I think it was was originally Andre The Giant Panda in N2W (comedy tribute wrestlers promotion) but, I think it changed to Andreza Giant Panda as the character gained notoriety, I think to avoid weird stuff with parody.

Andreza Gaint Panda think was originally an Andre The Giant tribute/parody facing a parody Hulk Hogan and Stan Kobayashi (Abdullah Kobayashi doing a Stan Hansen gimmick). It eventually moved to its own thing with the only major obvious is headbutts and using the Andre The Giant theme song.
