Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Kelowna Memorial Arena, Kelowna, May 4th Shane Douglas vs. Louie Spicolli Douglas pinned Spicolli following a jarring Belly To Belly Suplex. The Dreamboats (Tommy Dreamer & Glamour Boy Shane) & Steven Regal vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) & Makhan Singh Once again, this matchup descended into chaotic brawling, with all 6 men in the ring and the ref declaring a No Contest. Chris Jericho vs. Rob Zakowski An exciting showdown between two up and comers with Zakowski taking the win with a Split Legged Moonsault but both men rising in the esteem of the fans. Golden State Tag Team Title Match : The Oregon Wrecking Crew (Gary Albright & David Young) © vs. Jason Jett & Chris Hamrick The Oregon Wrecking Crew made their first title defense against the Money Train duo of Jett and Hamrick. The OWC had absolute assurance as they successfully defended their titles, with Young crushing Jett with the Spinebuster Slam. Big Bully Busick vs. Sabu Another fierce battle between these two, with Busick coming out on top with the Bully Breaker (hangman neckbreaker). Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Art Barr © vs. Chris Candido Barr may be a villain in the eyes of the fans, but he still bears a grudge against the Playboy Club for their interference in his matches. To that end, he took on Club member Chris Candido, successfully defending his newly won title by hitting a Tombstone on the former champ and following up with a spectacular Frog Splash.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Pacific Coliseum, Vancouver on Pacific Super Cards on ESPN / TSN , May 3rd Barry Windham vs. Big Vito Lograsso Big Vito is coming off a ferocious battle with Sgt. Slaughter that greatly heightened his profile as a tough customer. Tonight, he faced off with the former 2 time Pacific Heavyweight Champ, and while Windham was ultimately able to put him down with the Western Lariat, the Italian Stallion put up a hell of a fight. Lance Storm vs. Brian Lee Brian Lee has been increasing in confidence with more victories under his belt, and kept that momentum going with a victory over Lance Storm by way of the Prime Time Slam. Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Dean Malenko After his huge win over Genichiro Tenryu, the Beast Of The East squared off with the former Submission champ. Malenko acquitted himself well by targeting Bigelow's knees, but the New Jersey Fireball powered through and got the win with a Slingshot Splash. Billy Gunn vs. Genichiro Tenryu While Tenryu did lose to Bigelow at Vegas Vengeance, he showed that he is still a force to be reckoned with in a dominant performance where he folded up Billy Gunn with a Power Bomb. Pacific Tag Team Title Match : The Miracle Violence Combination © vs. Stormfront (Al Snow & Jerry Lynn) Fresh off winning the Pacific Tag Titles, the MVC solidified their reign by overwhelming the former champs when Gordy hit a DDT on Snow. Ricky Steamboat vs. Bret Hart This was it. One of the greatest champions in PCW history would be ending his reign with one last match, facing his good friend Bret Hart. The two shook hands before the bell rang and then got down to business. The two put on a technical masterpiece that held the fans entranced, with first one wrestler then the other keeping the momentum. Neither man let their friendship hold them back, and they went all out from the beginning to the end. That end came when Steamboat went for his trademark Diving Cross Body, but Hart spotted it and countered with a rollover. Hart swiftly grabbed the leg and got the pinfall, for a truly well deserved victory. After the match, Steamboat raised the hand of Hart to acknowledge the victory, then the two embraced to the cheers of the fans. Steamboat then took the microphone to thank and acknowledge the fans one last time before making his way through the swarming crowds back to the locker room. Vaya con dios, Dragon.

