Hi everyone unfortunately I have bitten off more than I can chew here- my work schedule is preventing me from posting regularly at the moment, and I feel this is unfair on everyone else. As a result, effective immediately, my roster are all free agents. If in the future things settle down that allow me to resume my place in this adventure, I will rebuild a roster from free agents. Just catching up. Love the concept and the execution. I think it is still too early to pick a winner, as I feel that there may be some surprises in store for us all. Hart foundation beating the skyscrapers is a big win for them. Owen amd Davey start quick, but I feel that a big family collision is looming soon. Outsiders got a strong start on the other brand, and at the other end the Outlaws have had a horrible schedule to start with, but I feel that they are too good a team not to turn it around.

WCW Nitro 2 Live from Melbourne, Australia # Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura welcome everyone to Melbourne, Australia. # The music of Steve Austin hits, and the rattlesnake walks to the ring. He says that last week the Horsemen proved they are nothing but cowards, attacking him 3 on 1. He says that tonight he will commence dismantling the Horsemen, one member at a time, and then he will go on to win the World Title. JJ Dillon and Ric Flair appear in the entryway. Flair says that there can only be one man in WCW, and that’s him. Dillon says that Austin can take aim at the Horsemen all he wants, but he will not take them down. Dillon says that people have tried to tear down the Horsemen before, but it never succeeds. Dillon then says that not everything is as it seems, but invites Austin to do his worst. Match 1: Kurt Angle pinned Ted DiBiase w/Rusev by DQ. Angle and DiBiase have a solid match, and Angle hits an Angle slam. He clamps on the ankle-lock, but Rusev attacked Angle from behind. The ref calls for the bell as DiBiase orders Rusev to continue to assault. Rusev clamps Angle in the Accolade. Angle passed out, and DiBiase told Rusev to put a $100 note in Angle’s mouth as DiBiase laughed. Jesse says that is payment for a solid night’s work. # Paul Heyman comes to the ring and introduces his new “Dangerous Alliance”: Brock Lesnar, Power & Glory and Ravishing Rick Rude. Heyman says that they are going to seize control of WCW, starting with the WCW World Title, noting that Brock is already into the semi finals, and now Rick Rude will join him. Match 2: Eddie Guerrero beat Rick Rude (w/Paul Heyman and Dangerous Alliance) by DQ. A great match here, with both men performing well. The Dangerous Alliance stayed at ringside, and caused significant distractions. The end of the match comes when the ref is distracted, and Paul Roma tries to enter the ring with a chair. Guerrero stopped him and took the chair, but he noticed that Heyman got off the apron and the ref was about to turn around. Guerrero smacks the chair on the ground and tosses it to Rude, and then falls to the mat clutching his head. The ref sees Rude with the chair, and Rude, Heyman, and Power and Glory all tell the ref Rude did not do it, but the ref called for the bell anyway. Guerrero rolled out of the ring, laughing, as the other continue to argue with the referee. However Guerrero backs into Brock, who lays a beatdown on him. Brock tosses him back into the ring, and lands an F5. Rude then hits the Rude Awakening, and Power and Glory land the Power-Plex, as Heyman gloats in the ring. Jesse says that the Dangerous Alliance have stamped their authority on WCW, but Gorilla points out that Guerrero won the match by DQ. # In the back, New Day are with Kevin Kelly. Big E says that h may have come up short last week against Brock Lesnar, but New Day are not short in stature, and they will turn heads when they compete for the Tag Titles. Kofi says that New Day will bring life and fun to WCW, while Xavier plays the trombone. DOOM appear, and Ron Simmons says that New Day are a disgrace to their culture, and next week he and Butch Reed will remind them what happens when they turn their back on their people. Match 3: Demolition beat The Rougeau Brothers when Ax pinned Jacques. Demolition dominate most of the match, and put the Rougeau’s away with the Decapitation Device. After the match they beat on both Jacques and Raymond and throw them from the ring, and pose for the crowd. Gorilla says it is going to be hard to beat this team, and Jesse says face paint and muscles do not win titles. # Kevin Kelly is with Batista, who says that people might call him the Beast, but he is the calm in the storm. He says that he has a razor focus, and that he will claim the World Title. AJ Styles comes along, and they congratulate each other. AJ says that he knows that to be world champ, he will have to go through Batista, and promises that Batista can’t overpower him. Batista says he knows AJ is a fine wrestler, and he feels that they are destined to face each other for the title. They then agree that they will put on a hell of a match. Eddie Guerrero walks past, and says they had both better be careful, or he might steal their spot in the tournament final, and then walks off laughing. Match 4: Steve Austin pinned Barry Windham following a Stone Cold Stunner. Windham tries to make a match of it, but Austin is focused, and ends it quickly. Austin puts a beat down on Windham, and then grabs the mic, and says “There you go Dillon, that’s one down!!”. JJ Dillon then appears and says “What do you mean, Barry is not a member of the horsemen”. Austin looks puzzled, and is attacked from behind by Ric Flair, Tully Blanchard, Arn Anderson and Mr Perfect. Referees and officials break up the attack as the Horsemen celebrate in the aisle. Monsoon says that Dillon and the Horsemen tricked everyone, and that Perfect is the fourth Horseman. Jesse says that Austin has been baiting the horsemen and got what he deserved. “That’s what he gets for assuming….”

WCW Nitro Live from Sydney, Australia Gorilla Monsoon and Jesse Ventura welcome us to Sydney Australia for the debut of WCW Nitro. Ventura says that WCW has brought in the best wrestlers from around the world, and it promises to be the hottest ticket in town. WCW President, Eric Bischoff comes to the ring, and welcomes everyone to World Championship Wrestling. He says tonight is the start of something special, as not only has a wrestling pronation returned to the shores of Australia, but tonight also marks the beginning of the journey to crown World Champions. Tonight WCW will commence 2 tournaments- one to crown the WCW World Champion, and the second to crown the WCW World Tag Team Champions. He then says that those wrestlers who lose their first round match in the world title tournament will be entered into the tournament to crown the first WCW Television Championship. He wishes the competitors the best…. Before he can finish, he is interrupted by JJ Dillon and Ric Flair. Dillon says that the world is watching Nitro for one reason… it has heard that the Horsemen are in town. Dillon says that the Horsemen are the gold standard, and will claim the gold. Flair talks about being the man, and he will be the champion. However the glass shatters, and Steven Austin storms to the ring. Austin says Flair and Dillon can flap their gums, but Stone Cold will be kicking ass. He promises to do what few men have done- silence the horsemen. With that he lands a stunner on Flair, and starts to stalk Dillon, but Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard hit the ring and attack Austin. Austin starts to fight them off, and Gorilla notes that there is only 3 horsemen in the ring, and Jesse says that there is always 4 horsemen. Austin begins to fight Tully and Arn off, and they quickly leave the ring. Austin beckons them to come back, but Dillon tells the horsemen to return to the back. The hold their hands up with 4 fingers, and Austin counts to 3. Gorilla asks who is the fourth Horsemen, and Jesse says that clearly Dillon is wanting to keep it a secret for the moment. Match 1: AJ Styles pinned Lord William Regal in WCW Title tournament match after hitting the Styles clash. Solid match, great chain wrestling, and Styles claims the win. Kevin Kelly is backstage and he is interviewing Demolition. Ax and Smash say that they intend to demolish everyone that steps in their way until they are crowned WCW Tag Team Champions. Kelly asays that there are many teams that want the gold, including Tully and Arn of the horsemen. Ax and Smash says that Arn and Tully are just geldings, but they are the thoroughbreds here in WCW, and they will pound the Horsement into oblivion. Match 2: Batista pinned Rusev following a Batista Bomb. Battle of the hosses. Batista remains cool as Rusev gets frustrated during the match, and a Rusev Mistake allows Batista to get the win. “Money, money, money” brings out Ted DiBiase. He reminds the crowd that everyone has a price, and he intends to find the right price to allow him to take control of WCW. He says that he is spreading the money around, and will buy his way to the top. Kurt Angle’s music hits, and the Olynpic Champion comes to the ring. Angle says that money cannot buy integrity, intensity or intelligence, and money did not buy his Olympic medal. Angle says that hard work and commitment did that. Angle says he is the best wrestler in the world, and is DiBiase wants to win the WCW title, he will have to go through him. Gorilla mentions that they are slated to face each other in the first round of the tournament. DiBiase, says that Angle is mistaken. Hard work just builds up a sweat, but Money buys anything. Money buys fame, recognition, and money buys muscle. At this Rusev returns to the ring and attacks Angle. DiBiase tells Rusev to throw Angle into the ringsteps, which he does. Referees break up the attack, and DiBiase says that he will build his Consortium to allow him to take control of WCW. Match 3: Power & Glory beat The Midnight Express w/Jim Cornette. Eaton and Lane were on top of the match when Paul Heyman walked to the ring. Cornette was annoyed by this and jumped up on the apron. Hercules knocked Cornette down, causing him to drop his racket. Hercules truend around into a double flapjack by the Midnights, with Lane making the cover. Heyman grabbed the racket and tossed it to Roma, who then clobbered Lane and rolled Hercules on top to get the win. After the match Power and Glory beat on the Midnights as Heyman called the shots. Heyman then took the mic and introduced himself. He announced that he was the new manager of Power & Glory, and would lead them to the Tag Titles. He then told everyone that he was forming a new alliance, a Dangerous Alliance, because he is the advocate for the most dangerous wrestler in WCW, the beast incarnate, the Ultimate Champion: Brock Lesnar. Brock comes to the ring, and Heyman sings his praise, and says that his new Dangerous Alliance will dominate WCW. Match 4: Brock Lesnar w/Paul Heyman beat Big E Langston in a WCW Title Tournament Match. Can you say Suplex City. Lesnar attacks Big E as he enters the ring, and then dominates with suplexes before winning with the F5. Jesse says that Heyman is right when he calls it a Dangerous Alliance, because no one is more dangerous than Brock Lesnar. Gorilla and Jesse then tell us that that next week we will see 3 more singles tournament matches and one tag tournament match, with the 4 horsemen guaranteed to be in the ring next week.. Jesse says that we are going to see the only ever winner of the Jesse the Body award in Rick Rude. Gorilla states that if tonight’s action is anything to go by, WCW Nitro is going to be something you can’t afford to miss.

