Changing the set or the commentators won’t do anything or attract new fans as long as you have geeks rather than superstars. I’ve said it before but you need larger than life maniacs up to the eyeballs on steroid and cocaine, you need the likes of hogan piper savage Andre warrior, you need to feel that these are cartoon sociopaths who you can’t imagine existing in the normal world and have it reinforced by these colorful characters destroying mere mortal ham n eggers, you need over the top gimmicks and angles. Turn on the tv and see schlubs like AJ Styles and Kofi and sami and Kevin Owens and Ali and Becky Lynch and Seth etc etc...that’s the problem right there, as long as those are your “stars” nothing will change.

WWE Superstars should be crazy larger than life coked up sociopaths who you can’t imagine living in normal society. There’s too much content of these geeks crying, talking about how much this moment means to them, tweeting....even in the context of their tv show they have supposed heels shown in charity propaganda spots or reality show previews out of character. Kofi, Kevin Owens, Seth, AJ Styles, Becky, Johnny Gargano...how can any kid look at these geeks with a sense of wonder compared to Hogan, Savage, Warrior, Piper, Andre etc

One of the biggest problem is these geeks they have as champions, none of them are superstars. Seth and Kofi suck and Becky is the fucking worst with her terrible attempts at acting and boring matches. Instead of larger than life superstars there are dweebs who got pity pushes because apparently heat and angles suck and now the stories are about “under appreciated” charisma-less nerds getting their “moment”.

No there is a clearly disproportionate level of anger directed towards a woman of color which boil down to the worst kind of accusations of uppityism.

I gave up some time during the painfully heatless match between Roman and the incredibly dull Drew. This is the most modern wrestling I’ve watched in years and honestly it was pretty shit, best match was Miz/Shane followed by Bryan/Kofi, the rest was a bunch of geeks, no larger than life superstars. Plus racist old uncle Terry. I have no desire to watch the rest, I watch an hour of the network a week at best, there’s more than enough 87 prime time, 84 mid south, 92 wcw saturday night, Crockett and hidden gems to never have to watch blackface balor
