  1. This is from the Cornette tapes, but I can't identify it. There is no finish, but it's 8 1/2 minutes of a great match. This may be the match that Cornette labelled on DVD #7 as "1975 Early Flair before plane crash", but I just don't know. Definitely worth seeing though.
  2. *** SPOILER ALERT*** Ok...I believe Cornette has this labelled as 2/11/79, but I am going to disagree. Jimmy Snuka won the US Title in a tournament on September 1st. At the end of the match you can hear the ring announcer say that Flair is disqualified and "The Winner and Still US Champion....then it cuts off, but if he said Snuka, then it has to be 9/15.
  3. Ricky Steamboat defends the Mid-Atlantic TV Title
  4. Ken Patera defends the Mid Atlantic Heavyweight Title on September 17, 1978 (Not 79)
  5. These two faced each other the day before in Greensboro, but that was part of a World Tag Title tournament. At the end of this match, you can hear the ring announcer say that this was a NWA Mid-Atlantic Tag Team Title defense.