Worldwide Live from Brisbane, Australia. Michael Cole and Roddy Piper welcome us to another episode of Worldwide. Cole informs us that tonight’s main event will see The Rock defending his world title for the first time when he faces Jinshei Shinzaki. Piper says that the “People’s Champ” has the chance to show that he can back up all his talk tonight. The music of Kurt Angle sounds, and he comes to the ring. He says that the fans should be grateful he is even here. He says that during the week he received a call from the U.S. Olympic Wrestling Coaches asking him to come to Sydney and win another Gold Medal. He says that is how talented he truly is… he can get on a plane, go to Sydney and win an Olympic Medal without any training or preparation. But he told the coaches No. He says that the Sydney audience are not worthy of his attendance at the Olympics. The other reason he isn’t going is because last week he earned a shot at the World Title, and he wants it now. Commissioner Foley comes to the ring. He thanks Kurt Angle for honouring his professional contract. He says that Angle did win his match last week, and that Foley is a an of his world and will grant him a title shot, but it will not be tonight. Angle is furious. Foley says that tonight’s contracts are already signed, and The Rock already has a defence. Angle demands that Foley change the match. Foley says he can’t be pushed around and reminds Angle that he is the commissioner. Angle says that if Foley won’t give him his shot tonight, he is going to regret the decision. Foley tells Angle again he won’t be pushed around, and orders Angle from the ring. Angle takes a couple of steps towards leaving, and then turns and attacks Foley from behind. He hits and Olympic Slam, and then clamps on an ankle lock. Foley is screaming in pain, but Angle won’t release it. The Rock then rushes to the ring, and he and Kurt begin to fight. Rock clears Angle from the ring. Angle backs away saying he is coming for Rock. Rock tells him to bring it, before checking on Foley. “British Storm” Ian Harrison vs “Marvellous” Marc Mero Piper tells us that Harrison is an up and coming star from England. Cole says that Mero has had several persona’s in different promotions, but has won multiple championships. Mero tries to hit and run, but Harrison uses his power moves to put the hurt on Mero. He gets the win with a “leg vice” submission. Winner: Ian Harrison. In the back, Mean Gene Okerlund is with Jim Cornette. Cornette says that he is here to dominate PWI. He says that is stable of wrestlers include the 2 best Japanese stars in the world, and the greatest tag team in the world. He says that tonight Jinshei Shinzaki will become the World Champion, and that it is a matter of time before his Heavenly Express capture the Tag Team Titles. Cornette says 2000 may be an Olympic Year, but in reality it is the year of Camp Cornette. The New Age Outlaws vs The Mamalukes w/Tony Marinara The Outlaws come out to their music, and Roaddogg says they will soon be the Tag Team Champions of the Woooooorld. The Mamalukes try all kinds of double-teams and cheating, but the Outlaws are just too good for them. Marinara gets up on the apron, but Billy gives in a right hand, and the Outlaws hit a Spike Piledriver on Johnny The Bull to get the win. Winners: The New Age Outlaws As they celebrate in the ring, the Impact Players hit the ring and Justn Credible hits both Gunn and Roaddogg with his cane. Credible and Storm beat on the Outlaws for a moment. Credible grabs a mic and tells the Outlaws they will never win these titles. Storm grabs the mic and says “because we are the ones who make the impact in PWI”. The crowd comes to life as Sting makes his way to the ring. Sting tells the fans that he was worked his entire career to earn the respect he enjoys. He says he has always given his best. But one thing seems to have followed him his entire career- Keiji Muto. Every place I have competed in, Muto ahs been there. We have wrestler multiple times, and honestly neither of us can claim a decisive win. Well that all ends here in PWI. Sting says that the contract is ready, and he has signed it. He tells Muto that all he has to do is sign his name to the contact, and they can determine once and for all which one of them is the better man. Mr Perfect vs Dustin Rhodes Michael Cole reminds us that this match was booked last week by Commissioner Foley. Piper says both men are second generation stars who are both superstars in their own right. Perfect and Rhodes have a good back and forth encounter. Perfect becomes frustrated and grabs a chair, but the ref takes it away. Rhodes manages to hit a bulldog, but Perfect gets his foot on the rope. Rhodes is frustrated and he grabs a chair, but the ref takes it away from him. Perfect manages to land a back suplex, and the ref counts three. Perfect stands up claiming victory, but the ref tells him, “no”, his shoulders were down. Rhodes gets up and claims victory, but the ref tells him his shoulders were also down. The ring announcer advises that both men pinned each other, and the match is a draw. Result: Draw. Mean Gene is in the back with Vulcan. Vulcan tells us that he is no rookie. He says he has wrested around the world for years, that he has been an international gladiator, but more important that he is the Fijian Warrior. Vulcan says that he is determined to become the first Australian World Champion. We cross to Mick Foley’s office, where Foley is still receiving medical attention. Perfect and Rhodes storm into the room, demanding another match with each other. Foley cuts them off, and tells them that he has had enough. He says that tonight is not the night to test him, Kurt Angle attacked him and now you two come in this room and bicker like children. Foley demands both of them leave his office now, and he will have an answer for them next week. The music of Lex Luger sounds, and the Total Package makes his way to the ring. Surprisingly he is accompanied by Barry Windham. Cole asks what is going on, and Piper says he doesn’t know. Piper does note that they have held the NWA Tag Titles back in 1988. Luger takes the mic and says that Total Package is back. He notes that for a couple of years now he has not lived up to his own expectations, that things have not gone to planned. He says he was a former world champion, but in recent years he could not get a shot. And then he and Barry sat down and had a talk. They reminisced about old times, and what they had accomplished in the ring…. And they realised that they had been disrespected and overlooked together, and it was time to stop. Barry grabs the mic and says that he is the most gifted natural wrestler in the world, and Lex is the most gifted specimen in the world. Their gifts should allow them to dominate but it has been politics and ego’s that have kept them down. Well now they are taking matters into their own hands. He says that they are on the outside looking in, but soon they will dominate PWI. The Wolf howls, and Kevin Nash and Scott Hall come to the ring. Nash asks “Did someone say something about Outsiders.” Lex says “Well speaking of ego’s, here are the biggest in the world” Nash and Hall “laugh”. Nash says that politics haven’t kept you two down. HE says the fact is time has passed them by, He says that the world changed. You talk about 1988, but we have gone through the 90’s and now it is 2000. Nash says that it is about what you bring to the ring. Hall says that Luger and Windham can run their mouths, but no one came here to see them. He says the fans want the Wolfpack. He then asks the fans if they want to see the Woflpack kick some ass. The crowd cheer. Windham and Luger scoff at them, but Hall says “Survey Says…” and he and Nash attack Windham and Luger. All 4 men battle in the ring as officials race out. Nash clotheslines Luger over the top, and Hall sets Windham up for the Outsiders Edge, but Windham backdrops him and then rolls to the floor. Nash and Hall mock Windham and Luger as they retreat to the back. Piper suggests that tis may be the beginning of a war, and Cole says that PWI may not be able to handle a war of that magnitude. In the back the Rock is with Mean Gene. The Rock says tonight he comes to the ring the People’s Champ, and he will remain the people’s champ. He says that Cornette can go to any country and find any tom, dick or harry he wants, but that does not make them a world championship wrestler. He says that tonight he will lay the smack down on Shinzaki, on Cornette, and if Kurt Angle shoves his Olympic Ass in the way, he will lay the smackdown on him as well. The Rock vs Jinshei Shinzaki w/Jim Cornette for PWI World Title We get an early back and forth in the match. Cornette tries to get involved, but Rock grabs the tennis racket and whacks Cornette in the butt. Shinzaki manages to rake the Rock’s eyes and takes control. Shinzaki works the Rock over, but he battles back with a DDT and a spinebuster, He sets up the people’s elbow but Cornette grabs the foot. Shanzaki takes control again, but this time Rock hits a Samoan drop, and then lands the People’s elbow. He sets up for the Rock Bottom when Kurt Angle hits the ring and starts a brawl with the Rock. The ref calls for the bell as Rock and Angle battle away. Rock slips out of an Olympic Slam and hits the Rock Bottom. He then poses with his belt on the second rope as Cole says that the People’s Champ stands tall, and Piper says that tonight he pushed back 2 challengers, although Cole suggests Rock has not heard the last from either men. Winner: The Rock by DQ

OOC: Sorry everyone- no pics today PWI Worldwide #3 Live from Auckland, New Zealand Michael Cole and Roddy Piper welcome us to New Zealand. Piper says that this is a very beautiful country, but everywhere he goes he sees sheep. Coles announces that the main event tonight is Rock and Sting vs Keiji Muto and Jinshei Shinzaki. The music of Kurt Angle sounds, and the Olympic Champion comes to the ring. He runs down New Zealand, and tells the crowd they are all married to sheep, and says New Zealand is not a big enough country to ever host an Olympics. Angle then talks about his success so far in PWI, and states that he is being held back by a commissioner who is jealous of his success, and a supposed champion who is not good enough to lace his shoes. He demands what is owed him… a title shot. The Rock’s music hits, and the World Champion comes to the entryway. Rock tells Angle to know his role and shut his mouth. Rock says that Angle has been running around with chairs, but this is wrestling, not musical chairs. He tells Angle that if he wants a shot, all he has to do is sign his name to the dotted line, and he can have one. Rock starts to head to the ring, but Mick Foley runs out to cut him off. Foley says that he cannot have the Rock defend the title right now, because he has other matches already signed. He reminds Rock he has a tag match tonight, and then informs Kurt that he also has a match tonight… against Kevin Nash. Foley says that should Angle beat Nash, he would consider drawing up a contract for Angle to meet Rock. Angle says that he should get the shot automatically because he is an Olympic Gold Medalist. Rock tells Angle to take the gold medal, shine it up and…… Rock then says that if Angle beats Nash, he knows where he can find the Rock….. if you smell what the Rock is cooking. “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith vs Alex Wright Cole comments that there is a real international flavour to this match. Piper says that he would prefer anything with flavour to the dancing of Alex Wright. This is a bit of a mismatch. Bulldog uses his power to control the match. Wright manages to hit some fast offense, and goes for a crossbody off the top rope, but Bulldog catches him and turn it into a powerslam for the win. Winner: British Bulldog. Mean Gene is standing with Jim Cornette. Cornette says that tonight a statement will be made. He said his clients, Keiji Muto and Jinshei Shinzaki will prove why they are two of the most sought-after wrestlers in the world, and they will prove that technique will always overcome flash. Gene notes that Cornette has always been known as a manager of great tag-teams. Cornette says he has managed the greatest tag teams ever, and now he is taking it to a whole new level. Cornette states he has taken two men from his great tag teams, and has blended them together to form what may be the greatest tag team ever. The camera pans back to show Bobby Eaton and Jimmy Del Ray. Cornette says this is his new legacy. This is the best of the Midnight Express and the Heavenly Bodies. Cornette says this is the “Heavenly Express”. The Heavenly Express (Bobby Eaton & Jimmy Del Ray) w/Jim Cornete vs Chris Harris and James Storm. Cole says that Harris and Storm are two young rookies looking to make a name for themselves. Harris and Storm catch Eaton and Lane by surprise with some good double team moves and early teamwork. Eaton takes control when Harris goes for a backdrop too early and Eaton lands a DDT. Eaton and Del Ray work well together, and get several near falls, with Harris consistently kicking out. The Heavenly Express land a rocket launcher, but Harris kicks out again, to the shock of Jim Cornette. Del Roy goes for a splash, but Harris gets the knees up, and then makes the hot tag to Storm. Storm is on fire, and takes on both men. A brawl breaks out in the ring, and Cornette passes his tennis racquet to Eaton who clobbers Storm while the ref is trying to get Del Ray and Harris out of the ring. The ref sees the cover and counts the pin just before Harris can break it up. Cole notes that Harris and Storm really shocked everyone here tonight with their performance, and Piper suggests with a little more experience these two young men may become a very dangerous tag team Winners: The Heavenly Express We see Mick Foley in his office on the phone, when Lex Luger walks in. Foley tells Luger to wait, but Luger impatiently grabs the phone and throws it to the floor. Luger says he is the ultimate physical specimen, the total package. Foley asks if he actually has a total package. Luger says he came to PWI to prove once again he is the greatest in the world. Luger says that he has heard Foley is offering opportunities, and that’s all Luger says he needs. Foley says he is too busy tonight to think about this. Luger says if Foley won’t give him an opportunity, he will go and make his own. D-Lo Brown vs Barry Windham Cole reminds everyone that Windham is a former World Champion. Piper says what happened in the past has no bearing on the present. He said that D-Lo Brown has a strong championship history of his own. The two men have a solid battle. Windham hits a Bulldog, and sets up for the super-plex, but D-Lo turns it into a top-tope powerbomb instead. D-Lo then climbs the ropes and hits the Low-Down for the 3 count. Winner: D-Lo Brown D-Lo celebrates the win when he is attacked from behind by Lex Luger. Luger lays a beating on D-Lo. Windham gets back to his feet, and joins in. Luger and Windham continue the attack until Referees and Commissioner Foley enter the ring and separate them. Foley can be heard telling Luger and Windham to go to the back, and then he tells Luger that this is not how someone gets an opportunity in PWI. Mean Gene is standing with The Rock. The Rock says that finally he has come back to New Zealand. Rock says that there are times when a man fights a battle alone, and sometimes he needs a partner. Rock states that tonight the people’s champ will team with the “Icon”. He says that Jim Cornette talks about international stars, but when it comes to Muto and Shinzaki the only thing the people want to see is the two of them getting their assess laid out in the ring. And when it comes to Cornette, if he brings that tennis racket to the ring, the Rock will shine it up…(and you know the rest). Sting says that he called Muto out last week, but it seems his great foe only wants a tag team match. Sting promises to remind Muto just how dangerous he is, and promises to have The rock’s back. Nathan Jones vs Steve Blackman This does not last too long. Jones attacks Blackman before the bell, but Blackman battles back with his kicks and strikes. Blackman tries for a back elbow off the ropes, but Jones catches him and turns it into a chokeslam. Jones then lands several power moves before hitting a powerslam to get the win. Winner: Nathan Jones In Commissioner Foley’s office we see Mick Foley talking to Dustin Rhodes. Foley tells Dustin he was impressed with his efforts last week, even though he lost the match. Dustin says that he feels he has had his career rejuvenated by joining PWI, and believes the best is yet to come. There is a knock on the door, and Mr Perfect enters the room. Perfect looks down on Rhodes and tells him to leave. Dustin asks who Perfect thinks he is. Perfect says that he is the only Perfect athlete in PWI, and that he is a winner, unlike Dustin Rhodes. Dustin says that he has had a successful career. Perfect says that Dustin’s career is like his father…overrated. Perfect says his father was a true winner, and taught him to be perfect. Dustin and Perfect begin to argue further when Foley interrupts them. He says if they want to settle things, then next week they can take this argument to the ring. He books the two of them in a match on next week’s worldwide, and then demands they both leave his office. Kurt Angle vs Kevin Nash w/Scott Hall The Outsiders come out and Hall conducts his survey. Sound like the fans have come to watch them this week. Hall then says that the time has come for Kurt Angle to learn the difference between amateur and professional wrestling, when he gets his ass handed to him by Big Sexy. Nash then says that Angle won’t be swinging any chairs tonight, he’ll be counting the lights. Angle comes out with a determined look. He launches his attack, but Nash uses his size to keep Angle at bay. Hall is at ringside mocking Angle and laughing at him. Nash backdrops Angle out of the ring, and Hall picks him up, but Angle fights him off and slings him into the guardrail. Nash comes to the floor, and Angle attacks him and drives him into the ringpost. Angle picks up a chair, but the ref stops him. Nash crawls into the ring, and Angle works the back and leg. Angle charges the corner, but Nash hits an elbow, and then lands Snake Eyes. Nash uses his big boot, and tries to set up the Jack-knife, but Angle hits a low blow. Hall vets on the apron to complain, and the ref orders him down. With the ref distracted, Angle quickly rolls to the floor, grabs a chair and hits Nash across the back. Angle then hits the Angle Slam as the ref turns around and counts the pin. Hall comes into the ring, but Angle rolls to the outside, points and laughs, before telling the camera that no one can beat him…. And that’s true. Winner: Kurt Angle The music of the Impact Players brings out Lance Storm, Justin Credible and Torrie Wilson. They celebrate with their belts and really hype themselves up. Credible says that they are the premier tag team in PWI, and they have definitely made their impact. Storm says that people underestimated them, but the cream always rises to the top. Torrie says that the boys brought her the gold, and she loves gold, and they never intend to give up the gold. “Oh you didn’t know”… The New Age outlaws come to the stage. Roaddogg calls the Players “Outlaw wannabee’s”. He says the Outlaws created the genre, and the Players are trying to cash in. Roaddogg notes that the difference between the two teams is that the Outlaws have a genuine championship legacy while the Players are just Kendo-Stick wielding bit players…. Who hang around a trash-bag ho. Roaddogg says that the Players are welcome to put the titles on the line anytime, and the Outlaws will teach them a lesson or two. Billy takes the mic and says if the players are not down with that, the outlaws have two words for them….. The Rock & Sting vs Keiji Muto & Jinsei Shinzaki w/ Jim Cornette The Rock and Shinzaki start the match, and have a good back and forth. Shinzaki tags in Muto, who circles with The Rock before pointing to Sting. Sting tags in, but Shinzaki pounces from behind, and Muto and Shinzaki beat on Sting for a few minutes. Sting manages to get the tag to Rock, and he comes in on fire. He takes down both Muto and Shinzaki, and hits a spinebuster on both men. He lands a double people’s elbow, and prepares to hit the Rock Bottom when Kurt Angle hits the ring with a chair and smashes Rock in the back. The ref calls for the bell as Angle strikes again. Winners: The Rock and Sting by DQ Sting comes in to make the save, but Muto and Shinzaki are up now, and they double team Sting. Sting drops Shinzaki with a Scorpion Death Drop, and he and Muto start fighting up the aisle. Meanwhile Angle hits Rock with the Angle Slam, and then clamps on an Ankle Lock. Rock is trying to reach the ropes as multiple referees come in the break up Angle’s assault. The referees attend to Rock as Angle stands alone in the ring, hands raised victorious. Coles says that Angle has made a statement to the Rock tonight. Piper says that Kurt has been on a rampage the last few weeks, angry at his belief he has been overlooked. Piper says that the reigning Olympic Champion has his eyes set on becoming the PWI champion.