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Victoria Memorial Arena, Victoria, on ESPN / TSN, May 2nd The Sons Of The Beach (Cannonball Griz & The Sandman) vs. Gary Stritesky & Anthony Robinson The first show after Vegas Vengeance kicks off with a debut … sort of . Cannonball Griz had a run in PCW a few years ago, before going on to have an impressive showing in the AWA. Along the way, he picked up a new partner in Florida , the, ummmm, rather unique Sandman, coming out in a surfing wetsuit and with zinc oxide on his nose. Coming out to the sounds of "Surfing USA" by the Beach Boys, Griz was all enthusiasm, shaking hands and hugging the crowd, while Sandman seemed more cool and distant, although still slapping palms with the fans. Once the match started, Griz picked up where he left off, using his considerable size and power to overwhelm his opponents as Sandman stood on the ring apron looking bored. Then the Sandman was tagged in and things got really interesting. Sandman suddenly switched on in the ring, hammering Robinson with punches and kicks like the rookie owed Sandman money. Griz and Sandman polished off Robinson with the Beach Break (stuff power bomb) for a convincing win, and it looks like the PCW tag ranks have gotten a lot more interesting. Glamour Boy Shane vs. Makhan Singh The Dreamboats troubles with Coast 2 Coast continue with this match. Having lost their Golden State Tag Team Titles due to an ambush by the former champs, they were now sending Shane into a singles match with the big Monster himself. Shane put in a valiant effort, but just couldn't put a dent in him, and went down to a Karachi Krunch (Avalanche) , followed by the Monster Mash (front slam). Can anything put down Makhan Singh? Toshiaki Kawada vs. Anh-Tuan Bui With the loss of the Pacific Tag Team Titles to the MVC and his partner Kensuke Sasaki moving on to new opportunities, Toshiaki Kawada steps out into solo action. He continued his recent tendency towards aggression and cranked it up further, tearing into Bui and stretching him 8 ways from Sunday. He put him down with a snap Brainbuster before pinning him. Kawada is on his own and clearly means business. Dan Severn vs. Fit Finlay Just looking at the names on this match, you know you are in for an intense bout, and they certainly delivered. Generally acknowledged as two of the toughest guys in the locker room, neither man was giving any quarter and battered each other hard. While both men tried their utmost to get the other to submit, it wound up being a takeover suplex from Severn that was able to put down Finlay. Regardless of the loss, it is clear that you should never take lightly the Fighting Irishman. David Cash vs. Bobby Eaton This next match would pit popular rookie Cash against the more experienced Eaton, and Cash was very much out to make a good impression. While Eaton kept control for most of the match, Cash took more and bolder risks and came close to getting the pin on several occasions. Then, out of nowhere, Cash executed a flying victory roll and held Eaton down for the surprise three count. Eaton's manager , Jim Cornette, was livid (when is he not?), and "Cash Flow" had gotten his biggest solo win yet. Interview : Don Coss stands in the ring Coss : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guest recently completed a long run as Pacific Heavyweight Champion … Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat! The crowd went wild as the Dragon headed out. Steamboat high fived the fans on his way, but had a serious look on his face. Coss : Always a pleasure to see you, Ricky. Steamboat : The same for me, Don, although you were very … tactful with your introduction. The fact is that I lost the title to Ted Dibiase. Didn't like the way it went down, but that's how it stands. Well, I know this isn't the ideal time or way, but I do have some news for everyone. For the last while, I was realizing that the time had come in my life for a change. I have loved my time in PCW, loved the fans, but I knew that my time to leave was coming soon. My first run as Pacific Heavyweight champ didn't last too long, so I was determined to keep a hold of it for as long as I could and to uphold the championship with honour. But I knew that , when my time as champion was over, I would move on. Well, that time has come, and while I don't like the circumstances, I will be leaving PCW. *the sounds of crestfallen disappointment from the fans* I will miss the fans, you have all been incredibly supportive of me, but my time on the West Coast has come to an end. But I don't want the last match I had to be the last impression you have of me, with Dibiase using underhanded tactics to defeat me. I want my last match here to be with someone of honour, so I am going to have one more match in PCW, and have chosen my opponent. One more match, tomorrow in Vancouver, against a Canadian star and one of the greatest wrestlers in the world … Bret "The Hitman" Hart! * the fans rise up and cheer loudly * So everybody come out tomorrow, I will say my goodbyes, and Bret and I are going to tear the house down! Thank you! Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. Booker T PCO is coming off a huge victory at Vegas Vengeance over Chris Adams, and tonight he would be facing one of Adams' stablemates and one half of Harlem Heat. While Ouellet would not have to worry about Mike Awesome due to his temporary suspension, but at the same time, he would not have his good friend Steve Austin to watch his back for the same reason. Diamond Dallas Page and Stevie Ray were prowling around the perimeter of the ring like hungry sharks, and while PCO did his best to focus on Booker T, it was only a matter of time before the roof caved in. Cave in it did when both Stevie Ray and Diamond Dallas Page swarmed into the ring and attacked him. Ouellet fought them off as best as he could, but the numbers were too much to overcome. Then, out of nowhere, someone came out of the crowd and rushed in to the rescue. He sent the Diamond Exchange flying out of the ring with dropkicks, and they were soon headed for the hills. Then the stranger helped Ouellet to his feet and we finally got a chance to see his face. IT WAS RICK MARTEL! From out of nowhere, the Canadian legend had made his first appearance in PCW to rescue his fellow French Canadian. The two embraced in the ring while the fans cheered and the camera faded out.

I had originally been planning on I&S vs. Harlem Heat in the finals. I realized that, with the DQ finish in the semi-finals and having it be Coast 2 Coast in the finals, it would set the stage for a bigger Final match, while saving Harlem Heat for a bigger match in the future.

Following Vegas Vengeance, Pacific Coast Wrestling releases Kensuke Sasaki and Erin O'Grady/Crash Holly/Mike Lockwood , and picking up Cannonball Grizzly and the Sandman.

