  1. I have 62 from my Ballot making the Top 100 My top 20 remain alive. 2 of my top 30 have fallen The number extends to 8 of my Top 50 My numbers 90, 92, 95 and 99 remain however
  2. How about a system where a nominee name could be put forward but would require 5 "ayes" to make the nominees list proper but a wrestler can also become eligible if they receive 5 votes in the final poll?
  3. I am down to 67 Only lost one of my Top 25 though (23 - Greg Valentine) so I shouldnt complain too much (although I want to). 7 lost of my Top 50
  4. I feel as though Valentine is not safe
  5. That was a particularly painful drop there, lost 6 of my Top 100. 24 down, 76 live on.
  6. There is no phrase I hate more than "before my time" there is certainly an element of that going on here
  7. Put me in the Sgt Sad camp. My highest ranked wrestler I have lost so far. Had him at 37
  8. Tito Santana (40), the first of my top 50 to go
  9. Kerry Von Erich is the 13th one of mine to fall. Anyone still batting above 90%?
  10. Mayumi Ozaki
  11. Oh I am not defending his wrestling by any stretch of the imagination
  12. I like Nick Gage because in a world where a guy could be making a pizza mid match or pin a guy where asleep he brings much needed believability. But yeh was in no way under any consideration for this list from me. I did like his match with Kris Statlander about 6 years ago or so for Beyond Wrestling
  13. Cody Rhodes still to place however
  14. How high are we going to get Toni Storm?
  15. Unless I have forgotten someone we are likely left with these World of Sport guys Jim Breaks Steve Grey Johnny Saint And if you want to count them Fit Finlay, Davey Boy Smith, William Regal and Dynamite Kid
  16. Robert Gibson the first from my ballot to fall. Not the one I was expecting
  17. I cannot fathom a world where Terry Rudge is below Kendo Nagasaki
  18. Few guys who are out that would have come in my 101-200 range Johnny Kincaid Pete Roberts Michel Saulnier Tonga Kid (this one hurts the most) And possibly Killer Karl Kox
  19. Ciampa had a strong but short peak around 2016-2018 in both tag team and singles in NXT and independence. Was a time he was my favourite guy to watch in NXT. I think there is merit to the amount of heat he could generate in NXT at times. I don't think there is enough to warrant a top 100 spot but I also don't think he should be written off completely
  20. Thanks so much!
  21. One of the more forgotten workers from the WoS era. He is not the top tier of workers from Britain's glory days but I would say he would be bottom of second tier/top of third tier. Is that enough for me to vote for him? No, but it is enough for me to want to keep him in contention. Plenty of examples of great matches he had listed above. I would call him the best Indian worker of all time. Would love to see the Regal match but it seems to have disappeared from circulation.
  22. A great dastardly heel. When you watch him you just hate the bastard. Knows how to wrestle to maximise his heat whilst the fans are thinking they could kick his butt. He wrestles in 3 of my favourite AWA matches of all time W/ Jerry Blackwell vs Baron Von Raschke and Mad Dog Vachon - Taped Fist Match W/ Jerry Blackwell vs The Crusher and Greg Gagne - Cage Match W/ King Tonga and Masked Superstar vs Sgt Slaughter and Jerry Blackwell- Steel Cage Match He more than holds up his end of the deal in all three and is a big reason they are as great as they are.
  23. And 1987 drops https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uOmF6QPVC90
  24. For me Konosuke is the current king of good matches, for example, no one this year has had more matches I consider good than him but for me I struggle to rate any of his matches better than good. The action is of a high quality but I have yet to really feel emotionally connected to any of his matches to call any very good, great, excellent, exceptional or a masterpiece. He seems permanently stuck in that good range. Not really dipping above or below for that matter.
  25. His Saturday Nights Main Event match with Randy Savage is one of his better solo outtings.