PWI WORLDWIDE Episode 2- Live from Brisbane, Australia Michael Cole and Roddy Piper welcome us to PWI Worldwide. Piper says that PWI launched with a bang last week, and tonight promises to be a rowdy night, even if he does say so himself. The wheels screech and the Commissioner of PWI, Mick Foley, comes to the ring. Foley says last week was a historic week when PWI crowned their first World Champion, and tonight will be just as big as PWI will crown their first tag team champions “right here in Brisbane Australia”. Foley says that like last week, he is only allowing teams that have previosuly held a World Tag Team Championship to compete in this one night tournament. He said 4 teams will enter, but only one will be crowned champ. The music of Kurt Angle sounds, and the Olympic Champion storms to the ring. He says that he is still angry at Foley for not putting him in the Gauntlet for Gold match last week, and he proved that he has what it takes to be a World Champion. Foley says all he proved was that he can be a pain in the butt and interfere in matches he is not a part of. Angle says that he has all the credentials needed for a champion and demands an opportunity. Foley says he is more than happy to give him an opportunity….. but not tonight. He says tat tonight’s show is booked and tonight is about the Tag Team Titles. Angle says that no one cares about the Tag Team Titles, they only care about the person who won an Olympic gold medal and should be the World Champion. Foleys says to let him know when that man arrives (drawing great laughter from the crowd). Foley says that he will give Angle a chance next week to prove himself against a former world champion, a chance to ear a shot at the world title. Angle steps closer to Angle and said “You better believe I will prove myself. You are looking at the next world champion. It’s true….. It’s damn true”. Vulcan vs Disco Inferno Cole informs us tat Vulcan is a veteran Australian Wrestler trained by Dean Malenko. HE says he used to compete in Australian Gladiators, has appeared in several movies and is eager to prove himself on the world stage. Vulcan gets a great reception from the Australian fans who recognise the former gladiator. Disco comes dancing to the ring. Vulcan quickly takes control and his power is impressive. Disco cheats a bot, but Vulcan hits a powerslam to get the win. Winner: Vulcan Mean Gene is backstage with The Mamalukes and Tony Marinara. Tony says that the Mamalukes have been training on the streets, and that the family have said they want the gold brought home. He says Big Vito and Johnny the Bull will bring the fight tonight, and beat 2 teams to become the World Champions, which is the first step to the Mamaluke family dominating PWI. The Wolf howls and Kevin Nash and Scott Hall come to the ring. Hall conducts a survey, and believes the crowd are here to see The Outsiders. Hall says that tonight the Outsiders are not here for family, but are here to win gold, and remind everyone that the Kliq is the force that dominates wrestling. Nash says last week Kurt Angle proved himself to be nothing more thana charlatan, who needed a chair to get a win. Nash promises that the Outsiders never forget, and they are coming for Kurt Angle. Tag Title Tournament Match 1: The Outsiders vs The Mamalukes w/ Tony Marinara This match does not last long. The Mamalukes pose in the ring and threaten the Outsiders. Hall looks at Nash, and Nash levels Johnny the Bull with a big boot, while Hall clothesline Big Vito out of the ring. Nash then hits the jack-knife on Johnny and gets a very easy pin. Winners: The Outsiders. D-Lo Brown walks into Mick Foley’s office, and Foley warmly welcomes him to PWI. D-Lo asks if PWI is a company where people will be given fair chance to be rewarded for what they do in the ring. Foley says that PWI is a place where people will be rewarded, and he is a man who wants to give opportunity. D-Lo says he wants a chance, and Foley says that a chance will be given. He tells D-Lo to come to next week’s Worldwide ready to compete, because he will put him in the ring with a former World Champion. Foley says what better way to prove you may be a possible contender than to beat a former champion. D-Lo says he is ready to prove himself, and the world had better be ready from him next week. Tag Title Tournament Match 2: The New Age Outlaws vs The Impact Players w/ Torrie Wilson. This is a good battle, with both teams gaining advantage and working the other team over. Storm and Credible double team Roaddogg, and work him in their corner, Torrie distracts the ref several times to help them keep advantage. Roaddogg and Storm hit each other with a clothesline, which allows Billy Gunn to be tagged in. Billy battles both Storm and Credible, and a four-way breaks out. The ref tries to clear the ring, and Torrie passes the kendo stick to Credible, who lays Billy Gunn out with it. He makes the cover as the ref turns around and counts the pin. Winners: The Impact Players Mean Gene is standing with Jim Cornette and Keiji Muto. Cornette says that Muto proved to the world last week how great a wrestler he is. He says that Muto drew an unlucky number, and beat man after man…. Until Sting came out. Cornette says that Strong has been a thorn in Muto’s side for too many years, and it has got to end. Cornette says that the only reason Strong won last week was because Muto had already beaten 3 men. Cornette tells Gene, and the world, that Muto wants Sting to face him like a man. Muto steps to the camera, and says “Sting…1-2-3….. Muto is the man”. Cornette looks over and says “and that’s all we have to say”. The camera cuts to the parking area, and we see a limo pull up. The door opens, and the Rock steps out (to a massive roar from the crowd) Dustin Rhodes vs Jinsei Shinzaki w/Jim Cornette Rhodes and Shinzaki have a soli battle, with some stiff shots. Cole talks about both men’s history, and how they have used unique personas in the past. Rhodes seems to be gaining the ascendancy but Shinzaki hits a low blow. Shinzaki tries to set up the crucifix powerbomb, but Rhodes manages to turn it into a backdrop. Rhodes sets up a bulldog, but Cornette grabs his leg. This distracts Rhodes, and allows Shinzaki with a Nenbutsu Powerbomb (sitout powerbomb) to get the win. Winner: Jinsei Shinzaki Mean Gene is now with Sting. Mean Gene asks whether Sting heard the earlier comments from Keiji Muto and Jim Cornette. Sting says he heard everything they had to say. He states that they have done this dance for 11 years now. They have been opponents, they have been allies, they have battled for championships and for pride. He has always been willing to face anyone who calls him out, and he does not back down from a challenge. If Muto wants to meet him in the ring, all he has to do is name a time and place, and the match will be on. “I’m right here Muto, and I’m ready to go again”. “If you smell what the Rock is cooking”. The Rock’s music blares and the World Champion makes his way to the ring, holding the title on his shoulder. The Rock takes in the adulation of the crowd. Rock starts “Finally The Rock…….. make that The Champ has come back to Brisbane”. Rock says that last week he proved to the world he is the people’s champ, and he doesn’t care whether it is Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, Keiji Muto, Sting, Mr Perfect, Mr Happy, Mr Sad, the Easter Bunny or even Kurt Angle, he will defend this title against all comers. But anyone who steps in the ring needs to remember that he will lay the smackdown on them and kick their candy ass all over the ring…. The music of Kurt Angle interrupts the rock, and he makes his way to the ring. Angle says that Rock may have won the World Title last week, but that is only because he was not allowed to challenge for it. He says Rock is an impressive athlete, but “I am a freaking Olympic Gold Medallist and I want a shot at that World Title now”. Rock says that Angle is not the boss around here, he is just a dorky looking little princess, who runs around playing with chairs. He says that if Angle is a real man, he would leave the toys at home. Rock looks at Kurt and raises his hand, and tells him to “Just Bring It”. The Music of the Outsiders sound, and Nash and Hall come out mic in hand. Nash asks Rock to hold on a minute. He says they do not have a problem with Rock, but Kurt swung chairs on them as well last week, and they have a little revenge they need to dish out. They enter the ring, and Angle realises he is cornered. He starts to attack the others, but they end up triple teaming him. Foley, officials, referees and several lower roster guys hit the ring to break up the carnage. Officials can be seen holding Nash and Hall back, and Rock is now in the aisle. Cole notices that Kurt Angle seems to have disappeared. Piper suggests he may have jumped out of the ring and left through the crowd amongst all the carnage. Foley orders Rock to the back, and cannot find Angle. He looks through the crowd, but tells Nash and Hall to prepare for their title match, and he also leaves the ring, ordering the officials and other wrestlers to the back. Then the music of The Impact Players sounds, and they come to the ring. Tag Team Tournament Final: The Outsiders vs The Impact Players w/Torrie Wilson The Outsiders size advantage helps them dominate early, and Nash and Hall look like they are playing with Storm and Credible. Torrie gets on the apron and distracts Nash and Hall with her “female wiles”. Nash and Hall try to coax her to their corner, and this allows Storm and Credible to double team Hall. They get several near falls, but can’t put him away. Hall manages to double clothesline the Players, and tags in Nash. Nash battles both men, and clotheslines Storm out of the ring. Nash sets up the jack-knife on Credible, but Torrie enters the ring and tries to kiss Nash. The ref tries to get her out, and she pushes the ref down, and falls on top of him. Nash and Hall continue to beat on the Players, but KURT ANGLE comes out from under the ring. Cole says that’s where he went earlier. Angle grabs a chair and slams it into the head of both Nash and Hall. Storm makes a cover, and the ref rolls over and sees the pin, and makes the count. Winners, and PWI World Tag Team Champions: The Impact Players. The Players celebrate with Torrie as Angle smiles in the aisle. Suddenly the crowd roars as The Rock rushes to ringside and attacks Angle. He hits several shots on Kurt, and clotheslines him into the crowd. Officials have rushed to the ring and are trying to stop the Rock. Angle then takes off through the crowd as Rock is held back. Cole says that Angle has influenced the outcome of the match, and Piper says that Angle is fast becoming the most hated man in the company. Cole says he is certain Commissioner Foley will have something to say about this next week.

