This really shouldn't count I guess because it wasn't a mainstream movie or whatever but my favorite failed attempt at an accent in a movie is Brigette Nielsen in "Chained Heat 2". She actually falls in and out of it the whole movie and in one scene clearly speaks in her normal/natural voice for its enterity

I was actually thinking last night that Lana's acting has regressed big time since 2014/2015 days when everyone was praising her. She was okay last night but she tripped over a few of her lines and she was more " CJ" than "Lana".

Also Dean was incredibly over in the summer of 2014 and wwe did nothing to capitalize on it.
