Zenjo Posted April 2, 2017 Author Report Posted April 2, 2017 An enjoyable contest that kept me interested throughout. It was keenly competitive and could've swung either way. The first half featured skilled matwork from both men. Then it switched to striking. This clearly favoured Funaki who was younger and stronger. The vet knew every trick in the book however and worked in his cheapshots. Actually Fujiwara could've written a whole new volume to the Great Book of Cheapshots. In the end youth prevailed as Funaki picked up a big win. Quote