PWI Worldwide Debut Episode Live from Sydney, Australia The fireworks launch and the crowd goes wild as Michael Cole welcomes us to the Sydney Entertainment Center in Sydney Australia. Cole promises that this will be a night remembered. Cole introduces his co-commentator, the legendary “Rowdy Roddy Piper. Piper says he is excited to be part of the first truly worldwide wrestling promotion, and says that PWI will bring together the best of the best, from the best countries on the world… with the best commentator. Commissioner Mick Foley comes out, and gets a great reception. He welcomes everyone around the world to the debut episode of PWI: Worldwide, and promises that “tonight history will be made, right here in Sydney Australia” (cheap pop). Foley announces that tonight PWI will be crowning their first ever World Heavyweight Champion. He tells us that a special Gauntlet for Gold match will be held tonight. 2 men will start, and when a wrestler is beaten, the next challenger will come out. All competitors will draw their entry number at random, and the winner will be crowned World Heavyweight Champion. Foley then announces that he decided that a match of this magnitude required the best possible calibre entrants, and so he decided that every wrestler on the PWI roster who has previously held a recognised World Heavyweight Championship have been given the opportunity to compete. He promises that it is going to be a night to remember. Foley gets interrupted by Kurt Angle. Angle comes to the ring, and he does not look happy. Angle says that Foley wants to crown a world champion, but his entry criteria is flawed, as it has omitted the greatest wrestler on the face of the planet. He says that Foley’s decision to allow only previous world champions is preventing the world from seeing the reigning Olympic Gold Medallist in action tonight. Foley stops Angle and tells him that he is not preventing the world from seeing him in action, because Kurt Angle does have a match tonight. Angle says that Foley may think he is funny, and maybe “you are on some sort of power trip”, but he is denying the world from seeing him become the PWI World Heavyweight Champion. Angle says that Sydney is the Olympic city, and so it deserves an Olympic standard Champion. “Do you smell what the Rock is Cooking” The music of The Rock brings out the most electrifying man in sports entertainment. Rock says that “Finally, the Rock has arrived in Sydney!!” Rock tells Angle to know his role and shut his mouth. Rock says that this is not the Olympics, and it is not amateur wrestling… The Is Pro Wrestling International, and “Your Gold Medal means nothing here”. Rock tells Angle to take his Gold Medal, shine it up and (you know the rest). Rock says that tonight the rock will run the gauntlet and become the World Champion, because that is what the People want. Rock says that if Angle wants to become a World Champion, then when the Rock wins the title he will be more than willing to give you a title shot so that the Rock can give you and Olympic style beating…. Following the commercial break we get the familiar sounds of “Oh You Didn’t Know”, as the New Age Outlaws come out for the first ever match in PWI history. Roaddogg tells us that Pro Wrestling International is proud to present it’s future Tag Team Champions of the Wooooooorld….. The Disco music then starts and their opponents make their way to the ring. New Age Outlaws beat Disco Inferno & Brian Lee when Roaddogg pinned Brian Lee (referee: Mark Johnson) The Outlaws dominate this match, and have little trouble dispatching of Brian Lee after using the Spike Piledriver. Piper notes that the Outlaws may have their sights set on another World Tag Team Title reign, and Cole says that they would be one of the favourites to win those titles. Mean Gene Okerlund is in the back and introduces Jim Cornette, asking him what he is doing here in Australia. Cornette says that he can be wherever he wants to be, and that Australia is honoured that he has agreed to come down here. He notes that he is a business man, and in that capacity he has come to Australia to look out for the business interests of two very honourable men. He brings in Keiji Mutoh and Jinzei Shinzaki. Cornette says that these two men need to be protected from the underhanded international promoters and businessmen who work in countries such as Australia. He said that he represents these two individuals, who are possibly the greatest wrestlers in the world today. And tonight Mr Mutoh, as a former IWG World Champion, will demonstrate how good a wrestler he truly is when he runs the Gauntlet and becomes the first PWI Champion. Cornette tells the world to watch out, and warns the rest of the roster, because these two men will dominate the PWI. We see Mick Foley walking towards his office, and he is intercepted by Kurt Angle. Angle demands that he be allowed to compete in the gauntlet for Gold Match. Foley says he told Angle earlier that it is only for former world champions. Angle says he is a former world champion- he won gold medals at the World Championships in freestyle wrestling in 1995. Foley said that Angle has an impressive amateur record, but this is professional wrestling, and only World Championships in professional wrestling count. Angle says that Foley needs to put him in the Gauntlet match, but Foley says that the Commissioner has spoken, and Angle has another match he needs to go prepare for. Foley then enters his office and slams the door shut. Nathan Jones beat Val Venis after a powerslam (referee: Jack Doan) Cole notes that Nathan Jones is a young Australian who has been making waves in the business. Piper says that Jones is a massive monster who will make life difficult for most PWI superstars. Jones uses his power to dominate Venis, but Venis turns the table with his experience. Val climbs to the top rope and goes for the Money Shot, but Jones nips up and catches him mid air and tuns it into a powerslam for the win. We go back to Mean Gene, who says he is with another former World Champion, and a man that hopes he could be the total PWI World Champion: Lex Luger. Luger says that he has been in heavy training for this opportunity. He says that he is the total package, the greatest blend of strength and in-ring skill. He says that the World seems to have forgotten how good he truly is, and tonight he intends to remind them. Luger says that tonight the Total Package will become the Total World Heavyweight Champion. We cross to Mick Foley’s office, and Kurt Angle storms in. Foley tells Kurt that he can’t keep interrupting him. Kurt demands to know who he will be wrestling tonight. Foley says that he is a busy man and Angle cannot keep trying to dominate his time. Foley tells him that his opponent is not meant to be a mystery, but he is certainly someone who has a Razor sharp wit, and will have Angle on the Edge of his game tonight. He tells Kurt that his opponent will be about to enter the ring, so he had better head to the ring himself. Scott Hall and Kevin Nash come out to the ring. Nash says that tonight the wait is over, and he will finally reclaim a World Championship. Hall wants to take a survey. He asks if the fans in Australian really came to see PWI, or did they actually come to see The Outsiders!!! “Survey says… one more for the good guys”. Hall and Nash then joke about travelling down to Australia to watch the Olympics, and they end up competing in a ring. Hall suggests that Nash could win a gold medal. This brings Kurt Angle to the ring, with a determined look on his face. Kurt Angle beat Scott Hall following an Angle Slam (referee: Nick Patrick) Angle rushes into the ring and attacks Hall. Nash is still on the apron and he tries to distract Angle, but Angle hits him. Angle chokes Hall on the ropes, and then screams “You don’t make fun of the Olympics, or an Olympic Gold Medallist”. Hall battles back, but Angle takes him down with a belly to back suplex. Angle comes off the second rope but eats boot. Halls throws Angle around to the corner, and sets up for the Razor’s Edge, but Angle hits a low blow. Angle then hits the Angle Slam to get the win. Nash gets up to argue with the referee, and Angle goes to the floor and grabs a chair and hits Nash in the back with the head. The crowd boo Angle as Cole asks whether Nash will be able to compete on the Gauntlet for Gold which will start shortly. Piper says it depends on what number he drew, but suggests Kurt Angle has made a massive statement here tonight. Mean Gene is with Sting. Sting says that tonight he will prove to the world that he is still the true icon in wrestling. He notes that there are old rivals and new competitors in this match, but he intends to win the gauntlet and raise the World Title at the end of the night. Mean Gene asks about his life long friendship with Lex Luger, and what would happen if they had to face each other tonight Sting says he respects Lex, but they have fought before, and with the World Title on the line they will fight again. We go back to Mick Foley’s office, and the Commissioner is on the phone, telling someone that tonight is for the World Title, and that next week he will start the crowning of the Tag Team Champions. He gets off the phone and the camera pans across the room, where Lance Storm, Justin Credible and Torrie Wilson can be seen. Storm and Credible tell Foley that they are here in PWI to “Make an Impact”. Foley says they can make anything they want- an impact, friends, even pancakes, but he is a busy man and does not want to be disturbed. Storm walks up to Foley and says “Do you know who we are… we are The impact Players”. Foley says that if they don’t get out of his office they will be fired. Torrie encourages The Impact Players to leave the office, but Credible lets Foley know that they will have an impact on PWI. Gauntlet for Gold Match (referee: Nick Patrick) Cole and Piper quickly recap the rules. Each wrestler has drawn a number at random. Numbers 1 and 2 will start the match. A wrestler is eliminate by pin, submission, DQ, countout or referee decision. When a wrestler is eliminated, the winner will meet the next competitor. The last man standing will be crowned the World Champion. #1: Keiji Mutoh w/Jim Cornette vs Barry Windham Cole notes that Windham beat Mutoh for the NWA World Title in 1993. Mutoh uses his strikes and kicks to wear down Windham. Windham hits a massive clothesline, and tries for a superplex, but Mutoch pushes him off and hits a moonsault for a near fall. Mutoh lands the Shining Wizard w=to advance. Winner: Keiji Mutoh #2: Keiji Mutoh w/Cornette vs Kevin Nash w/Scott Hall. Nash comes out next, and he is clearly struggling after the chair shot from Angle a few minutes earlier. Hall is helping Nash to the ring, and they are both staggering and holding each other up. Piper notes this is an unfortunate position for Nash. Mutoh attacks the head of Nash, but misses a charge to the corner. Nash lands a series of elbows, and hits snake eyes. He tries to set up for the jack-knife, but is struggling to keep his equilibrium. Cornette jumps on the apron, and Hall rushes around to grab him. The ref sees this and tells Hall to go back to his corner. This allows Cornette to hit Nash in the back of the head with his tennis racquet, and Mutoh gets the pin. Winner: Keiji Mutoh #3: Keiji Mutoh w/Cornette vs Lex Luger Luger is out next and he poses on the entryway. Piper notes that Luger is still put together, but questions if he still has the skills he did when he last won a world title. Mutoh is clearly starting to tire, and Luger uses his power to throw around Mutoh. Luger starts to pose to the crowd. This allows Mutoh to roll Luger up for a near fall. Luger batters Mutoh, and charges the corner, but Mutoh gets his knees up into Luger’s face, and then pins him while putting his legs on the ropes. Cole says this is amazing and wonders if Mutoh could run the entire gauntlet. Winner: Keiji Mutoh #4 Keiji Mutoh w/Cornette vs Sting The crowd go nuts as the music of Sting sounds, and “The Icon” makes his way to the ring. Cole immediately talks up the history of these two men. Piper says that these two men a true legends, and says they know each other very well, and he is so excited to see this match in person. Mutoh is clearly exhausted, but the arrival of Sting brings a bit of energy back to him, and the two start to trade blows in the ring. Sting starts to take control, but Cornette trips him. Mutoh tries to land the Shining Wizard, but Sting catches him mid move, and turns it into a modified suplex. Sting then hits the Scorpion Death Drop to get the pin. Winner: Sting #4: Sting vs The Rock The crowd goes absolutely nuts as The Rock makes his way to the ring. Cornette is mouthing off at Rock as he comes to the ring, and Rock threaten to hit him, and Cornette runs to the back. Rock and Sting have a great back and forth battle. Piper says that they are very evenly matched. Sting hits a Stinger Splash, and tries for the Scorpion Death Lock, but Rock gets to the ropes. Rock battles back and hits Sting with a DDT, and then oks in a Sharpshooter, but Sting gets to the ropes. Cole calls this an epic battle worthy of a World Championship Match. Both men hit a double clothesline, and are down on the mat as the ref starts a 10 count. Both Suddenly Kurt Angle jumps out of the crowd, holding a chair, and slides into the ring. Angle looks at both men, and then slams Sting with the chair, knocking him out. The ref is shocked, and looks as if he is about to DQ Rock when Angle then turns and hits Rock with the chair. The ref orders Angle from the ring, and Angle drops the chair and returns to the back. Cole says he can’t believe what Angle has just done, and Piper wonders why Angle has even inserted himself into this match. Rock starts to move, and crawls over to Sting, and drapes his arm over. The ref drops down and counts a very slow three count, and the crowd go nuts. But then the music of the final entrant hits….. it’s “Mr Perfect” Curt Hennig Winner: The Rock #5: The Rock vs “Mr Perfect” Curt Hennig Cole says he can’t believe this. He acknowledges that Mr Perfect held the AWA World Title in 1987-88, which is 12 years ago. Piper says he has been in the ring with Perfect, and he is nearly what he claims to be: the Perfect Wrestler. Perfect enters the ring, and sees the Rock laying on the mat still. He makes a cover, and Cole says “No, not like this”, but the Rock just kicks out before the 3-count. Perfect then hits several suplexes, and looks very confident. He sets Rock up for the Perfect-Plex, but Rock turns it into a backdrop. Rock tries to get up, but Perfect keeps beating him down, and getting several near falls. Rock tries to fight back, but Perfect clamps on a chin-lock. Rock whips him off, and drops his head for a backdrop. Perfect stops and hits the Perfect-Plex, and the ref starts the count…. But notices that The Rock’s foot other foot is on the bottom rope. Perfect stands up thinking he has won the World Title, but the ref informs him that the foot was on the rope. Perfect argues with the ref, as the rock gets to his feet. Perfect tries to punch Rock, but he clocks and fights back. Rock whips Perfect and hits a spinebuster. Rock gets up and does the People’s Elbow. He then sets up and hits the Rock Bottom to get the 3-count. Winner: The Rock to win the PWI World Heavyweight Title The Rock climbs the ropes and celebrates. Mick Foley comes to the ring holding the World Title, and awards it to the Rock. He raises the Rock’s hand, and The Rock raises the title. As the crowd cheer, Kurt Angle appears in the entry way again. Rock sees him and beckons him to come to the ring, but Angle indicates he is “smarter than that”, and retreats to the dressing room. Piper says that Angle is a smart man, and is clearly waiting for another opportunity to get at The Rock. Coles proclaims Rock as the inaugural PWI World Champion, and says he more than the People’s Champion, he is the World Champion.

Notes from PWI Several wrestlers have raised concerns that PWI has yet to hold it's first event, despite promises to launch at the beginning of August. However insiders within the company have revealed that everything is on track, and the "apparent" delays in launching were always planned due to the need to fly so many stars in from different countries and ensure their work visa's are viable. Most of the talent has now arrived in Australia, and it is expected that their debut taping for television is due to occur very shortly. This belief has been strengthened with the press-release earlier today advertising the debut event "Gauntlet for Gold". PWI have promised to crown their first world champion by having all previous "recognised" world champions compete in one match. It will be interesting to see who is crowned the first champ when bookers have announced their first title match will include the biggest star in the world, The Rock, as well as men known for not wanting to do the job when needed, namely Kevin Nash. One interesting person who won't be competing in that match is Kurt Angle. Angle, whom many believe is the best wrestler in the world already, has never won a World Title to date, and so does not qualify for the match. While still relatively new to the sport, Angle is known to be very confident about his own ability. It is very surprising that the company have left him out of a multi-man match claiming to include the best ever wrestlers. It is expected that Jim Cornette will be the primary booker for the company, as well as having an on-screen managerial role. Cornette has a lot of talent at his disposal, but it will be interesting to see if his views of booking will gel with some members of his roster, most notably Kevin Nash and Scott Hall. It is no secret that these men hold animosity towards Cornette for how he treated their friends, Triple H and Shawn Michaels, after they had left WWF in 1996. Time will tell if Nash and Hall can toe the company line, or if they will be stirring trouble backstage soon.

PRESS RELEASE Pro Wrestling International, known as PWI, announced today that their upcoming debut episode of PWI: Worldwide they will crown their inaugural World Champion with a Gauntlet for Gold Match. PWI Commissioner, Mick Foley, has announced that any PWI superstar that has previously held a recognized World Championship prior to the restructure of the wrestling world in 2000 will be entered into a Gauntlet style match, with the winner crowned World Champion. "We intend to bring the fans the best possible action, and we think it is important that the face of our company is crowned quickly. These former world champions, including legends like Sting and The Rock have proven before that they have the skill to become a World Champion, and as such they will be given first opportunity to claim the PWI World Title". This exciting match-up will headline the debut of Worldwide, but Foley has also promised other great action will be featured, as well as a special appearance from reigning Olympic Gold Medalist in Wrestling, Kurt Angle, in the city that will be hosting the 2000 Olympic Games. "That will be a great moment for wrestling fans around the world, when PWI brings a taste of the Olympics just weeks before the 2000 Olympic Games will be commencing".