Pacific Coast Wrestling Vegas Vengeance from the Showboat Arena, Las Vegas, Night Two The Force Of July (The Patriot & The Eagle) vs. The Midnight Express The feud between the masked heroes of liberty and Jim Cornette's ace duo has been tightly contested all year. This was shaping up to be the ultimate showdown between the two sides, with both teams determined to prove the ultimate victors. It was the determination and power of the Force Of July, versus the guile and coordinated attack of the Midnights, with Jim Cornette doing everything he could to tip the scales in favor of his team. The momentum went back and forth in this match, with the fans on the edge of their seats. It looked like it would finally go to the Midnights when Eaton got set to slingshot the Eagle into a Savate Kick from Lane. But the Patriot leapt into the ring and clotheslined Lane into Eaton. The Eagle capitalized on the confusion and wrapped up Eaton in a small package for the one two three. The Force Of July had prevailed and the fans couldn't be happier. Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. Chris Adams A feud that has been bubbling a bit below the radar has been that between the Fighting French Canadian and the English Gentleman, but the feud has been boiling over of late. Several increasingly violent matches have been contested between the two, with both men scoring victories at different times. This time out, they were both out for blood, and it didn't take long for blood to be spilled. Deep in the match, both men were wearing the proverbial Crimson Mask. Ouellet was able to dodge Adams' Superkick and keep from being knocked out. Adams, in turn, made sure to never be in place for Ouellet's Cannonball. The battle raged on until Ouellet kicked it into a whole new gear and sent Adams flying out of the ring with a dropkick. He was able to capitalize with a somersault dive off the ring apron. He then pulled up the ringside mats and, in a move that shocked many in the crowd, drove Adams into the concrete with a piledriver. Ouellet dragged the limp form of Adams into the ring, went to the top rope, and hit the Cannonball to put the final nail in the proverbial coffin of the English Gentleman. PCO has made a statement, and it would be hard to deny it. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament Semi-Final Match : Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. Harlem Heat The tournament rolled on with a big match up between the dominant Iron & Steel and the rising young team of Harlem Heat. While Iron & Steel had the advantage in terms of experience, both teams were otherwise evenly matched, and this turned into a tense duel of power moves. In an attempt to tip the balance in favour of his team, Diamond Dallas Page tossed his diamond studded cane into the ring, but the moment Stevie Ray used it to slug Larry Cameron in the back of the head, the ref spotted it out of the corner of his eye and called for the DQ. DDP protested, but Iron & Steel would be moving on. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament Semi-Final Match : The Thrillseekers vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) It was now down to this match to decide who would take the other spot in the finals : the hot young team of Jericho and Storm , or the former Pacific champs Coast 2 Coast. It led to a spectacular match, with both teams coming close to taking the win. It came down to recklessness on the part of the Thrillseekers. Seeking to put away Tatum, Jericho attempted a springboard clothesline, but was intercepted in mid air by a California Kick from Hollywood John. With Jericho knocked out and Victory cutting off Storm, Tatum got the pinfall to set up the finals. Bret Hart & Roddy Piper vs. Jimmy Del Ray & Billy Black Hart and Piper recently scored a big victory as a team over Buddy Rose and Scotty The Body. Although both are focused on their singles careers, they got together again to square off against Jim Cornette's Hollywood Heartbreakers duo. Del Ray and Black acquitted themselves well, but the old friends Rowdy Roddy and the Hitman were working like a well oiled machine, and Hart was able to force Del Ray to tap out to the Sharpshooter. Big Bully Busick vs. Sabu The fire of hatred between these two continues unabated, and this match was a huge explosion of violence. With the heavy shots from Busick and the daredevil moves from Sabu, they seemed focused on not just winning but destroying each other. The tension kept being cranked higher and higher throughout the match until it came to a crashing halt. Sabu was blasting Busick with kicks and dropkicks, then came off the ropes … only to be absolutely crushed with a mighty Spinebuster slam from Busick that completely took the wind out of his sails. The ring shook with the force of the move, and Busick got the three count with ease after that. Busick got up, gave Sabu a look of contempt, but then decided that was that and left the ring. The Big Bully has clearly served notice. Barry Windham & Billy Gunn vs. Brian Lee & Buddy Rose Windham and Gunn have put in a lot of work to reestablish the reputation of the Brigade, and have done well, although the fans have always held them close to their hearts. But the Playboy Club have been just as set as showing that they are still relevant in the rapidly shifting landscape of Pacific Coast Wrestling. Tina Ferrari was a constant factor at ringside, and eventually found herself on the ring apron, no doubt intending on some shenanigans. The ref caught that and ordered her to get back down on the floor at ringside. This was all a ruse, however, and Lee capitalized on the distraction to blindside Gunn. Rose capitalized with the Inside Out Backbreaker to steal the win. Just goes to show that you should never underestimate the Playboy Club. Pacific Submission Title Match : Dean Malenko © vs. Steve Blackman Blackman had come very close to winning the Submission Title on several occasions