Two things separate Devil from the other's who fit the criteria 1) while wrestling in the deepest and highest peak era in pro wrestling Devil gave a LOT of people either their best or second best matches 2) she's better at using facial expressions than any other wrestler I've ever seen and as a result I'm consistently much more invested in her matches than other wrestlers who is comparable to her in other ways." dokomoy Edited May 30 by Grimmas corrected

It is just an innate special, almost mythical ability with him that just captivates and drags me in more than any other wrestler has ever done. His hit rate speaks for itself, obviously the lauded Okada match, the Ishii sprints but even back to his initial (and best) run, there’s the Akiyama match, the Chosu match, the matches with Tenryu, the Kawada match, the plethora of tags in both New Japan and NOAH. Even during the comeback there are matches that just aren’t heralded as much as they should be, the Sakuraba match is spectacular, the Honma G1 24 match my GOD, that entire G1 run is just home run after home run. Words can’t describe how i feel about Shibata, it’s just magic. Taking a 4+ year hiatus and coming back like he never took a day off. The peaks are just ridiculous and the consistency within his activity is other worldly, do I understand the criticisms? Yeah. Do i get why people would disagree? Yeah. But my god, i feel so alive when watching Shibata, and that counts more than anything." Vivi Edited May 30 by Grimmas corrected