All-Star Wrestling Episode 14 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to All-Star Wrestling, but immediately Bischoff condemns the attack by the Corporation and Race on President Mario Milano last week. Race says that Milano has a vendetta against the Corporation, and it will not be tolerated. Race says that Milano has let the power go to his head, and he disrespected the World Champ, and more importantly Milano disrespected him, and “I will not be disrespected”. Race says that Milano can do whatever he wants, but Race will not be bullied. Bischoff says it looks like the bullying went the other way, and Race says that Bischoff had better watch himself of he may find himself getting bullied before the end of the night. Jeff Jarrett beat Tiger Chung Lee with a cross body off the top rope. Bischoff notes that Jarrett is continuing to impress, but Race says he has yet to truly distinguish himself against top competition, and he wants to see what happens when Jarrett meets someone in title contention. Craig De George is backstage with Nikita Koloff, and congratulates him on his win at Outback Mayhem. Koloff says that he is still undefeated in Russian Chain Matches, and proved that even the biggest and baddest can be defeated. Koloff then issues a challenge to World Champion Ted DiBaise, saying he has earned a shot at the title. Koloff says that he is petitioning President Mario Milano to grant him a title match so that he can prove that just because someone has a lot of money does not make them worthy of the moniker of Champion. The Killer Bees beat Steve Lombardi & DJ Peterson when Jim Brunzell pinned Lombardi after a dropkick. Bischoff notes that the Bees are one of the most athletic teams in the company, but Race notes that their athleticism comes because they run from their opponents. Mike Gibson is in the Event Centre, and he recaps the events of last week between the Corporation and President Mario Milano. He says that next week on All-Star Wrestling we will be hearing from President Milano in regards to these events. He then talks about Bad Company and the trouble they have been having in the ring. He says that Bruce Hart and Brian Pillman are hoping to sort things out quickly, and this is apparently why Hart has signed for Bad Company to face the Killer Bees at International Incident. We then hear from Bruce Hart and Brian Pillman (well Hart at least). Hart says that he and Pillman have resolved their troubles, and know the direction they need to go. He says that they respect the Killer Bees, but need to get a victory over them to catapult them into contention for the tag team titles. We then hear from the Bees who say that Pillman needs to be careful of Bruce Hart, but they will be wary of both of them. The Bees says that they will put the sting into Bad Company, and then look for a shot at the titles. Kokina w/Paul E. Dangerously pinned Brian Adams after a Banzai Drop in just over a minute. Paul E looked into the camera after the match, claiming Kokina was still undefeated. Bischoff notes that this isn’t true because Kokina lost to Nikita Koloff in the Russian Chain Match at Outback Mayhem. Race says that does not count because firstly, it was a chain match, and second it was clear to himself, and everyone watching, that Kokina touched the turnbuckle first. Bischoff says that Race may need glasses because the replay was very clear who won. Race tells Bischoff to shut up as it is time to hear from the World Champion. We go up to the Queen’s Court and she introduces her guest: a man who is smart, intelligent, good looking, graceful and affluent. She then calls out AWA World Champion, Ted DiBiase. Sherri congratulates DiBiase for his ongoing success, and Ted says that his money has afforded him many luxuries in life, including the best training and support to remain the World Champion. Sherri asks his feelings on President Milano and his refusal to announce the #1 contender. DiBiase says that Milano is a coward, and a power-hungry man who is trying to live vicariously through others, as he was never able to win a world championship. He says that his lawyers are already looking into Milano’s decisions from last week, and he is also starting a petition to have Milano removed as President. Sherri says she will gladly sign the petition. DiBiase says that Sherri is sweet, and a lady of substance, which is more than he can say for Milano or most other people in the AWA who are trying to tear him and his corporation down. He promises that tonight Bob Orton and Terry Funk will beat the Von Erichs. Sherri asks about the restriction placed on him and Hercules, barring them from ringside. DiBiase laughs and says that there is always a plan at work. Great Muta w/Senasational Sherri beat Jim Powers following the moonsault. After the match Muta started to kick Powers when Rick Martel rushed to the ring and attacked Muta. Race says this is a disgrace, and calls for Martel to be suspended. Bischoff says that Muta was beating on Powers and Martel was saving him. Muta tries to blow the mist in Martel’s eyes, but Martel ducks, and then lands a dropkick that sends Muta to the outside. Muta goes to get back in the ring, but Sherri grabs his arm and convinces him to return to the back. Bischoff suggests that this war is far from over, and Race says that Martel had better watch him back because Muta will be on the warpath now. Craig DeGeorge is with Jake “the Snake” Roberts. Craig asks how Jake’s ribs are, and Jake says that he has several bruised ribs, but none are broken. He says that goes for his spirit as well, because that can never be broken. Jake then says that when you run into a snake, you don’t back them into a corner or threaten them, because after the initial recoil, they always strike. He says that Cactus Jack has woken the serpant within, and that the time will come soon when he will strike. “And rest assured when I strike the impact will be swift”. Jake says that Cactus Jack wants to make a mark in the AWA, but you failed to cut the head off the snake, and this snake will strike you down swiftly.. Kerry & Kevin Von Erich vs Bob Orton & Terry Funk. Bischoff reminds everyone that Hercules and Ted DiBiase are banned from ringside. Race says this is all part of the conspiracy. A very even match, with the Von Erich’s getting an early advantage, however Kevin goes to the ropes and Orton knees him in the back to take control. Funk and Orton work well as a team on Kevin, and get several near falls. Funk goes for the piledriver, but Kevin turns it into a backdrop and gets the hot-tag to Kerry. Kerry levels both Orton and Funk, and a 4-way brawl breaks out. Kerry drops Orton with the tornado punch, and then its one on Funk, who collides with the ref following the impact. Kerry then clamps the claw on Orton. At this point, Harley Race gets up from ringside and reaches into his pocket and passes brass knuckles to Terry Funk, who levels both Kerry and Kevin with them. Orton makes the cover as the ref gets up, sees the pin and counts to three. Bischoff cannot believe what has happened, and says that the AWA needs an instant replay. Funk and Orton celebrate with Race on the outside as Bischoff says he is certain President Milano will be looking at this result very closely. Winners: Bob Orton & Terry Funk. Bischoff reminds everyone that next week the main event will be Nikita Koloff vs Hercules, and that after the events of tonight he expects that there may be some more restrictions imposed on the Corporation, and encourages everyone to tune in next week to find out what happens.

Another strong show. Brisco's announcements of #1 contender matches gives a direction for each title. I am interested to see who is going to be challenging for the tag titles, as the tag division is so stacked at the moment that a loss there puts a team at the back of a Loooooooooong line.

Just been catching up again. The Great American Bash is shaping as a monster card. I love the build for all the matches. The Horsemen have a ton of guys on their tails, and I am not sure they will all be keeping their titles at the BAsh. Flair vs Piper is going to be amazing, and now that Andre is backing up Piper I think the Horsemen's interference will be kept to a minimum. Steamboat vs Rude will be awesome, and I am hoping to see the Hart Foundation continue their rise, and possibly get a future title shot. Rockers are the new tag champs, but they don't have to defend their titles as they are in War Games. I love War Games, and I love that you have it on your card. I would have preferred to see the Horsemen in War Games, but they do need to defend their titles. I think Sting is going to be the man to watch in War Games- a strong showing could lead to another World Title Match. Can't wait for it mate.

Catch Up time. Love the finish to the TV title match. Hennig gets the win, but both men look strong and a rematch is likely in order. Warriors in a DQ means this is far from over. Great win by Sting, Luger and Windham over the Horsemen. The Horsemen have strong challengers coming from every direction. Will be interesting to see if they can keep their stranglehold on the top titles for much longer. And the Scorpion Death Drop is debuted. Sting is shaping as the future of the company. Great US Tag Title Match. The Rockers win the match, but the Midnights are still the champs. Piper gets the big win in the Dog-Collar match, and now Flair is clearly in his sights. Loved the show... maybe one too many cheap endings, but the company has a clear direction that I am enjoying.

All-Star Wrestling #13 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to another week of All-Star Wrestling. Race says that spirits are high in the Corporation after their sensational victory at Outback Mayhem. Bischoff says that there are still question marks over that match, including Bob Orton being allowed to be replaced. Race says he was injured, and Bischoff notes that he guesses we will see how serious the injury is later tonight because Orton is scheduled for action. Samoan SWAT Team w/Paul E. Dangerously beat Young Stallions when Fatu pinned Powers after a top rope splash. Race stated that the SWAT Team have been on a roll recently and should be in line for a title shot sometime soon. Bischoff suggests that the Samoans may have a better chance of getting a title shot if they dumped Paul E as their manager, as Paul E has no championship success here in the AWA. Race challenged Bischoff stating that the company only moved to Australia 3 months ago, and it is a bit early to be writing off Paul E yet. Craig DeGeorge is backstage with Rick Martel. DeGeorge notes that Martel won his match at Outback Mayhem by DQ, and must be considering seeking a title shot against Ted DiBiase. Martel said that at Outback Mayhem he was taken to his limit, and he had the Great Muta beaten in the middle of the ring when that ugly witch, Sherri, got involved in the action, and then Muta used his green mist to incapacitate me. “It may have been my hand being raised, but that is not how I like to win matches”. Martel says that he is at a crossroads, as while he wants a shot at the World Title, he also has unfinished business with the Great Muta. He says he is not sure which path he will take, but rest assured that whichever one it is, he will emerge victorious. Cactus Jack beat SD Jones by count-out after Cactus slammed Jones outside the ring, and then dropped an elbow from the ring apron on the prone Jones. Bischoff said that Cactus is crazy, and seems to have no fear. Race said that Cactus has already put the entire AWA on notice after his appearance at Outback Mayhem and what he did to Jake The Snake Roberts, and any man that targets Jake Roberts has to “have no fear”. Mike Gibson is in the Event Centre. He runs down the results of Outback Mayhem, but notes that one match had no clear cut winner. He said that the British Bulldogs and The Powers of Pain were both counted out of the ring, and so there was no winner. He noted that immediately after the event both teams have already signed for a rematch, to be held at the AWA’s next big event, International Incident, and tis time it will be inside a steel cage. The Bulldogs are interviewed and they say that at Outback Mayhem they let their emotions get the better of them, but at International Incident they intend to prove why they are the Tag Team Champs, and the Powers of Pain have nowhere to run. We then hear from Paul Ellering who says that at Outback Mayhen the Bulldogs were running scared, but in a cage match there is nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide from the strength of the powers of Pain. Gibson then recounts the main event, noting that The Corporation seemed to find a way to substitute Hercules for Bob Orton, but more shocking was the attack on Jake “The Snake” Roberts by Cactus Jack. Gibson notes that Roberts suffered bruised ribs and has been ordered to rest for a week, but is certain that he will be looking for revenge on Cactus Jack very soon. Ron Garvin beat Steve Lombardi by pinfall after the Hands of Stone Punch. Bischoff said that Garvin is still one of the toughest men in the world. Race said that toughness does not win matches, and Garvin needs some high profile wins if he ever wants to see a title shot. We go up to the Queen’s Court, and Sensational Sherri introduces her guests as two men who seem to have a lot of personal problems at the moment, likely because the young rookie is not listening to the veteran of the team. She welcomes BAD COMPANY to the set. Bruce Hart enters first, and stand directly next to Sherri. Brian Pillman is forced to stand to the side. Sherri asks Bruce Hart about the difficulties the team is facing, and whether this is because the young Pillman is not a good listener. Hart says that he and his family have had a lot to do with Pillman’s career, as they trained him in the dungeon. He says that everything Pillman has achieved so far is because of him and his family. He says that if Pillman continues to listen to his advice, there is nothing he won’t be able to achieve. Pillman leans in to talk, but Sherri cuts him off asking Bruce whether Bad Company can move forward as a team. Hart says that he is certain that they can win the Tag Team Titles, and he is negotiating their next contract to hopefully put them in line for a title shot, if someone (and he points to Pillman) doesn’t blow it for us. Pillman again goes to talk but Hart puts his arm in the way and Sherri asks if Hart where Pillman ranks as a teammate. Hart says that he has had a lot of great partners, with his brothers at the top of the list. He says that Pillman has a lot to learn, but one day he may be good enough to be considered a good partner. Sherri thanks them for their time, and wishes them the best. Hart begins to leave, but Pillman grabs the mic and says that he should not be overlooked, because he is ready for anything the AWA has to offer. He says that he is going to prove to the world how good he is…. But Hart then drags him away from the mic, and starts to yell ay him not to do that again, and that they agreed for Bruce to be the team’s spokesman. Bishcoff says that Hart is overbearing, and that he may drive Pillman away from the team. Race says that every team needs a veteran leader, and that Bruce Hart is that for Bad Company. Cowboy Bob Orton beat Barry Horowitz after a superplex. Bischoff noted that Orton did not have the cast that we saw at Outback Mayhem. Race claimed that Orton had been to see a specialist who had put him through a vigorous rehabilitation that resulted in a full healing of the broken arm. Bischoff said that sounds very hard to believe, and questions if the arm was ever truly injured. Race said “are you questioning the integrity of the Million Dollar Man and Bob Orton?”, to which Bischoff responded “Yes”. After the match, Ted DiBiase, Hercules and Terry Funk enter the ring to join Orton, along with Harley Race. Craig DeGeorge asks about Bob Orton’s broken arm at Outback Mayhem, and queries how it can have healed so quickly. DiBiase says that with his money he sought out the world’s leading expert in broken bones, Dr Ena Cast, and she has done miracles in just a few days. DeGeorge says that it appears that DiBiase spread more money than that around last night when he received the assistance of Cactus Jack to eliminate Jake The Snake. DiBiase says that Cactus Jack is not a member of the corporation, and he has never paid him a cent. DiBiase notes that when you are as hated as Jake The Snake, men just want to get their hands on you without receiving any financial incentive. At this point Mario Milano comes to the ring. Milano says that at Outback Mayhem DiBiase may have pulled the wool over his eyes, but the games stop now. Milano says that he is putting in stricter controls regarding match contracts, and says there will be no further substitutions in any of The Corporation’s matches. He says that he is going to ensure fairness reigns, and that is why next week, here on All-Star Wrestling, as Bob Orton’s arm is clearly healed, Bob Orton and Terry Funk will be wrestling Kerry and Kevin Von Erich, and Ted DiBiase and Hercules are banned from ringside. DiBiase is furious at that statement. Hercules gets in Milano’s face and threatens him. Milano says that he will not be spoken to that way, and if Hercules wants some action, he can have some action as well: he then announces that the week after Hercules will meet another man with unlimited strength: Nikita Koloff. DiBiase is livid now, and demands that Milano pay them more respect. Milano then says that he is drafting a contract right now which says that Ted DiBiase will be defending the World Title at AWA International Incident, but he is reserving the right to mae the challenger at later date. The Corporation are clearly unhappy, but so is Harley Race, who storms into the ring. He grabs a mic and says that Mario Milano is letting this power go to his head. He says that for months now he has been revelling in his position of power, which is something he was never able to do when he was an active in-ring competitor. Mario looks at Race and says that the only reason Harley Race was world Champion for as long as he was is due to 2 reasons- 1: You rarely came to Australia to defend that title against me, and 2: I love this country so much I didn’t want to travel to America to chase you down for a championship match. Race says that on his worst day he was still a greater wrestler than Milano ever was, but Milano should be thankful he is an analyst now. Milao says that if Race wants to lace the boots up one more time, he would be more than happy to shove those words down his throat. Race laughs at Milano, and then the entire Corporation attack Milano in the ring. They lay a beating on him until referees and officials rush to the ring to end the attacks. DiBiase leads Orton, Funk and Hercules to the back as Race resumes his seat at ringside. Bischoff says that what just happened was a disgrace, and Race says that Milano’s big mouth got him into trouble, and then tells Bischoff not to let his big mouth get him into trouble. Kerry & Kevin Von Erich beat Jose Estrada & Jose Luis Rivera when Kerry forced Estrada to submit to the Iron Claw. Bischoff stated that Kerry and Kevin have set their sights on tag team glory while they are both here in Australia. Race suggested they both return to America as they don’t have what it takes to compete with the best in the world, and that next week Orton and Funk may just convince them of that.

