INT: Mod Squad & J.D.Costello - J.D.’s mother has passed away and he has inherited everything from her (worth $20 million).  He then introduces his ‘Costello Dynasty’ which includes Tony Falk, Abdul Gadaffi and Pat Rose.  He tries to recruit Dutch Mantel, then Dutch comes out takes $445 from J.D. says they have a deal, and just leaves.  No contract is signed, and J.D. is not happy.

12. Dutch Mantel & Pat Tanaka vs Tony Falk & Keith Eric - J.D.Costello comes out to confront Mantel. After the match he gets in the ring with him but the Dynasty all come out to beat on Dutch.
