4. INT: Tommy Rich & Jimmy Hart - Rich says that he feels like he hasn’t been in a match today, so he makes a challenge for Jimmy Valiant to face him for his Southern title.  He offers to put up his Memphis Trophy which he won, along with $5,000 for a shot at the title.
5. INT: Jimmy Valiant - comes out and accepts the challenge
6. Tommy Rich (w/ Jimmy Hart) vs Jimmy Valiant - Rich jumps Valiant before he gets in the ring, busts him open, and gets the pin and the Southern title all in under a minute.