OOC- Sorry for the delay in posting. I have had a very busy couple of weeks at work. “Outback Mayhem” Live from Brisbane, QLD. Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to Outback Mayhem. Bischoff promises a night of non-stop action, the type only the AWA can bring you. Harley Race says that tonight the world will again see the power of money when the Million Dollar Man and his corporation prove once again that money can but everything. Bischoff says he is looking forward to the battle for the tag team titles between the British Bulldogs and the Powers of Pain. Race says that the Bulldogs have bitten off more than they can chew, and Paul Ellering will soon be the manager of the World Tag Team Champions. Bam Bam Bigelow w/Paul E Dangerously vs Jeff Jarrett Bam Bam swats Jarrett away and mocks him in disgust. Jarrett tries several attacks, but they are ineffective. Bigelow uses his power to dominate the match, utilising slams and a massive bearhug. Bigelow sends Jarrett to the corner and charges, but Jarrett moves and Bigelow crashes into the corner. Jarrett launches a high flying attack, coming off the top rope with a dropkick, and several other fast paced moves, knocking Bigelow to the mat. Jarrett then hits a flying elbow and makes the cover, but Dangerously has the ref distracted. Jarrett gets up and threatens Paul E, who drops to the floor. Jarrett turns around and walks into a stun gun from Bigelow. Bigelow then goes up top and drops a flying headbutt for the win. Race says that Paul E’s Dangerous Alliance have gotten off to a strong start tonight. Winner: Bam Bam Bigelow In the back Craig DeGeorge is with Bad Company. Brian Pillman says he is excited to prove to the world how… Bruce Hart interrupts and says “How great we are as a team”. Hart says that he has the tools to make it to the top, and Pillman is learning fast, and tonight they will send the Sheepherders scurrying back to New Zealand. Race says he suspects that Bad Company are still not on the same page, and calls Hart an egomaniac. Bad Company vs Sheepherders Hart and Pillman start strong and have the Sheepherders on the back foot. They land several double team moves, and Bischoff notes that they seem to be on the same page now. Luke and Butch are backing off, but Pillman presses the attack. He brings Luke to the corner, and looks to the crowd and Bruce Hart tags himself in annoying Pillman. Hart beats on Luke, but Butch comes in from behind and turns the table. Luke and Butch really wail on Hart. Several times Hart looks like he is battling back, and in a position to make a tag, which Pillman is beckoning for, but Hart chooses to fight on himself. Luke and Butch pummel Hart’s back. Eventually Hart and Butch land a clothesline on each other. Hart finally makes the tag to Pillman, who comes in on fire. He takes down both Luke and Butch with a series of dropkicks and slams. Pillman lands a slingshot suplex on Butch and gets a near fall, broken up by Luke. Pillman manages to backdrop Luke to the floor, and Hart tags himself back in. Pillman slingshots to Luke on the floor, while Hart sets Butch up for a suplex. Butch blocks it, and hits a series of punches, and then rolls Hart up, grabbing the ropes in the process to get the pin. Pillman just misses breaking it up. Race laughs and says that Hart’s ego has cost them the win. Hart gets up and then yells at Pillman and shoves him, saying that Pillman should have been there. Pillman shoves back, and Hart slaps him in the face. Hart can be heard yelling that he brought Pillman in, and he is guiding him, and he knows what is best. Pillman clearly wants to argue further, but decides against it, and returns to the back with Hart. Race calls Pillman spineless and says that Hart has the experience needed for the team to prosper. Bischoff says that Hart just seems to want to prosper his own career. Race comments that every wrestler should always have that attitude. Winners: The Sheepherders. In the back there is commotion. Craig DeGeorge says that he is with Ted DiBiase and his Corporation. Cowboy Bob Orton can be seen clutching his arm. DeGeoge asks what is happening. DiBiase says that Orton had a serious accident on the way to the arena, and has broken his arm. He says they are seeking an urgent meeting with President Milano as they will need to replace Orton in the main event tonight. Mario Milano arrives on the scene, and asks what is happening. DiBiase inform Milano about Orton’s accident, and Orton then shows his arm in a cast. Milano says he does not believe the story. DiBiase then holds up an envelope and says this is an official letter and X-Ray’s from Dr I.N. Pain. He says this will prove their story and demands that Milano allows Orton to be replaced in the main event. Milano says he will review the letter and X-Rays and consider the request. He advises he will notify them of his decision soon. Bischoff questions whether the letter is legitimate. Race says that DiBiase is a man of honour, and he knows that Orton was involved in a serious accident, and he spoke to them earlier and knows that Orton is in a lot of pain, and says that Milano had better make the right decision if he knows what is good for him. Samoan SWAT Team w/Paul e. Dangerously vs Killer Bees A pretty even affair, with both teams trading the advantage throughout the match. Paul E consistently distracts the Bees every time they get some ascendancy in the match. Fatu and Samu send both Bees to the floor, and the go under the ring and come out wearing a pair of masks. This confuses Fatu and Samu, and the ref. Paul E is furious, and yells at the ref. The Bees use this to double team the Samoans, sending Samu to the floor. They then hit a double dropkick on Fatu, but Dangerously passes his phone to Fatu. Fatu comes off the top rope with the phone while the ref is ordering a Bee out of the ring. He rolls Samu on top of the fallen Bee, and the ref turns and counts the pin. Bischoff complains that the Samoans used a foreign object, but Race calls it ingenuity. Winners: The Samoan SWAT Team. In the back Craig DeGeorge is with Paul Ellering and the Powers of Pain. Ellering says that tonight he will prove to the world that he is managing the greatest tag team in history. He says tonight that Warlord and Barbarian are too big and too strong for the little Puppy Dogs. He says that the Powers of Pain are the future of Tag Team Wrestling, and the next AWA World Tag Team Champions….. and he hopes that his former chares around the world are paying attention to see what they are missing. Paul E Dangerously and Kokina. He says that tonight his Dangerous Alliance have already proven how they have earned the name “Dangerous”. He then says that very shortly Nikita Koloff is going to learn why Kokina is the most dangerous man in the Dangerous Alliance. He states that Koloff is a fool for wanting a Russian Chain Match, and questions how he will drag the big man around the ring. He says that the outcome is inevitable. Rick Martel vs The Great Muta w/Sensational Sherri Both men are tentative early, trading armbars and takedowns. Martel manages to reverse a hammerlock, and slams Muta onto his arm, and then continues to work on the arm and shoulder. Muta backs Martel into the corner, and lands a series of chops. Muta and Martel pick up the pace trading slams, dropkicks and more takedowns, before Martel clamps on a hammerlock on the mat. Muta is getting frustrated, and he goes to the eyes of Martel, and then rams him into the turnbuckle. Muta with an irish whip and then a backflip/handstand elbow. Muta tosses Martel from the ring, and the ref admonishes him. This allows Sherri to take a couple of shots at Muta. Muta then slingshots over the top rope for a body press on Martel. Muta goes to ram Martel into the ringpost, but Martel reverses, and Muta’s shoulder hits the steel. Martel then slams Muta on the outside and rolls back into the ring. Sherri tends to Muta, but Martel climbs to the top rope and jumps, landing a double axehandle on Muta. Martel rolls Muta back into the ring, and works the back, but Muta drives Martel into the corner, and lands several shoulders into the ribs. Muta hits a tornado DDT for a near fall. Muta lands a kick to the back of the head for another near fall. Muta is working the neck of Martel and gets several more near falls. Martel battles back and lands a back suplex. Both men start to trade blows, and Muta charges, but Martel moves and Muta crashes into the corner. Martel lands a dropkick off the top rope for a near fall. Martel goes for the Boston Crab, but Muta manages to turn it into a cradle for a near fall. Martel tries a cradle suplex but Muta kicks out at 2. Martel suplexes Muta in the middle of the ring, and then comes off the middle rope with a legdrop. Martel locks in the Boston Crab in the middle of the ring, and Muta is screaming in pain. Sherri jumps up on the apron, and the ref is telling her to get down. Martel lets go of the hold and goes over to Sherri. She slaps him, and he then grabs her wrist. The ref tells him “No” and Sherri tries to drop to the floor. Martel lets go, and turns around into a facefull of green mist. The ref immediately calls for the bell, while Muta hits the Shining Wizard on Muta. He then lands the Moonsault, but the ref is telling the announcer he has disqualified Muta. Sherri begins to argue with the ref, as Muta goes for another Moonsault, but Martel gets his knees up. Martel jumps to his feet and batters Muta with punches. Sherri jumps on his back, but Martel flips her right over in front of him. Martel is seething, and Muta grabs Sherri’s hand and rolls her under the ropes, as they retreat from the ring. Martel has green mist all over his face as the ref raises his arm. Bischoff says this is a big win for Martel, but Race says that this was not a decisive win, and Martel and Muta may be destined to face each other again. Winner: Rick Martel by DQ In the back Craig DeGoerge is outside the office of Mario Milano. Milano comes out the door, and announces that he has reviewed the doctor’s letter and the X-Ray’s. He notes that he was uncertain as to the validity of the letter, and so he called the doctor, who confirmed the story over the phone. He says he has no choice but to allow a replacement for Cowboy Bob Orton tonight. Harley Race starts to chuckle, and Bischoff asks why. Race says that it is nothing, but everyone will find out later tonight. Kokina w/Paul E. Dangerously vs Nikita Koloff in a Russian chain match Koloff tries to use power early to draw Kokina coser, but Kokina does not budge. Koloff charges several times, but Kokina drops Koloff with shoulderblocks. Kokinia is slamming and striking Koloff, who is struggling to stay in the match. Kokina then starts using the chain to drag Koloff towards him to allow him to kick and hit Koloff. Kokina whips Koloff to the corner and charges, but Koloff moves. Koloff then wraps the chain around his hand and punches Kokina several times, rocking the big man. He then uses the chain to choke Kokina, and as he gets up, Koloff uses the chain as a clothesline. Koloff tries to touch the corners, but Kokina uses his size to stop Koloff, dragging him back into a thrust kick. Kokina wraps the chain on his elbow and drops it in Koloff. Kokina goes to the corners and tags 3, but Koloff charges him at the third corner, and lays a series of punches. He climbs the turnbuckle and its 10 punches with the chain on his fist, and Kokina is busted open. Koloff tags 2 corners, but Kokina stops him, and lands a belly to belly suplex, and a leg drop. Kokina drags Koloff to the corner and hist the Banzai splash. Race says the match is over, and Dangerously is celebrating on the floor. Kokina tags the first corner, and makes his way to the second, but Koloff also tags the corner just before it is out of reach. Kokina gets the second, and turns for the third. As Koloff is dragged past the corner, he also tags it. Kokina tags the third and makes his way to the last one. Koloff manages to slow the progress as he gets the tag on the third corner. Koloff is using all his power to stop Kokina moving any further. Both men start to tug on the chain, and Kokina manages to pull the chain hard enough the forces Koloff towards him. Kokina tries a clothesline, but Koloff ducks and is near the corner. Kokina turns and charges Koloff and splashes him into the corner, and the ref calls for the bell. Dangerously is jumping for joy, but the ref raises Koloff’s hand. It is announced that in the process of charging the corner, Kokina forced Koloff to touch the corner first. Dangerously and Kokina argue with the ref as Koloff struggles to his feet. Kokina grabs the ref, but Koloff wraps the chain on his arm, and then lands a Russian Sickle on Kokina, who goes down. Race says that Koloff was lucky there. Bischoff says that both Kokina and Dangerously had not been paying attention to Koloff as he was tagging corners, and their arrogance cost them. Winner: Nikita Koloff Craig De George is with Ted DiBiase, Orton, Funk and Hercules. DiBiase says that common sense has prevailed, and President Milano has agreed to allow Cowboy Bob to be replaced, as he should. DiBiase says that the mighty Hercules will now be competing in the main event. DiBiase states “I have said it before, and I’ll say it again… Every Man has his price”. He laughs and then Craig asks who had a price. DiBiase just smiles and they all leave. The British Bulldogs vs The Powers of Pain w/Paul Ellering for the AWA World Tag Team Titles Davey Boy starts against Warlord and tries to match power, but Warlord is too strong. Davey Boy then hits several drop kicks which stagger Warlord. He tags in Barbarian who charges and Davey Boy hits a press slam. Dynamite comes in and uses hit and run tactics. Dynamite jumps off the top turnbuckle at Warlord, who catches him, and drives him into his own corner. Warlord and Barbarian work over Dynamite for several minutes. They get several near falls, but Dynamite keeps kicking out. Barbarian and Dynamite start trading chops. Barbarian sends Dynamite to the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Dynamite ducks and then hits a running clothesline of his own. Davey Boy gets the hot tag, and he takes on both Powers on his own. A four way brawl breaks out, and Davey and Dynamite clothesline Warlord out of the ring. Davey hits the powerslam on Barbarian, and goes for the pin, but Warlord drags him out of the ring. They begin brawling on the outside, and Barbarian and Dynamite join in. The brawl won’t stop, and ref keeps counting. Both teams start to use chairs and the ring railing, and the ref calls for the bell. Referees and agents rush out to separate the teams. Ellering instructs Warlord and Barbarian to the back as officials try to restore order. Result: Double Countout Craig De George is with The Von Erich’s and Jake “The Snake” Roberts. Kerry and Kevin say that it makes no difference if it is Bob Orton, Hercules or the Abominable Snowman, because money can’t but them, and they will prove that blood is thicker than water, or money. Jake says he always suspected DiBiase had a plan, but it makes no difference. Jake says that the time has come when the rubber hits the road, when real men stand up, and cowards run for cover. Jake says that when they are in the ring tonight, he hopes that DiBiase looks deep in his eye and sees the cold venom running through his veins. Tonight money means nothing… this match is about the heart of a man”. Jake “The Snake” Roberts & The Von Erichs vs Ted DiBiase, Terry Funk & Hercules w/Cowboy Bob Orton. The Corporation attack before the bell sounds, but the Von Erich’s and Jake fight back and clear the ring. Funk starts against Jake, and they evenly fight. Jake grabs the arm, and tags in Kevin who continues the attack. Funk manages to tag in Hercules, and he overpowers Kevin and slams him into his own corner. Kerry tags in and goes toe-to-toe with Hercules, and lands a discuss punch. Herc backs into the corner and tags in DiBiase. DiBiase points to Jake, and Kerry tags out, and Ted attacks as Jake gets in the ring. Jake and Ted battle it out for several minutes, and Jake tries for the DDT, but DiBiase quickly bails from the ring. Funk comes back in, and Jake locks him in a facelock and tags in Kerry. Kerry goes to the ropes, but is tripped by Orton. The Corporation work over Kerry in the corner, and Orton gets several shots in as well. Bischoff questions if Orton is really hurt, and Race says “of course he is, you saw there was a doctor’s note”. Funk drops Kerry with a piledriver for a near fall, which was broken up by Kevin. DiBiase comes in and clamps on the Million Dollar Dream. Kevin tries to come in the ring, and this brings Funk and Hercules in. The ref tries to get everyone out, and this allows Jake to breaks up the hold with a clothesline to the back of the head. Kerry gets the tag to Jake and he comes in on fire. Jake slams and backdrops the entire corporation. Kerry and Kevin are in as well. Jake goes to whip DiBiase, who reverses the move and the ref gets nailed and goes down. DiBiase charges and Jake moves, causing DiBiase to hit the corner. Jake then lands the DDT in the middle of the ring. Kerry and Kevin are brawling with Hercules and Funk, and Jake makes the cover, but sees the ref is out. Orton comes off the top rope, but Jake catches him with a punch to the stomach and then backdrops him out of the ring. As Jake checks on the ref, CACTUS JACK comes out from under the ring, and attacks Jake. He beats on Jake, and sends him to the floor. He slams Jake on the outside, and then goes to the apron, and hits a running elbow off the apron onto the floor. He stands up and says “Bang Bang” as he then leaves through the crowd. Funk rams Kevin into the ring steps and Hercules gets a chair and drops Kerry. Orton then gets up, and takes his cast off his arm and gives it to DiBiase, who drops Kevin with it, and then throws the cast outside the ring. DiBiase then makes an easy cover on Kevin as the ref wakes and makes a slow 3 count. DiBiase, Orton, Hercules and Funk celebrate. Bischoff says that Orton was never really hurt, and Race says “There was a doctor’s note”. Bischoff then asks why Cactus Jack attacked Jake, and questions if Cactus is a member of the corporation. Race says that neither Ted DiBiase, nor any member of the corporation has ever met Cactus Jack before. Bischoff says after what happened with Orton tonight, he does not know if he can believe it. Bischoff says he is certain that these questions will be answered on the next All-Star Wrestling. Winners: Ted DIBiase, Terry Funk & Hercules.