before, but kept coming up short against the Man Of A Thousand Holds. This time, he would have his mentor, Dan Severn, in his corner, supporting him and giving advice. He still had his work cut out for him with Malenko, as the Iceman was all cool confidence and poise. Blackman threw everything he had at Malenko, but the Champ was a tough nut to crack. It looked like it was all over when Malenko trapped him in the Texas Cloverleaf, but Blackman was able to reach out to the ropes and break the hold. As they were getting up, Blackman was able swiftly hit a vicious single arm takedown, then work Malenko into a Wakigatame Armbar in the middle of the ring. Malenko fought to get out, but was too far from the ropes, and had no choice but to tap out. Severn entered the ring as held his teammate's arm up in victory while the ref put the belt around Blackman's waist. No doubt about it, The Living Weapon has truly arrived. Pacific Television Title Match : Scotty The Body © vs. Shane Douglas After the last match the Playboy Club had, it seemed that the ref was dead set on making sure that Tina Ferrari kept her nose out of the match. Wasted effort as Tina did nothing but stand in her corner with an enigmatic smile on her face, cheering on her man. Every time the ref looked in her direction, she raised her hands as if to say, what? I'm just standing here! Scotty got on with business himself as he faced the always enthusiastic Shane Douglas, proved to be a lot for Scotty to handle. Shane gave it his all, and came within a cat's whisker of getting a three count on a backslide. Scotty got his shoulder up just in time, and as they were getting to their feet, Scotty nailed Shane with a lightning quick Body Shot (DDT). Just like that, Scotty had successfully defended his title. Pacific Tag Team Title Match : Phoenix Rising (Kensuke Sasaki & Toshiaki Kawada) © vs. The Miracle Violence Combination The MVC were coming into this match after a pair of brutal cage matches the week before. They were battered, bruised , and mad as hell. The champs were like tempered iron after a long and arduous title reign. The Japanese team fought fiercely, with Kawada in particular continuing his run of extremely aggressive behaviour. But the MVC were a force of nature that could not be stopped. After Gordy knocked Kawada out of the ring, Dr. Death hefted up Sasaki like a sack of rolled oats, rammed him into the corner turnbuckle, then crushed him with the Oklahoma Stampede and got the one two three. The Terror Collective now had both sets of tag titles. We will see if Ted Dibiase can complete their Vegas Parlay. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament Final Match : Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) The big tournament came down to the most powerful team squaring off the dirtiest team. Iron & Steel came in on a hot streak, but the former champs did an incredible job to stymie their efforts, baiting the ref in ways that had him admonishing Atlas and Cameron while missing their own cheap shots. They were able to dodge a lot of Iron & Steel's blows, but the ones that did land clearly did damage. It broke down to all four men in the ring, and Tatum had Cameron lined up for the California Kick. Unfortunately for Tatum, Cameron blocked the kick and caught his foot , giving Tatum an evil grin. While Hollywood John panicked, blubbed, and begged for mercy, Atlas disposed of Jack Victory by tossing him over the ropes and sent Tatum to the mat with a huge clothesline. Atlas and Cameron then picked up Tatum and planted him like a fence post with a massive Spike Piledriver, followed by Cameron giving a casual cover to come out on top in the tournament. As the fans cheered, Iron & Steel held the trophy over their heads, $1 Million richer and having proved without a doubt that they are the team to beat on the West Coast. Pacific Heavyweight Title Match : Ricky Steamboat © vs. Ted Dibiase The evening got set to come to a conclusion with perhaps the most hotly anticipated match of the whole show. "The Dragon" Ricky Steamboat has had an epic run with incredible defenses against worthy contenders. He has held off Dibiase's fellow Terror Collective members Terry Gordy and Steve Williams, but that clearly took a toll on the champ. Now, the Man Of Means was coming for him to try and take the title that Dibiase sees as his right. Dibiase was clearly trying to capitalize on the damage that Gordy and Williams has already done, showing no mercy at all to Steamboat . But the champion was made of sterner stuff, firing back with blistering chops and frequently shutting Dibiase down by taking it to the mat. The Dragon was breathing fire tonight, holding off Dibiase's offense and blocking the Cobra Clutch. He came close to pinning Dibiase with the Tiger Suplex, but Dibiase was able to get his foot on the ropes. No matter what Dibiase threw at him, Steamboat gave it right back to him. There was a duel of roll ups, but neither man was able to hold the other down for the count of three. Steamboat finally went up top and went for the Diving Cross Body Press. He hit it on Dibiase, but the ref was out of place and standing behind Dibiase, ultimately getting knocked to the mat. Steamboat had the cover, but the ref was unable to make the count. Steamboat went over to revive them, and Dibiase used this as he chance to strike. He reached into his trunks and pulled out the dreaded loaded black glove. He put it on and jacked Steamboat in the back of the head, knocking him out. He then hit the Million Dollar Driver (Cobra Clutch into a Russian Legsweep) and the ref had no choice but to make the count, calling the match to the tremendous disappointment of the fans. The rest of the Terror Collective rushed the ring, all with gold belts around their own waists, and Steve Williams and Terry Gordy hoisted him up on their shoulders while he held the big gold belt aloft. The Era Of The Dragon is over. Now begins the Era Of Terror.

