Does Punk v Reigns belong in the top (TOP!) tier of Wrestlemania matches?

I believe it does. After watching it, I raced through my mind trying to think when I'd last enjoyed a mania match as much.

I believe it belongs with my following all-timers (in chronological  order, not rankings)

Savage-Steamboat, Savage-Warrior, Bret-Owen, Bret-Austin, Rock-Austin (2001), Angle-Michaels, Undertaker-Michaels (2009), Undertaker-Michaels (2010), Lesnar-Reigns (2015).

 

Agree/disagree? Any matches you feel were as good/better missing from my list?

 

I know this is a bit off the beaten track from recent discourse here but I didn't want to let the match pass without some acknowledgment (I know...).

I think it does, at the very least its the best Mania match in about 15 years. There's probably a reflex to say it's not since the build to this year's show went off the rails, but I can't think of one in that time frame that even came close.

Not even Gunther vs Drew McIntyre vs Sheamus for the Intercontinental Championship at Wrestlemania 39?

That match is awesome (and I usually HATE Triple Threat Matches) and it is also a glaring omission from @BigBadMick’s list.

I did consider it, but as you can see, the standard on all-time classics I'm including is absolutely sky high.

 

I'd put it at top of next tier down though.
