  1. Nigel NcGuinness' run as ROH champ in 08. Proved he was the ace of the company at that time and made the Rebound Lariat and the London Dungeon lethal finishers. Also took on all comers multiple times and nearly always delivered entertaining matches.
  2. This is an awful match from The Battle Royal at the Royal Albert Hall. 13 minutes of nothing for a cheap finish. Why they didn't include the excellent Tito Santana / Ric Flair match which ran nearly the same length is beyond me.
  3. I've just got through a couple of podcasts relating to Summerslam 98. Both Triple H / Rock ladder match and Austin / Taker were highly touted. Austin / Taker recieved 4.5 out of 5. I don't understand that. But I agree that without Taker carrying Austin home that match could have been a lot lot worse than mediocre.
  4. Austin / Undertaker from Summerslam 1998 and the Austin/ HHH / Mankind 3 way from Summerslam 1999. They have left me cold when people have raved about them. This however can count for around 3/4's of the Attitude Era matches and booking as they no longer hold up to today's standards. I can appriciate a good Austin brawl mind you as the Over The Edge main event's booking and pacing are tremendous today.
  5. Robert Gibson / Richard Morton from WCW GAB 1991. The VHS opened with this and sent me to sleep when I first watched it in 97. Watched it again last year and was a struggle to get through it.
  6. I have an 11 month old who only stops crying to Cult of Personality and I'm engaged. The missus will let me watch pretty much any WWE as in the last week we've seen One Night Stand 2006, Wrestlemania XXX and MITB 2012. However anything else is a no no. I have 4 months of TNA to trawl through, about 30 ROH discs, Dragon Gate, 1PW and Progress and WCW Nitro 2000 and 2001. Fortunatly I travel up to 3 hours a day so I get to watch some of that if I don't fall asleep on the bus home.
