W2BTD Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Brilliant show. Great angles, great matches, great long term booking all comes together. http://www.voicesofwrestling.com/2014/04/06/new-japan-invasion-attack-2014-review/
tim Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Agreed, I liked this show a lot. Really don't have much interest to see Okada/Styles though. Really don't have much interest to see Styles at all. Obviously few people in the crowd had any idea who he was. Everything on the undercard was at least fun for some reason and Naito/Ishii and Nakamura/Tanahashi were the best matches either pairing has had imo.
Dylan Waco Posted April 6, 2014 Report Posted April 6, 2014 Haven't seen the show, and there is a chance I won't get to it for a while. Reading the review of Joe and others I'm worried that it's going to be a "preaching to the choir" NJPW event which is probably exactly the sort of show they should be running, but not the sort of show I want to see. I am interested to see what the show drew.
rovert Posted April 7, 2014 Report Posted April 7, 2014 I blurted out a "wow" when Devitt shook Taguchi's hand: Babyface Devitt seems like a lifetime ago not a year ago.
