The Tag Rope: A Re-Introduction and Seeking Issue #6 Contributors

Hi there.

 

My name is Ryan Carse and I don't post here anywhere near as much as I should considering the knowledge and thought-provoking discussion that's produced on a regular basis.

 

Some of you may know that I'm the editor for a quarterly professional wrestling magazine called The Tag Rope. We've been running for a little over a year now, and I'm incredibly proud of the standard of publication that we've been able to produce on a consistent basis.

 

We believe in presenting a completely different form of wrestling magazine than anything else on the market. Long-form articles, original artwork and captivating photography are the credos which we want to ingrain in The Tag Rope, and thanks to an amazing team of contributors — including Loss, Bill Thompson and InYourCase from this very forum — we've been able to do just that.

 

The reason I'm posting this topic is to both bring our magazine to your attention, as well as make a formal enquiry for interested contributors for Issue #6. We fully encourage contributors to write about subjects that matter to them, whether it be a look at the impact of technology on sports entertainment, from the humble video cassette all the way up to the modern day of immediate streaming or a retrospective piece on a Bunkhouse Buck vs. Dustin Rhodes match from twenty years ago.

 

Our next issue is set for release in September/October, and I've included a few sample images below to show you how our articles are typically presented. We do also have a free ebook available compiling our first four issues, released to commemorate our one-year anniversary earlier this year.
