I am trying to catch up on Fusion and watched the Jimmy Havoc vs Filthy Tom death match. I have been a huge fan of Tony as commentary but boy he really went into WCW I stopped giving a shit mode in that match. Talking about the different cheeses used on a grater and laughing through a bunch of really violent spots. Meanwhile the other guy screams MAMA MIA while a pizza cutter is being used. All I can think is that this was the end of their TV tapings.

If he isn't then he is definitely one of the most entertaining ones ever The idea that you are willing to pull your own mask off in order to win a match by DQ in a mask vs mask match probably makes a ton of sense for long time lucha fans but for the only a few times people like me I don't get it. Imagine having Brian Cage, Rich Swann, and Fenix in a match and you feel like you have to protect Jeff Jarrett. While I enjoy seeing Dr. Wagner Jr showing up the idea that Fenix needed him to beat Jarrett is a joke. it also looked like Cage got hurt on that swanton breaking up the figure 4. Fenix definitely landed right on his knees which had to suck

Now Lady Shani vs Fabe Apache was a great hate filled brawl. I am sure the outside BS with all the guys makes sense in the long term story. Well that was a predictable sloppy death match given one of the teams in it. the flaming bullrope was pretty awesome but the rest was very IWA Deep South

The true highlight of this waste of a Rousey/Stephanie segment was Sasha and Bayley trying with all their power not to show how they really feel about this. Sasha tried and played a little bit but Bayley was having absolutely none of it. It was like that famous segment with all of the champions and the man thing people remember is CM Punk behind everyone back with this look of completely amazement at the bullshit going on in the ring

The only way we get a Brock vs Roman rematch in the next year is unless Brock fucks up and fails another drug test and there is no way to get around it for the UFC. the WWE was always the place to go because he couldn't go to the UFC. Now he can until the inevitable USADA violation
