The National Wrestling Alliance will be running an event titled The Parade of Champions on Thursday March 31 in Fort Worth, Texas (a short drive from Dallas) at the Ridglea Theater. The title of the event is obviously a throwback to the old World Class Championship Wrestling Parade of Champions events at the old Texas Stadium. Announced as appearing at the event thus far are Jim Cornette (who will be master of ceremonies), NWA champion Jax Dane,IHWE Champion Charlie Haas, ROH Tag Team champion Raymond Rowe, World Class Championship Wrestlings legendary announcer Marc Lowrance, former WWF personality Mike McGuirk, NWA Tag Team champions Matt Riviera & Rob Conway Jason Kincaid, Chase Owens and more. NWA member David Farmer, who promotes the IHWE promotion in the Dallas market, will be handling the local promotion for the event. Tickets for the show will go on sale next month.

I've always loved the team of The Masked Superstar and The Super Destroyer. It's a shame they didn't team more. I enjoyed the match itself it was a fun match where everyone got a chance to look good.

If there is no value, then they don't need to pay the minimal fee. As for what is and what isn't a draw, well Smoky Mountain once drew 1,500 where the biggest name on the card. They 2,000 once as well. Dane has defended in about 5 of the promotions so far booked in a couple more in January. I'd rather not argue about the Pros and cons joining the NWA but discus what is going on in the NWA currently. We can assume the current 26 members see a value in it and go from there.

I was at the show were Jax Dane won the title. It was a lot of fun. Second time I got to see the title change hands. First time when Kerry Von Erich won it from Flair. I watch SAW and Smoky Mountain.

That's what NWA Classics does. When I first got I figured I'd keep it a week or so, but I fell in love with the matches but matches like this, where their is almost a negative expectation turn out to be solid matches so much better than the Sport Entertainment of today.

I loved Mr. Wrestling II as a heel. I felt Hernandez was bit underrated.