Pacific Coast Wrestling Vegas Vengeance from the Showboat Arena, Las Vegas, Night One Pacific Trios Title Match : The Money Train (Jason Jett, David Cash & Chris Hamrick ) © vs. Eddie Guerrero, The Lightning Kid & Rob Zakowski Vegas Vengeance got off to a fast start with the Money Train defending their Pacific Trios Titles. Although still young and inexperienced, the champs have made a big impression on the fans with their innovative moves and unique style. They had their work cut out for them tonight, facing the Sinister Minister's men, and their were several occasions when it looked like the titles might change hands. Jett wound up leading his team to victory with the Money Clip (springboard somersault clothesline) on the Lightning Kid. These young stars are proving their potential with this title reign. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament First Round Match : Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. The Fighting Irish (Fit Finlay & Erin O'Grady) The Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament is a much anticipated annual event in PCW, with past winners going on to win gold. This year's tournament kicks off with favorites Iron & Steel facing the always pugnacious Fighting Irish. Finlay and O'Grady certainly got their licks in, but Atlas and Cameron were riding high on a Tsunami of momentum and Carmeron took down O'Grady with the Harlem Hammer (running double axe handle to the back of the head) to become the first time to make it to the semi-finals. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament First Round Match : Harlem Heat vs. The Swords Of Light (Gama Singh & Konnan) (courtesy of the AWA) The second match of the tournament featured Diamond Dallas Page's intimidating duo of Harlem Heat facing the visiting of the Swords Of Light, thanks to the AWA. While this would be the first time Gama and Konnan would appear on the West Coast as a team, they both had experience individually in PCW, and the fans gave them a warm greeting. They quickly showed their worth to the fans, putting in an heroic effort against Booker T and Stevie Ray, coming close to pinning them on several occasions. In the end, the Heat took down Gama with the Harlem Hangover, but the Swords Of Light came out of it having earned the respect of the West Coast crowds. Sgt. Slaughter vs. Big Vito Lograsso In the Force Of July's feud with the Midnight Express, Sgt. Slaughter has proved to be a consistent thorn in the side of Jim Cornette and his men. With that in mind, he has sent a hoodlum to try to stop the Marine Corps and wrestling legend in his tracks, namely "The Italian Stallion" himself, Big Vito Lograsso. The self proclaimed "Pavarotti Of Shots To The Body" may be young, but has wasted no time in earning himself a reputation as a fierce scrapper. He certainly wasted no time in this match, ambushing Slaughter before the start of the match and bludgeoning with heavy fists. Sarge recovered and fought back, but Vito kept tearing into him like a pit bull. Deep into the match, Slaughter had a bloody nose and Lograsso's face has several livid bruises, but they just kept going after each other . Slaughter finally stopped an attempted clothesline into the corner with a knee to the midsection, then put Vito down for good with a second rope kneedrop to the back. Sarge was victorious, but you could tell he had been in a war. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament First Round Match : The Thrillseekers vs. The Suicide Blondes The Tournament rolls on with two teams who have seen a lot of each other lately. Chris Jericho and Lance Storm have impressed a lot of people from their debut in PCW, but they have kicked it into a whole new gear since signing up with the Brigade. The Blondes were clever young opponents and weren't going to be shown up, but a schoolboy trip from Jericho set up a running cross body press from Storm on Spicolli sent the Thrillseekers into the Semi-Finals. Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament First Round Match : Stormfront (Al Snow & Jerry Lynn) vs Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) The first round of the tournament closed out with a battle between two skilled and hungry teams. Ever since their return to the West Coast early in the year, Coast 2 Coast have been surrounded by controversy. They proved themselves just as ruthless as ever as they battled with the duo from the Citadel. Stormfront gave them some close calls, but Victory was able to pin Lynn with the Victory Plex, and the Semi-Finals were now in place. Steven Regal vs. Makhan Singh "The Monster" Makhan Singh made a big impact in his return to PCW, brutally ambushing Steven Regal and joining forces with Coast 2 Coast. The English Lion has been hungry for revenge ever since, and came roaring out of the blocks to do battle with Singh. Regal landed some heavy blows and kicks, but Singh proved very difficult to move. Singh used his considerable size to beat down Regal, but Regal just kept coming back. Regal got desperate and attempted to put him down with a running cross body press, but Singh caught him and executed the Monster Mash (front slam) to crush him for the pinfall. A disappointing loss for Regal, but you can bet this won't stop him from coming after Singh. Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Genichiro Tenryu These two titans have had numerous battles, but close as he has gotten, Bigelow has fallen just short of a decisive victory. He was determined that this would be the night he triumphed, and had a lot of positive energy as he tangled with the Japanese legend. Tenryu was a contrast to the New Jersey Fireball, keeping his cool and showing why he is one of the most feared and respected competitors in the world. Bigelow kept pushing, but victory looked like it would elude him again. Then, in a sudden burst, the Beast From The East crushed Tenryu with a lightning quick waistlock suplex. Bigelow then went up top and hit the Atomic Splash, and that was that. Bam Bam did cartwheels in the ring to celebrate as the fans cheered themselves hoarse for his biggest victory yet. Golden State Tag Team Title Match : The Dreamboats (Tommy Dreamer & Glamour Boy Shane) © vs. The Oregon Wrecking Crew (Gary Albright & David Young) For this Golden State Tag Title match, the OWC came out first and were clearly ready to go. Then "Peg" by Steely Dan played over the arena PA and the fans cheered as the popular champs came out. The fans good cheer didn't laugh, and they were aghast as they watched Tommy Dreamer driven to the floor by a California Kick to the back of the head. In a brutal ambush from Coast 2 Coast, Victory followed up Tatum's attack with a Victory Plex on Shane to the concrete. Makhan Singh punctuated this with running splashes on both men, all while Trisa Hayes screamed in terror. As PCW swarmed out, Tatum grabbed the ringside microphone. Tatum : Now, I know what all you rubes are thinking right now. Dutch Savage passed some ruling that we would be suspended without pay for six months, if we interfered in any way …. DURING THE COURSE OF THE MATCH! For those of you paying attention, the bell has not rung! This match hasn't started yet! This was just some good natured rough housing, blowing off some steam between rounds of the tournament. So we are just going to go back to the hotel and rest up for tomorrow, and leave our friends here to get on with their title match. Good luck, gentlemen! After that, it was pretty much over. They did their best to rally, but too much damage had been already been done, certainly against a tough and determined team like the Oregon Wrecking Crew. Albright eventually hit the Dragon Suplex on Dreamer to bring the Golden State Tag Team Titles to the OWC and the Terror Collective. A disappointing end to an amazing title run for the Dreamboats. California Title Match : Dennis Condrey © vs. Shinya Hashimoto Credit where it is due, Dennis Condrey has dodged nobody in his California Title reign. Jim Cornette's man has seen off a host of challengers, and was definitely putting it all on the line against the former TV champ. Hashimoto has a well earned reputation as being hard as ten bears, and proved it as he mauled Condrey. Loverboy Dennis is no cream puff himself, and this was a ferocious battle where Condrey was ultimately able to defeat Hashimoto with an Inverted DDT, continuing his incredible comeback run. Steve Austin vs. Mike Awesome This match never really got going. These two hate filled rivals didn't even wait for the bell to ring or the ref to give orders they just tore into each other, inside and outside of the ring, ignoring the referee and anyone else who tried to get between them. Security tried to get involved and shut it down, but Austin and Awesome were having none of it. After the ref declared a no contest, it took the combined forces of Pierre Carl Ouellet, Iron & Steel, DDP, Chris Adams, and Harlem Heat to finally get the two separated. Commissioner Dutch Savage finally came out. Savage : Tatum and Victory may have weaseled out of punishment, but you guys aren't getting a chance to escape. Effective right now, I am giving you guys two weeks suspension without pay while I figure out what to do with you. You guys are, admittedly, too valuable to get rid of for good, but I am going make sure this nonsense between you two ends once and for all. Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Dragon Azul © vs. Art Barr Art Barr has been on a wild tear lately, with ferocious battles with Roddy Piper and others showing he is a top contender on the West Coast. He brought that intensity into his challenge for Dragon's Light Heavyweight belt. It was all go go go from the very start of this match, and he and the champ provided an absolute thrill ride of a match. No matter what they threw at each other, Dragon and Barr just kept going. Dragon looked to put him away with a Tombstone piledrive, but Barr turned it over into a Tombstone of his own. Barr then hit a spectacular Frog Splash and got the one two three, putting an end to Dragon's incredible title run. Barr is now the Pacific Light Heavyweight Champion. On to Night Two …

It can be done. I got a pretty decent run out of the Jackal, of all people, challenging Ricky Steamboat before the Dragon faced the Terror Collective.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Selland Arena, Fresno, April 20th Jason Jett vs. Chris Adams The experience of Adams spelled the difference as he flattened Jett with a Superkick coming off the ropes. Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. The Fighting Irish (Fit Finlay & Erin O'Grady) Cameron flattened O'Grady with the Harlem Hammer (running forearm smash to the back of the head) for the win. Shane Douglas vs. Sabu Douglas put up a good fight, but the wildness of Sabu could not be tamed, and he pinned Shane following a slingshot legdrop. Stormfront (Al Snow & Jerry Lynn) vs. The Oregon Wrecking Crew (Gary Albright & David Young) The OWC showed why Ted Dibiase had so much faith in them, with Young crushing Lynn with a Spinebuster Slam. The Dreamboats (Tommy Dreamer & Glamour Boy Shane) & Steven Regal vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) & Makhan Singh A chaotic brawl that ended with all six men in the ring at once and the ref declaring a No Contest. Pacific Light Heavyweight Match : Dragon Azul © vs. The Lightning Kid A fast paced, high flying match that came to an odd end with Lighting Kid knocking himself out with a dive outside the ring. Dragon dragged him back in and pinned him with a Natural Bridge.