  1. will do!
  2. Just to let you know - we've had to slow down a bit because we are putting so much time and effort into getting the Roku app done. And this time it will be a reality. Also - in about two weeks we are moving the operation to Colorado - so the uploads will be suspended for a few days while we make the move and set up in our new location. But we aren't going anywhere - the WWE isn't going to buy is out - and we have big things planned for the future.
  3. Been on the road. Two more awesome matches to be posted today including a new DUSTY RHODES match!
  4. Wahoo - Harley will be posted today!
  5. A little background info on the Great Mephisto (real name: Frankie Cain). He made it to the main event in wrestling even with a legit height of about 5' 9" - he was a legitimate tough guy - having wrestled in carnivals and boxing on the semi pro circuit before he began wrestling. His punches were / could be very real. Mephisto had a rep for knocking out promoters who stiffed him - like he did to Roy Shire after a dispute in San Francisco. On another occasion in Georgia - Mephisto had a legitimate dispute with Johnny Walker / Wrestling II - who came to the heel dressing room looking to fight. In short - Mephisto beat the shit out of Johnny and bloodied him up - basically with well placed punches. The story is that Walker apologized. I traveled with him in Florida many years ago and found Frankie Cain to be a very nice man. Of course I was very respectful. He is still alive living down in Florida I believe - and he still attends the Gulf Coast Wrestler's Reunion in Mobile every year.
  6. Mephisto - Lothario is from 1974 - it should be online tonight. We don't have the date of the Harley - Wahoo match / need help on that one - posting it tomorrow.
  7. Got some amazing footage coming up including: HARLEY RACE vs. WAHOO McDANIEL and JOSE LOTHARIO vs THE GREAT MEPHISTO / FRANKIE CAIN!
  8. Pak Song vs. Tony Atlas online NOW!
  9. Latest message from Jim Ratcliff: Both matches are live: Dynamic Duo vs Mil Mascaras & Dos Caras: November 20, 1981. 2 out of 3 falls - prematch Tully/Gino promo - 25-minute runtime. Bockwinkel vs Tito also 2 out of 3 - Nov 20, 1981 - prematch Bockwinkel promo - 39-minute runtime. This is probably the hardest-hitting Bockwinkel match I've seen so far. Tito is bleeding and Bockwinkel either has a cut on his leg or is covered with Tito's blood.
  10. I appreciate all of you guys!
  11. There should also be a new Bockwinkle match up today. We had to slow down on the uploads because we were busy converting everything to a new platform. Remember - this is primarily myself and Jim Ratcliff doing everything - so when we get bogged down doing something else super important - sometimes the uploads slow down a bit.
  12. Quit being paranoid. We aren't going anywhere! The NWA Ringside website is down because we are improving it and integrating with the NWAOnDemand.com website so people only have to go one place. We have NOT sold the library to WWE. They did make an offer - which was declined. Roku app is about two weeks away. And the big news is: we are going to drop the price! But don't let the cat out of the bag before we can make our "Big Announcement."
  13. Surprise! We have another JOSE LOTHARIO match as he teams up with two Mexican heels! It's ANYTHING GOES with Mexico vs. Japan as JOSE LOTHARIO / BULL RAMOS and GRAN MARKUS face PROF. TANAKA / HITO and SAKURADA - managed by James J. Dillion in Two out of Three Falls!
  14. ONLINE NOW From Halloween Night - October 31, 1986: TERRY TAYLOR / ICEMAN KING PARSONS vs. STING / RICK STEINER (with Eddie Gilbert)!
  15. For me . . . off the top of my head - the Bull Curry vs. Johnny Valentine match from 1969 was an awesome find - as was Paul Boesch vs. the Great Malenko from 1970. Also Jack Brisco vs. the Spoiler!
  16. Spectacular DOUBLE FEATURE Release ONLINE NOW! From October 19, 1979: JOSE LOTHARIO vs. GRAN MARKUS! Followed by: GINO HERNANDEZ vs. MIL MASCARAS!
  17. Reed's shoulder tackles were awesome - but props to Dr. Death for selling them the way he did with those amazing bumps. Just released: Vintage CHAVO GUERRERO vs. RICK STEINER from May 9, 1986 - Buzz Sawyer in Steiner's corner. Original commentary by Paul Boesch and Jim Ross!
  18. Special Sunday MAIN EVENT MATCH Online NOW - From November 14, 1986: Vintage STING and RICK STEINER vs. TERRY TAYLOR and SAVANNAH JACK!
  19. There was mega heat as they went into the finish. This is the exact formula that would cause fans to snap and hit the ring to "help" the babyface. Notice how the police circled the ring. Seriously - I was expecting a fan to hit the ring at any time!
  20. Need an email address so I can send secure access to just one person.
  21. Okay which one of you guys has Roku? We have a basic app up and running and I need someone to check out the test page to tell me if it works or not. I'm sure it will need many improvements - but at least it's a start.
  22. Two more matches from the January 11, 1980 card ONLINE NOW! GRAN MARKUS vs. KILLER BROOKS - with Gino Hernandez in Brooks corner! Followed by GINO HERNANDEZ vs. KEVIN VON ERICH - singles match!
  23. Online NOW From January 11, 1980: LORD JONATHAN BOYD vs. NICK KOZAK!
  24. Bulldog Brower. Yes he had a different wrestling style - as did many of the guys from up North - but the interesting thing to me is seeing a guy in action that I've mostly seen in magazines - in a match against an opponent with a contrasting style in El Halcon. LOVED his facial expressions and how he bulges his eyes out unlike any other wrestler. No - Brower isn't Jack Brisco or Dory Funk Jr. on the mat - but I still really enjoyed the match - how it was put together - and the finish. Remember - the best promoters always added an attraction to the card in between the wrestling matches - like a Sheik or a Haystacks Calhoun and I think this match fit this category. Also - you have to remember the time period in which this match was shot and recall that they were worked much slower back in those days. More good stuff on the way!
  25. Online NOW: UWF Tag Team Title Match! WILD BILL IRWIN / BAD LEROY BROWN (with Gen. Skandor Akbar) vs. TERRY TAYLOR / HACKSAW JIM DUGGAN from December 12, 1986! With JIM ROSS on commentary! Includes post-match interviews.
