No comments on Sawa, so I'll leave something here. I don't see him as a contender at all, ESPECIALLY not with the hardcore BattlARTS fans. To his credit: able to work both as a spunky underdog and as a stiff bully. To his detriment: often obnoxious and goofy with his mannerisms to a degree that he would drag down matches. Not great at his style. He has a handful of surprisingly good outings (his match with Super Tiger II borders on a miracle), but for the most part he is fodder to the argument that Yuki Ishikawa is the best ever.

I'm not sure how you could really quantify it in a possible GWE 100 case lol. It's fun comedy work but it's hardly the main reason why someone might pick Sawa. I tend to think about that kind of stuff in the same fashion as the Baba Family 90's tags; it exists, it's there, you can be a fan of it, it's just not necessarily a make or break for anyone involved.

When thinking about Sawa, my brain goes is this the most me-core wrestler wrestles an action packed sprinting style with serious wrestling, does fun comedy, and avant garde wrestling. I think it's cool he still part time wrestles and the wrestler he inspires alot in Fuminori Abe is one of the best in the world. He currently also does music with ポポチョリス/POPOCHOLISU.

Hes a lock for my and is pretty high. I still haven't seen all of his career so he might go even higher too.