All-Star Wrestling Episode 12 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to All-Star Wrestling, and Bischoff notes we are less than 7 days away from “Outback Mayhem”, and encourages fans across the country to get tickets before they sell-out. Race says that Outback Mayhem will be a special event as Ted DiBiase and the Corporation will finally drive The Snake and The Von Erich’s out of Australia and the AWA. Bischoff says we have a lot of action tonight, as well as a special announcement from AWA President Mario Milano. Race says that when Milano opens his mouth, the entire world goes to sleep, and he doubts Milano has anything of any relevance to say. Jeff Jarrett pinned Barry Horowitz following a flying body press. Bischoff says that Jarrett will be facing Bam Bam Bigelwo next week at Outback Mayhem, and Race suggests he needs more than a flying bodypress in his arsenal to beat Bigelow. Craig DeGeorge is with Rick Martel. Martel says that ext week he is facing a very tough competitor in The Great Muta. Martel says that he has been studying videotape on Muta, and believes he has found several weaknesses that he can exploit, and it should result in victory and then possibly a shot at the World Title. DeGeorge asks about Sherri being at ringside. Martel says they may share the same surname, but that is all, and if Sherri gets involved she may find that he believes in equal opportunity. The Sheepherders beat Paul Roma & Jim Powers when Luke Williams pinned Roma after a battering ram. Race suggests that the unity the Sheepherders have will be too much for Badd Company next weekend, as they have been disunited for a while now. Mike Gibson is in the Event Centre, and gives us a rundown of the card for Outback Mayhem. It includes: Bam Bam Bigelow vs Jeff Jarrett Rick Martel vs Great Muta Samoan SWAT Team vs Killer Bees Bad Company vs Sheepherders Kokina vs Nikita Koloff British Bulldogs vs The Powers of Pain for AWA World Tag Team Titles. Jake Robert & The Von Erichs vs Ted DiBiase, Bob Orton and Terry Funk We then hear from Ted DiBiase with the corporation: Orton, Funk and Hercules. DiBiase says that his financial power is endless, and he has assembled the greatest force in the AWA. He said that he has proven that every one has a price, and he may just have to remind everyone at Outback Mayhem of that fact. He suggests that he does not want to get his hands dirty, and that Hercules may take his place in the main event. We go back to Bischoff who says that is not allowed, and Race points out that he who has the money makes the rules. Ron Garvin beat Steve Lombardi after the Hands of Stone Punch. Bischoff asks why Garvin does not have a match at Outback Mayhem. Race suggests that maybe he is the next member of the Corporation and will be taking the place of someone. Bischoff says that Garvin would never sell out. We get a pre-taped vignette. The camera is in the desert of outback Australia. We see northing but desert and a small building. At the front of the building is a man sitting on the ground, just rocking back and forth. He looks at the camera and says “People think that this is the most hazourdous climate in the world”. He then leans into the camera “Those people are wrong…. I am the most hazardous”. Then emblazoned on the screen is says: CACTUS JACK is coming. We go to Queen’s Court, and Sherri’s guest this week is a man who is probably an illegal immigrant, and is certainly the most stupid man in the world: Nikita Koloff. Koloff comes out holding a big chain, causing Sherri to back away. Sherri says that this is not the place to start a fight. Koloff says he is not here to start a fight, but to answer a challenge. He says that last week Paul E. Dangerously said that Kokina would face him in a match next weekend. Sherri says that Kokina has already humiliated Nikita once, why would he want another match. He says when he grew up in Russia he had to fight for everything he had, and if he did not achieve it the first time, he keeps trying until he does succeed. He says that the chain he holds reminds him of the bondage he broke away from, but at Outback Mayhem this chain represents the end of Kokina’s freedom. He says that he has chosen a Russian Chain Match for their battle, and “I have never lost one of these matches”. The Powers of Pain w/Paul Ellering beat Tom Zenk & Outback Jack when Barbarian pinned Outback after a flying headbutt. The Powers then clean out the ring and pose, as Ellering says that these are the next World Tag Team Champions. Race says he has to agree with Ellering, and Bischoff concedes that if any team can beat the Britsih Bulldogs, the Powers of Pain have the strength and skill to do so. In the ring, Craig DeGeorge introduces AWA President Mario Milano. Milano says that recently some of the superstars of the AWA have acted in unprofessional ways. He says there have been backroom deals and working around contracts, and it is time to put this to a stop. He says that at Outback Mayhem the signed contract for the Main Event says that Jake Roberts and The Von Erich’s are due to face Bob Orton, Terry Funk and AWA World Champion Ted DiBiase. He notes that Mr DiBiase seems to think he can use his money to get out of his contracted appearances. Well this is no longer an option. He says that if Mr DiBiase, or any other member of his team, should attempt to pay someone to wrestle on their behalf, then they will be fined substantially and suspended. The crowd roars and Race is furious. He says that Milano has no right to do this. Bischoff notes he has every right… he is the President. Race slips by saying he and DiBiase will not stand for this, and then corrects himself saying DiBiase will not accept this and will surely get his lawyers onto this. Bischoff pushes the point of Race’s involvement and Race tells Bischoff to shut up or he may try to find out if Milano’s threats to suspend him for physical violence are genuine. Jake “The Snake” Roberts, Kerry & Kevin Von Erich beat Jose Luis Rivera, Jose Estrada & Tiger Chung Lee when Roberts pinned Estrada after the DDT. Following the match Jake let Damian have a slither on Estrada as Kerry and Kevin grabbed the mic and invited DiBiase, the Corporation and Race to come into the ring to join them.. Jake then grabbed the mic and says that next weekend, at Outback Mayhem, we will see just how much mayhem he and Damian can cause, and no amount of money can save Ted DiBiase from that. Race says he is sure DiBiase has a plan to shut Roberts up for good, and Bischoff encourages everyone to hurry up and get tickets to Outback Mayhem as it is nearly sold out across the country.

I fell a little behind, and have just "binge watched" about 4 episodes. Really enjoying what you are building here. The card is looking stacked following the arrival of Ricky Steamboat. The Horsemen have a lot of people gunning for them... but they are still the Horsemen. Taylor hoping to prove himself against Hennig in the TV title tournament will be very interesting. I love the union of Big Bubba and One Man Gang, and can't wait to see them face the Road Warriors. And Piper is a man on a mission. I don't think that Sawyer stands a chance against him in the Dog Collar Match, and then I think Piper is coming for Ric Flair.

Some interesting action in the WWF this week. Honkey Tonk attacks a referee with his guitar, and earns a suspension. I am interested in where this is going. It was always going to end well for Zbyszko by trying to get Bad News to be his partner. The real question is whether Larry will continue to take on the Rougeau's with other partners, or whether he is going to be mad at Bad News. And it looks like Demolition are trying to get more motivation for a rematch with the Freebirds. Personally I hope Demolition regain their titles, but I am not keen on an alliance with Gary Hart......

Sorry I have not commented for a couple of weeks, I've been busy, but I have been enjoying the tournaments down here in Florida. From last week, I must admit I was not totally surprised that Mike Graham won the light heavyweight title, but it looks as though the veteran Les Thornton wants it to be a short reign. The this week we see JYD and Rock and Soul Connection capture the Florida and tag team titles. The tournaments were great, and the company is dominated by the good guys. Interested to see who lines up to be the early challengers for these titles.

