soup23
Interesting thoughts on how well Vader would have done in 1995. We would have missed out on the Hogan Superbrawl match but an extended Vader vs. Bret feud in 1995 sounds pretty good to me. Also didn't remember Val Venis debuting this late. Bigelow34
Yeah it was an interesting conversation. Maybe even if Vader still was there for Superbrawl and came in right after Mania in time to feud with Bret over the summer and then take Mabel's slot into Summerslam? That may work best... Yeah, started on TV in May but not on PPV until July.
jpchicago23
Man Vader in 95 WWF would have been awesome. Leave Mabel a face and have that sumo fest of a match just for novelty's sake. Something crazy like Kid vs. Vader would've been awesome too
Bigelow34
Maybe he would have more momentum heading into 1996 too, having already established himself as a WWF player. He could have feuded with Diesel across the fall, leading into Bret regaining the belt.
jpchicago23
Yea i thought Vader had a ton of potential in WWF but for some reason it fell apart after the Summerslam HBK match. I'm sure politics were partly to blame but i easily could've seen Vader in the role of one of Sid's two reigns even headlining Mania with Taker playing off the Fatal Four way match in which Taker gushed Vader's eye
