Right after SummerSlam is when WWF's business takes a sharp downturn, they don't match this show in terms of buyrates until 1998.

Checking my review notes from the Team Challenge Series "draft" episode, Baron VR actually is given Big Van Vader as one of his team. It's actually funny/sad to watch as the storyline AWA execs blunder things during the "draft" and it feels very true to life. They are supposed to have the wrestler names in a bingo ball hopper but screw up several times and force Lee Marshall to ramble on to cover for them.  (The show also features Larry Z cutting a promo on the Christian Elite. )

Kriz and Bix,

Were you guys aware of the audio problems with Bruce at the beginning of the show?  I'm assuming it was Skype.  It would be nice if there was a workaround for the future.  Hate to miss a good part of what was a tremendous show  because it became almost unlistenable with the in-and-out feed on Bruce's line.
