Anyone got a recommendation list?
-
I had Mick at 30 What cemented him for me was his ability to help people get over or get them to the next level including The Rock, Triple H, Randy Orton and Edge and to helped some goody goody babyfaces like Shawn Michaels and Sting show a more edgy side which endured them more to the male adult audience. Also was instrumental in allowing The Undertaker to show a different side to himself away from the zombie-like character.

Of all the guys I left off my ballot Bruno was the one I felt the worst about. Really wanted to find space for him so glad he did well.

The wrestling world has lost one of its true tough men. Today we say goodbye to Phil Hickerson, who has passed away at the age of 79. In an era when the business was built on grit, long roads, and hard-fought battles night after night, Hickerson was the kind of man who embodied what it meant to be a professional wrestler. He wasn’t about flash—he was about toughness. He was about stepping into that ring, lacing up his boots, and giving everything he had for the fans and for the business. Whether you saw him in a packed arena or a small-town building, you knew you were watching someone real… someone who lived this sport. To his family, his friends, and the fans who remember those glory days, we share in your loss today. Men like Phil Hickerson helped build the foundation of professional wrestling, and that kind of legacy never fades. The bell has tolled for a true veteran of the ring. Rest easy, sir… and thank you for the memories.

Barry Windham (20) the first of my Top 20 to fall
-
I forgot to mention the Flair series!!
-
I had Regal at 47 The matches that solidified him for me in chronological order were Dalibar Singh, Barry Windham, Arn Anderson, Zbyszko, Hashimoto, Muto, nWo vs NJPW 10 Man, Finlay, Sting, Psicosis, Benoit, TLC Ladder Tag, Ambrose & Cesaro. The balance is mostly in WCW's favour. To me there is a good range of stuff there, theres the technical stuff, the brawling, the bullying, gimmick matches and even a fired up babyface performance

How about a system where a nominee name could be put forward but would require 5 "ayes" to make the nominees list proper but a wrestler can also become eligible if they receive 5 votes in the final poll?
-
I am down to 67 Only lost one of my Top 25 though (23 - Greg Valentine) so I shouldnt complain too much (although I want to). 7 lost of my Top 50
-
I feel as though Valentine is not safe
-
That was a particularly painful drop there, lost 6 of my Top 100. 24 down, 76 live on.

There is no phrase I hate more than "before my time" there is certainly an element of that going on here
