He offers to put up his Memphis Trophy which he won, along with $5,000 for a shot at the title. INT: Jimmy Valiant - comes out and accepts the challenge Tommy Rich (w/ Jimmy Hart) vs Jimmy Valiant - Rich jumps Valiant before he gets in the ring, busts him open, and gets the pin and the Southern title all in under a minute.
