NintendoLogic Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 OK, admit it. Who watched the first episode? I did, and the main takeaway for me was that Jane Geddes is basically a real-life Big Johnny.
ButchReedMark Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 I really enjoyed it, somewhat embarrassingly. John Cena is like the world's nicest bloke.
Bix Posted July 29, 2013 Report Posted July 29, 2013 I did. Review/recap here: http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1719796...wwe-total-divas Don't get all up in my Kool-Aid if you hate it.
Smack2k Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 OK, I am 100% out of the loop here about this... Is this all acting or are these all real relationships taking place outside the WWE storylines and in their real lives? I am not watching either way, but just curious....
Marty Posted July 30, 2013 Report Posted July 30, 2013 OK, I am 100% out of the loop here about this... Is this all acting or are these all real relationships taking place outside the WWE storylines and in their real lives? I am not watching either way, but just curious.... A little bit of both. The relationships (Nikki/Cena, Brie/Bryan, Nattie/Kidd, Naomi/Jimmy Uso, etc.) are all real, but I'm pretty sure the whole thing is 100% scripted. Bix gave a nice rundown of how a lot of the timeframes are off if you're a hardcore fan, but if you're completely new to the WWE, or simply a casual follower, that stuff doesn't matter.
Strummer Posted August 5, 2013 Report Posted August 5, 2013 Pretty boring episode tonight. I don't know if the average E! viewer is going to get hooked on this show. And wow Bryan really doesn't own a TV
