My nominee:

She may only be 23, but she's been wrestling for 11 years already in Stardom. She has become not only an elite High Speed wrestler, but has moved up the card to excel in big matches. Her team/feud with Momo Watanabe is great great stuff. She's a low end candidate, but I do have her as a top 25 wrestler in the world for the last 5 years, so that deserves consideration.
