His lack of one great singles match and embarrassing performance in 1994 WCW would disqualify him from my list. I like his work with the Blonde Bombers but I am a bigger Larry Latham fan than Wayne Ferris fan.

Never heard of him.

It's not going to happen.

You don't count.

Briscoe Brothers & Roderick Strong vs. Matt Sydal, ACH, and Alberto el Patron - Patron was sporting his Del Rio gear tonight. Early on, they pair off and open like a classical lucha trios. Then they do a huge dive sequence later on after a nice ACH face on peril. Then shit goes bonkers and everyone is going too fast to keep track. Ending has Mark Briscoe getting trapped in an arm bar followed by Air Sydal followed by the 450 to end it. I want to watch it again to see if it is MOTYC level stuff but it was awesome live. Overall... ROH ruled tonight. It could have been next level stuff if a Sabin knew wrestling 101 and Jay Lethal didn't suck.

Chris Sabin vs. Kyle O'Reilly - Ok... early on Sabin bum rushes O'Reilly and beats the shit out of him. He then goes after the bandaged head and I think this is going to be the most awesome match on the show. Then notging. No biting. No punching. No clawing. No kicking. Nothing. Blood was trickling down from O'Reilly ' s face and he did nothong with it but Some Flippy Floppy Reversal Shit. Completely took me out of the match. Silly finish with interference and it doesn't matter what O'Reilly did to try and save it. Big letdown.

Tomasso Ciampa vs. JAY Lethal - I didn't care about either guy. However, the crowd was into it and they teased some nice finishes. Still some of the shit just didn't make sense. In the end, the ref throws out the House of Truth... but they never leave! Them Lethal just nails his finisher anyway to end it. Stupid. If they cut this up and put it back together, it might resemble something that looks like a good match but it felt like garbage.

Ok... site was down but we have some more thoughts... Killer Elite Squad vd. WAR Machine - This was turning into a nice little southern tag for awhile. Super stiff shots and Hansen ended up as face in peril after a nasty spot where his leg was kicked and he whipped his head on the mat. The ending ducked when the ref threw out the match after a low blow.

reDragon vs. The Addiction - Too much to describe without replay but reDragon make mincemeat out of Frankies arm and he sells it like a champ. Then they go into overdrive with huge near falls, double teams and big saves. Fish and O'Reilly lose the belts after a member of KRD accidentally super kicks O'Reilly and the Addiction finisher. The KRD member is caught and unmasks as Chris Sabin and the Addiction are the guys in the masks. MOTYC tag match worthy of watching.

BJ Whitmer vs. Caprice Coleman vs. Will Ferrera vs. MOOSE - People were into this match when Moose was in and not into it when he was out. Moose was the most over guy when he wasn't in the ring. Sloppy match and Moose didn't look great. He does do a tope that rocked the place. Moose has fluffy light headbutts. Moose kills Coleman with the spear but Whitmer grabs the pin.

Michael Elgin vs. Cedric Alexander Early on Cedric nails the sweetest dropkick I have ever seen live. He follows it up with a sweet tope. Too bad Elgin fights back and takes over on offense because his offense kind of sucks. For such a power house, his offense isn't very dynamic. Pete gets a Cedric chant going and he fights back. I liked this a lot when Cedric was on offense, not so much with Elgin. Entertaining match overall but they went into 2 count overkill. Elgin wins but it didn't feel like it was his match to win.

Dalton Castle vs Donovan ?? - the Castle gimmick with his man servants is awesome. Donovan looks like a really tall Ken Doane. Dalton plays his gimmick well and had some cool spots including a really stiff looking elbow suicide dive. Fun opener but I don't know about 2 comedy gimmicks in a row. At least one was a dark match. Dalton has the SWEET Tamon Honda delayed German. Donovan ends it with a flip GTS. Worth checking out.

Me and shoe are here live in San Antonio so I thought I would collect my thoughts here as the show is going on. Shane Diller ? vs. The Romantic Touch - Fun opener with a Rhett Titus under the hood playing a Handsome Stranger gimmick. Shane is a big fat dude and Touch worked well around Shane's limitations. Nothing special but the crowd was into it.

At the bottom of the page, you can simply load more topics and it is right there at your convenience. Also, it is a noteworthy news item that generated 2 pages of discussion. There will be some growing pains early on but we knew that when we made the decision.

And they are definitely testing the waters with blood. When Bryan was knocked off the ring, I didn't see his head hit anything to cause a cut. If he got busted open from the headbutts, it is the only explanation besides blading. Sheamus smearing Bryan's blood was a nice touch. These two have great chemistry. Not their best match together but a fun main event for Smackdown and well worth watching.

OK, they are definitely testing the waters with profanity. Reigns used "ass" and "piss" in his interview. It makes me think that the blood isn't being frowned upon like it once was either.

Effective is a good word.

The top 5 could make thiss the best PPV of all time. Arn feels wasted in the tag. Is Badd the face? If so, maybe Badd vs. Arn instead of the tag.
