tony Schiavone & Tony we're getting ever closer to what promises to be the wrestling event of the fall Halloween Havoc!

TS: We certainly are Bob. We're just 9 days away from that event, the face of which has changed immensely. Fans who watch Continental Championship Wrestling already know this but earlier this week the NWA World Heavyweight Champion Magnum T.A was in a car accident. Magnum was taken to the nearest hospital, we can report that he is in stable condition & is resting comfortably but there are serious questions about his future in the wrestling business. We are asking you all to keep Magnum & his family in your prayers we here in Mid-Atlantic certainly are. Switching gears fans, there's more news from CCW. Last week they held a 2 ring battle royal to determine their final 2 representatives for the tournament at Halloween Havoc, Those 2 men being Brad Armstrong & "Wildfire" Tommy Rich. They'll be joining Buddy Landel & Terry Taylor. They were scheduled to be joining "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes but due to a injury suffered at the hands of Bruiser Brody & Killer Khan Dusty has not been cleared to compete. While that is unfortunate news to be sure CCW has found a suitable replacement in Mr Olympia. If you've never seen Mr Olympia fans you're in for a treat. Bob it's proving to be a winding road heading into Halloween Havoc.

BC: That it is Tony. Fans we've got some more big news for you a little later in the broadcast but I think we've talked enough. Let's head to the ring for our opening contest.

(The Youngbloods enter the scene to a rousing ovation) Gentlemen welcome to Mid-Atlantic. The wrestling world wants to know, what is going through your minds becoming champions in such quick fashion.

MY: Thank you Bob Caudle. This is a very emotional moment for Chris & myself. You see longtime fans of Mid-Atlantic will remember our brother Jay God rest his soul spent a good portion of his career in this part of the country & as I'm sure you remember Bob he held this Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Titles on 4 separate occasions. These belts have meant a lot to the Youngblood family & we were sick & tired of water those Rougeau twits bringing shame on the titles our brother worked so hard to make mean something. From now on these belts will be carried with the dignity & respect they deserve & that means they will be defended against ANY team with the courage to challenge for them. The Renegade Warriors are here & with God & Jay as witness we're on the warpath! (The Youngbloods leave to another rousing ovation)

Great reporting on the Magnum T.A. and Halloweeen Havoc situations.

You gave a true MACW feel by showing the highlights from the week's big events including the tag title change.

Good promo by Luger.  Let's see if he can back up his words.

Good, realistic use of Foley and Chase.  I like this approach and eventually they will be ready.

Best part of the show... Hank Hill and Dale Dribble show up!  LOL.  Hope they come back each week.

Really nice card for Albany.

Props to you, Mid South and Continental for doing such a great job working together under the NWA banner.

Gaylord continues to get over.

Youngblood's arrive to TV! Solid promo and a very nice tribute to Jay. Jay was defiantly a Mid Atlantic favorite.

Luger is pumped up and even puts his TV title on the line in an open challenge match. I wonder which one of the Spectral hand will accept. Bold move for Luger.

Harts get a good TV win. Can they continue this momentum against Brutha's in Arms?

Slater's the man!

Can't wait for next week's non physical encounter between Dibiase/Williams and the Andersons.

Renegade Warriors are off to a great start taking down the RnR Phantoms. LOL, what a great name.

I'm sure the fans in Albany will pack the house.

Embry ends the show with a big win over long time favorite Mr. Wrestling 2.

All roads lead to Halloween Havoc!
