The next Otsuka/NJPW thread post is going to take a while. I want to cover the last four months of 1974, and I have a solid amount of sources already available for that. (There's a G Spirits interview with Strong Kobayashi that I may plumb for some details on the December Inoki rematch.) But I want to begin this post with a biography of Kintaro Oki, which will lead into his and Inoki's match. I am currently transcribing a 2020 G Spirits interview with Kim Duk on Oki, and as other interviews in that feature concern the JWA, I may comb through those too. I also have another G Spirits issue from 2021 with a feature about Inoki's first four years, and I might go through those to look for details on his relationship with Oki. Another reason I want to give Oki this treatment is that I need to put NJPW's later Korean tours in their proper context.