All-Star Wrestling Episode 11 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to this weeks All-Star Wrestling, and Bischoff says tonight is a stacked show. Race says that tonight we will be graced by the World Champion and his growing corporation. Bischoff asks if Race is a part of the corporation and Race says that his financial dealings are none of Bischoff’s business. Bischoff asks Race if the corporation will be able to fend off the attacks of Jake The Snake, and Race says he is sure that DiBiase has a plan to protect himself from that worm. Bad Company beat DJ Peterson & Steve Lombardi when Bruce Hart pinned Peterson. Late in the match Pillman hit a suplex on Peterson and prepared to climb the ropes when Hart tagged himself into the match, and hit a back suplex for the win. Pillman was not happy about Hart’s actions, while Hart celebrated. Race says that there is clearly trouble in paradise and that Bruce Hart is a glory hog. Bischoff hopes that the team work out their differences soon, or a future champion tag team may find that they won’t be a team much longer. Craig DeGeorge is with Kerry and Kevin Von Erich. Kerry says that it is so good to have his brother with him here in Australia. Kevin says that the Von Erich’s are the strongest family in the world, and no force can stop them, no matter how much money they wield. Kerry then says whether it is Ted DiBiase’s world title or the Tag Team Titles, it won’t be long before the Von Erich name is on a championship belt. Kokina w/Paul E Dangerously pinned Brian Adams after a Banzai Drop. After the match Kokina landed a second Banzai Drop. He was preparing to deliver a third when NIKITA KOLOFF ran to the ring and attacked Kokina, He clubbed Kokina into the ropes, and then hit a running Russian Sickle that forced Kokina out of the ring. Paul E then jumped in front of Kokina and encouraged him to leave the ring while Koloff attended to the hurt Brian Adams. We go to the Event Centre with Mike Gibson. He hypes the upcoming “Outback Mayhem” event in a couple of weeks time. He runs down the card, but puts the clear focus on the tag team title match between the British Bulldogs and the Powers of Pain, saying that these are possibly the two best teams in the world right now. We then get an interview with Paul Ellering and the Powers. Ellering says that the Powers of Pain are the most powerful team in the world, they are the evolution of tag team wrestling, and at Outback Mayhem they will win him the World Tag Team Titles. We then hear from the Bulldogs, who say it does not matter how big and strong a team is, because no one is taking the Tag Team Titles away from them. We come back to Bischoff and race. Bischoff says he can’t wait for what will be one of the most exciting tag team matches in the world. Race says that the Bulldogs have been worthy tag team champions, but the Powers of Pain are a whole other level of greatness he can’t see how the Bulldogs even stand a chance. Rick Martel beat Barry Horowitz by submission to the Boston Crab. Bischoff says that Martel is putting himself into contention for a world title shot soon. Race suggests that the winner of the Martel vs Muta match at Outback Mayhem may be the next challenger for the World Title. We go to Queen’s Court, and Sherri’s guest this week is The Mighty Hercules. Sherri talks about Hercules being one of the most powerful men in the AWA. Hercules says that his power is legendary. He said he went to the foot of Mount Olympus and spoke to Zues himself, and Zues challenged him to prove to the world he is the most powerful man in the world. Hercules says that Sherri is the most beautiful, The Great Muta (standing behind Sherri) may be the most exciting, but he is the most powerful. At this point Ted DiBiase and Bob Orton come to the set. DiBiase says Hercules may be the most powerful, but he is the most wealthy. He then says that as the wealthiest, he has a business proposal for the most powerful, and asks Hercules to join him for a private meeting. Sherri says it is enticing to be in the presence of Money or Power, and she gets to be in the presence of both. Jake “the Snake” Roberts pinned Tiger Chung Lee following the DDT. After the match he allowed Damien to slither all over Lee, while he looked to the camera and said “Ted DiBiase, the war isn’t over yet”. Race starts to mock Roberts, who then picks Damien up and rolls out of the ring and walks up to Race. Race is clearly terrified and tries to back away. Roberts says “What’s the matter race, you scared of a little snake? I thought that money was supposed to overcome your fears? Make sure you pass on this message to Ted”. Roberts then leans Damien closer to Harley causing him to fall to the ground, and then laughs and walks away. Craig DeGeorge is with Paul E & Dangerously and the Dangeous Alliance. Paul E says that he has assembled the greatest stable of wrestlers in the world. He says that he intends to guide each man to championship gold. He then says that Kokina is an unstoppable monster, but it seems some people like to poke the monster. He says that Nikita Koloff is a man who has disgraced his country, trying to appease the masses then holding true to his national beliefs. Dangerously says that if Koloff wants another lesson in pain, then Kokina is more than willing to become the teacher. Ted DiBiase, Bob Orton & Terry Funk vs Paul Roma, Jim Powers & SD Jones Before the match starts, DiBiase grabs the mic and reminds us that “Everyone has a price for the Million Dollar Man”. He says that tonight he does not feel like dirtying his hands, and does not feel that Roma, Powers and Jones should be offered any money to forfeit. Instead he has hired someone to take his place in the match. He then invites Hercules to come to the ring. Race calls DiBiase a genius, while Bischoff asks if Hercules is now a full member of DiBiase’s corporation. Bob Orton, Terry Funk & Hercules w/Ted DiBiase beat Paul Roma, Jim Powers & SD Jones when Hercules forced Jones to submit to the torture rack backbreaker. After the match DiBiase enters the ring and shakes each man’s hand and hands them each a cash reward. Race then enters the ring and asks DiBiase about his growing corporate power. DiBiase says that these men in the ring with him are proof that money can buy anything- the greatest advice, greatest bodyguard and the greatest talkers and athletes in the world are all at his disposal. He says that if anyone wants to try their luck against him, all they have to do is sign on the dotted line. He says that Jake Roberts, The Von Erich’s and everyone else need to recognise right now that he is not only the wealthiest man in the world, but he is the smartest, and no one will ever take this World Title away from him. The Corporation then hug in the ring as Bischoff asks if DiBiase may actually be right and this Corporation could be the most powerful force in the AWA, or the rest of the wrestling world

All-Star Wrestling Episode 10 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to another week of All-Star Wrestling. Bischoff explains that we have a big night in store for us as we will see both the Tag Team Champions and the #1 contenders in action tonight. Race then points out that Sherri has a very special guest on Queen’s Court tonight because the World Champion will be making a special appearance. Bischoff says that probably means that Cowboy Bob Orton and Terry Funk will be there too, and then asks if Race will be joining them. Race tells Bischoff to watch what he says, or no amount of warnings from President Mario Milano will stop him from reminding Bischoff why he is the greatest world champion of all time. Hercules defeated SD Jones by submission to the torture rack backbreaker. During the match Race talked up Hercules size and strength, and spoke about him being a tremendous asset. Bischoff asked if Race was implying that Hercules may be potentially on the payroll of the Million Dollar Man. Race responded “How would I know?”, and Bischoff said he thought Race and DiBiase were business associates. Race said that his business dealings are none of Bischoff’s business. Craig DeGeorge is in the back with Nikita Koloff. Koloff says that a couple of weeks ago he discovered just how big and strong Kokina is. However Koloff is a determined man, and he intends to prove that the bigger they are, the harder they fall. He says he wants another shot at Kokina, and says that if he or that little loudmouth who hangs around him are really men, then they will answer his challenge. Kevin Von Erich w/Kerry Von Erich beat Steve Lombardi following a Superkick. Bischoff says that Kevin has come to Australia to help his brother fight corruption. Race says that Kevin is just as stupid as his brother. We cross to Mike Gibson in the Event Centre. Gibson begins to promote the upcoming “outback Mayhem” tour of Australia, and encourages fans to buy their tickets quickly. Gibson says that one of the big matches at Outback Mayhem will see Rick Martel face The Great Muta. We see footage of Muta’s attack on Martel at last week’s Queen’s Court. We then hear from Rick Martel. He says that there have been times when he did not see an attack coming, but last week was the first time he struggled to see. He states that Muta may be an exciting wrestler, but his inexperience will be his undoing. We then cross to Sherri Martel with Muta. Sherri says that once in a generation a superstar emerges that evolves the sport. She says that Great Muta is that evolution, and at Outback Mayhem he will take the next step when he beats a former World Champion in Rick Martel. We go back to Gibson who says that the match between Martel and Muta is going to be an in-ring classic. Powers of Pain destroyed SD Jones & Outback Jack when Warlord pinned Jones after a powerslam. Following the match Ellering looked into the camera and told the British Bulldogs that they had better enjoy their last 3 weeks as Champions, because the pain is coming. It is now time for the Queens Court, and Sherri says she is honoured to introduce our great World Champion: Ted DiBiase. As Bischoff predicted earlier, DiBaise comes to the set with Bob Orton and Terry Funk. At ringside Harley Race can be seen standing and applauding. Sherri says that it is an honor to have DiBiase here, and she thanks him for his patronage of her, and she starts to stroke a diamond necklace she is wearing. DiBiase says that Sherri is the Queen of Wrestling, and she deserves to be treated as such. Sherri asks Ted about Jake Roberts and the Von Erich’s. Ted says that Jake is nothing but a worm, and the Von Erich’s are just rodents. He says that he has surrounded himself with the best money can buy: the best bodyguard in the world and a true movie star. He says he also has the sound advice of the greatest mind in the business at his disposal. DiBiase says that Jake the Snake needs to learn he is never going to capture the world title, and the Von Erich’s should just tuck their tails and go back to Texas. Terry Funk then says that he is the greatest wrestler from Texas. He says his ranch is bigger than the Von Erich’s, and his Dad was a greater wrestler, and above all he has more talent than both Von Erich’s combined. Orton just smiles at the camera and says, give me the chance to beat some people up, and I’ll be happy. DiBiase says that at Outback Mayhem the world will see just how outmatched the Von Erich’s and Jake are when they face us in a 6 man tag match. He says that once again he will prove that everyone has a price, and money will always overcome. Bam Bam Bigelow w/Paul E. Dangerously pinned Steve Blackman after a flying headbutt. Bischoff points out that Bigelow is very agile for a big man. Race notes that every one of Paul E’s Dangerous Alliance are big and agile, and Race is the brains of the operation. Bischoff says that may be why they have not met with much success yet. Race asks Eric if he would say that to Paul E’s face. Bischoff says yes. Race then asks if he would say it to Kokina’s face, and Bischoff immediately crosses to Craig DeGeorge. Craig De Geroge is with Bad Company, and asks about their early success here in AWA. Brian Pillman starts to answer when Bruce Hart talks over him, and says that he has travelled the world to prove how great he is. He says that he has found a partner with all the tools to succeed, and that with his experience and knowledge Bad Company will become World Tag Team Champions. Craig asks Pillman about their scheduled match against the Sheepherders at Outback Mayhem. Pillman starts to answer when Hart interrupts and says that the Sheepherders will find out that they are not the only team who are willing to put their bodies on the line to win a match. Pillman is not happy with Hart’s interruption, but nods in agreement. When they cross back to ringside, Race questions how united this team truly is? British Bulldogs defeated Jose Luis Rivera & Jose Estrada after Davey Boy Smith press-slammed Dynamite Kid onto Estrada. As the Bulldogs celebrate in the ring, the Powers of Pain rush to the ring and attack the Bulldogs. A 4-way brawl breaks out, as referees rush to the ring to try and break it up. The Bulldogs then break away from the refs and attack the Warlord and Barbarian. Race says that the powers of Pain are trying to get in the heads of the Bulldogs. Bischoff notes that the two teams are very evenly matched, and when they meet at Outback Mayhem it will be a truly great Title match.

All-Star Wrestling Episode 9 Eric Bischoff and Harley Race welcome us to All-Star Wrestling. Race says that everything remains right in AWA after Ted DiBiase retained his World Title. Bischoff asks about whether he helped DiBiase hire Terry Funk to help him hold onto the gold. Race says that he has known Funk nearly his entire professional career, but “I am employed a s a commentator. I have no official affiliation with The Million Dollar Man”. Bischoff says that’s not what it looked like at National Tour. Race reminds Bischoff not to assume what is happening without having proof. Bischoff accepts this, but says he is sure that we will find out more about this situation before the night is out. Samoan SWAT Team beat SD Jones & Outback Jack when Fatu pinned Jones after a splash off the top rope. After the match Paul E. Dangerously looked into the camera and declared that the Samoan SWAT Team are the most dangerous team in the AWA, and there is no team in the company that can match them for teamwork. Craig DeGeorge is standing in the back with Paul Ellering and the Powers of Pain. Ellering says that they proved that the killer Bees have no poison in their sting, and now they are ready to show that the Bulldogs are the most overrated team in the world. He says that Warlord and Barbarian are the most dominant team in the world, and they will become the AWA World tag Team Champions once the Bulldogs have the guts to put the titles on the line against them. Tom Zenk beat Tiger Chung Lee after a cross body. Race mocked Zenk for being a pretty boy, and questioned if he has the toughness to truly make it in the AWA. Mike Gibson is in the Event Centre. He reviews the results from the recent National Tour. He then focusses on DiBiase’s win over Jake the Snake Roberts when Terry Funk interfered, after which the Von Erich’s came out to help Jake. He says that DiBiase is not impressed with the role that Kerry and Kevin played at the end of the night. We go to an interview with Ted DiBiase, Cowboy Bob Orton and Terry Funk. DiBiase says that his investments always pay off, and last week we saw that Jake The Snake Roberts was in over his head. Terry Funk says that Roberts is the snake, but on his ranch you just cut the head off the snake and they are harmless. “Well I just decapitated you Jake”. DiBiase then says that the Von Erich’s have stuck their nose into his business, and now they want Roberts, Kerry and Kevin in the ring to teach them not to mess with his corporate interest. Great Muta beat Brian Adams following the Moonsault. Muta attacked Adams before the bell, and quickly set him up for the moonsault. Sherri swooned over Muta after the match, and directed him to the Queen’s Court Set Sherri walks onto her set and introduced her guest as someone who may share her surname, but is definitely not related to her. Rick Martel comes out to a great reaction. Sherri asks Rick why he is trying to ingratiate himself to her by stealing her name. Rick says that he would never want to have Sherri as a sister, because his family always prided themselves on class and honour, and Sherri has neither. Sherri is not happy, and says that Rick wishes he had someone in his family that was half as good looking as she is. Rick says that if he had a sister that looked like her, he would have sold her to the zoo a long time ago. Sherri is furious, and slaps Rick in the face. Rick glares at Sherri and takes a step forward, but Muta sprays Martel in the face with Green Mist, and starts to beat on him. Sherri asks Rick how it feels to know that he must be the stupidest person in his family, and laughs as she leads Muta away. Nikita Koloff beat Steve Lombardi following a Russian Sickle. Race says that it is nice to see Koloff et through the match on his feet after being flattened the other day by Kokina. Bischoff admits it is surprising Koloff has not suffered broken ribs. Race says his heart probably just wasn’t in it. Craig DeGeorge is in the ring, and welcomes Jake “The Snake”, along with Kerry and Kevin Von Erich. Kerry says he told Orton and DiBiase that Blood was thicker than water, and his brother was there for him last weekend. Kevin says that he has now come to Australia, not just to back-up his brother, but for the two of them to right some wrongs together. Jake then says that DiBiase keeps flashing the money around, he keeps hiring more goons, but in the end the Snake always bites back. He tells DiBiase that when he hits the DDT it is lights out, regardless of how much money you have. Jake then issues the challenge to DiBiase, Orton and Funk to meet them in a 6-man tag team match at “Outback Mayhem”. Killer Bees beat Conquistadors when Jim Brunzell pinned Conqistador I after a dropkick. The match is a reasonably competitive one. The Conquistadors do get in some offence, but the Bees are clearly the better team. Brunzell hits a great dropkick to get the pin. Bischoff says that the Bees fast paced offence makes them dangerous to everyone. Race points out that the Bees got stung by the Powers of Pain, and there are a few teams ahead of them for a shot at the Titles. Bischoff notes that the Tag Team Champs will be here next week, as will the Number 1 contenders for the Tag Titles, The Powers of Pain. Race says that when those 2 teams finally meet it will be a war.