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Cow Palace , San Francisco, on Pacific Super Cards on ESPN / TSN, April 19th Shinya Hashimoto vs. Brian Lee Lee kicked his offense into high gear, pinning the Japanese star with a Samoan Drop. Barry Windham & The Thrillseekers vs. Buddy Rose & The Suicide Blondes One of the more eyecatching moment in the match wound up happening outside the ring. Midway through the match, Roddy Piper came down towards the ring, no doubt up to some monkeyshines to try to embarrass Buddy Rose. Whatever his plans, he was intercepted by Brian Lee, and the two exchanged punches before security separated them and ordered them back to their respective locker rooms. The in ring conclusion came when Windham flattened Spicolli with the Western Lariat. Bam Bam Bigelow vs. Genichiro Tenryu A hard hitting match with both men carrying their battle outside the ring, resulting in a double count out finish. Cage Match : Roddy Piper vs. Art Barr Only somewhat mussed from his earlier encounter with Brian Lee, Piper came to the ring all smiles and high fives for the fans. Barr came out with a steely glare, ignoring everything but Piper. The moment the bell rang, Barr seemed to turn into the Incredible Hulk, out to smash the Rowdy One. Piper hardly got a chance to get up to his usual tricks as Barr was relentless in his attack. When Piper rallied, no matter what he threw at Barr, the Oregon native just kept coming after him. Piper's fans got a bit of a scare when Barr went up top for the Frog Splash, but Piper rolled out of the way just in time and Barr crashed to the mat. Piper pulled himself up and hit a piledriver to put Barr away. One … two … KICKOUT! Piper could hardly believe it, but Barr still had more fight in him. A second piledriver got the same result, but a third wound up doing the trick and giving the win to Hot Rod. Piper helped up Barr after the match and held out his hand as a sign of respect. Barr's only response was a return of the steely glare, then to turn around and return to the locker room, beaten but unbowed. Cage Match : Bret Hart vs. Terry Gordy This match was sheer blood and violence. Both men had considerable pride and were dead set on not knuckling under to the other. No matter what big moves they threw at each other, the battle kept raging on. Bret was not able to cinch the Sharpshooter on Gordy, but was still able to fight out of all efforts to lock in the Asiatic Spike. Gordy tried to put the Hitman away with a high angle Belly To Back Suplex. Hart flipped over and took Gordy down with a running bulldog headlock . After landing a top rope elbow drop, Hart wrapped up Gordy in a double leg cradle and pulled out the three count for his hardest fought victory yet. Pacific Heavyweight Title Cage Match : Ricky Steamboat © vs. Steve Williams Williams was determined to make up for his loss to Steamboat at Aloha Spectacular, and used his considerable power to batter the Dragon. Steamboat fought back hard, but every shot Dr. Death landed took quite a toll on the champ. Press slams and other power moves shook the cage, and the fans started to wonder if Steamboat would even make it to Vegas Vengeance. Steamboat started to chip away at Williams, but it took considerable effort. Steamboat got in big moves of his own, but Williams was not about to go down easily. The Oklahoma Sooner tried to get Steamboat up for the Oklahoma Stampede, but Steamboat was able to escape with a slidedown and rolled him up with a Sunset Flip. He just barely held Williams shoulders to the mat for the count of three and just barely pulled out the victory. Steamboat had prevailed … but at what cost?

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Oakland Alameda County Arena, Oakland, on ESPN / TSN, April 18th Steve Blackman vs. Nick Stanbury Blackman has been something of a hot run of late, which has set him up for his Pacific Submission Title shot at Vegas Vengeance next week. He showed why he was worthy of this shot in this match, where he easily dominated Nick Stanbury throughout this match, ultimately putting him away with a cross armbreaker. It remains to be seen if this momentum with carry him through his match with Dean Malenko and bring him the Submission belt. Chris Hamrick vs. Art Barr Another wrestler who has been building up momentum has been Art Barr, but the Hexagon member has gone about it a different way. Barr has been fired by pure fury to fuel him in his matches, tearing into Hamric with clear relish. The Trios Champ wasn't about to roll over for Barr, but it wasn't enough, and Barr defeated him with a Tombstone followed by a Frog Splash. Given he is facing both Roddy Piper and Dragon Azul in the near future, Barr had best hope that his flame does not get extinguished. Dan Severn vs. Rob Zakowski Rob Zakowski may be in the thrall of the Sinister Minister, but has gained something of a following with his cool confidence and spectacular moves. Facing the considerable skill and gravitas of Dan Severn, Zakowski gave it all he had, thrilling the fans with his daredevil high flying. Severn bided his time and was able to catch Zakowski with a series of takeover suplexes to earn the victory. A tough loss, but Zakowski is certainly a young talent to look out for. Interview : Don Coss stands in the ring Coss : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guests have some big matches coming up in the next week … the Terror Collective! The crowd boos, but Ted Dibiase , Terry Gordy, Steve Williams, Gary Albright and David Young were all jovial laughter as they made their way to the ring. Dibiase : Take a good long look, Coss, because this is a sight you won't be seeing again for a long while … the Terror Collective without any gold! Next week, the Dreamboats will surrender their titles to the Oregon Wrecking Crew! The Miracle Violence Connection will grab the Pacific Tag Titles from Phoenix Rising, just like taking candy from a baby! And if, through some miracle, Ricky Steamboat survives the cage match with Dr. Death here, I am waiting to swoop in and become the new Pacific champ. I am the Man Of Means! I always get what I want, and my plan is at last coming together! Williams : That's right, Ted! Steamboat, you've wriggled out of my grasp before, but you are going to have no way to escape when I get you in the cage! And Bret Hart? My good buddy Bamm Bamm has something to say to you! Gordy : Bret Hart, you greasy little punk! There's nothing I hate more than Daddy's Boys, and there's no one I hate more than you. After the Night Of The Steel, you ain't gonna be nothing more than a grease stain on the mat. And at Vegas Vengeance, Doc and I are gonna squash Phoenix Rising like two bugs and walk out the Pacific Tag Champs, no doubt about it! The Force Of July (The Patriot & The Eagle) vs. Virgilio Garcia & John Paul Calderon In their first, relatively brief run in PCW, the Force Of July garnered a considerable following among the fans. With the return of the Patriot and the team's reunion, the masked duo picked up right where they left off. They steamrolled right over Garcia and Calderon, polishing off Calderon with a double flying clothesline. They are in fine fettle going into their climactic showdown with the Midnight Express. Speaking of which … Interview : Don Coss stands in the ring Coss : Ladies and gentlemen, my next guests are … well, probably going to talk a lot … Jim Cornette and Camp Cornette! More boos , but Cornette has no time for it as he marched his men out to the ring. Coss : Jim Cornette, once again, you seem to have a bee in your bonnet. Cornette : Oh, do I ever have one, Coss, and I am going to tell you what is bugging me. This should be a great time for me. The Loverboy is the California champ, the Midnight Express are about to settle the hash of the masked morons, and I have the hottest new team in wrestling, the Hollywood Heartbreakers, in my camp. But this bee in my bonnet is the one fly in the ointment. Everywhere I turn, I have to face this DI goon, Sgt. Laughter. Well, guess what, Gomer? I've something special for you. I have been spending the past few weeks honing my secret weapon, and he is razor sharp. You are about to get trampled by the Italian Stallion! Big Vito : You got it, Jimmy! Slaughter, I have been waiting for this ever since I came to the West Coast. I am the Pavarotti Of Shots To The Body, and I have got a lot of bruises I am going to put on you! I am going to send you whimpering back to Basic like the chum you are. You are about to get a dishonorable discharge, make no mistake about it! Billy Gunn vs. Buddy Rose One of the key factors of late in many of the Playboy Club's victories has been their manager, Tina Ferrari. Gunn clearly was trying to keep one wary eye on Tina and one on Rose. Unfortunately for the genial cowboy, having his attention divided ended up costing him. While looking out for Ms. Ferrari, he was vulnerable to a cheap shot by Rose, and the Playboy capitalized with an Inside Out Backbreaker for the win. Just goes to show you, Rose and the Playboy Club are always a dangerous proposition. Pacific Tag Team Title Match : Phoenix Rising (Kensuke Sasaki & Toshiaki Kawada) © vs. Jimmy Del Ray & Billy Black Phoenix Rising are on the verge of their most fearsome challenge yet, the Miracle Violence Connection, but tonight must defend against Jim Cornette's promising team of the Gigolo and the Redneck Casanova. The Heartbreakers proved game contenders, keeping the Japanese duo on their toes, but it was clearly all over when Kawada hit a brainbuster on Del Ray. Strangely, Kawada didn't go for the pin, instead locking Del Ray in the Kawada Crab (single leg Boston Crab while stepping on the opponents head) to force the Gigolo to tap out. Time will tell how this new aggression from Kawada will serve them against Doc and Gordy.

Makes sense. Thanks for the comprehensive list. BTW Billy Gunn is already in the game and would not be available for draft.
-
Seeing some Japanese workers on the lists, Jinsei Shizaki/Hakushi did debut in 1991.
-
Michael Manna AKA Stevie Richards debuted in November 1991, according to Wikipedia. Also Robert Thompson. PS Thanks to both of you for getting the ball rolling with this.

John Saxon! I loved him in Enter The Dragon! And Mitchell!

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from McArthur Court, Eugene, April 13th Stormwatch (Al Snow & Jerry Lynn) vs. The Lightning Kid & Rob Zakowski Both teams fought hard in a thrilling match that went to Stormwatch, with Snow catching Zakowski in a Snow Bomb. Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. Chris Adams These two rough and tumble customers continued their war, with Adams catching Ouellet coming off the ropes with a Superkick for the win. The Thrillseekers vs. The Midnight Express The Thrillseekers put in a truly impressive performance before the more experienced Midnights took down Jericho in a Veg-O-Matic to emerge victorious. Sgt. Slaughter vs. Jimmy Del Ray Sarge put away another of Jim Cornette's men with the Slaughter Cannon. Terry Gordy vs. Kensuke Sasaki Gordy overpowered the Pacific Tag champ and defeated him with a Power Bomb. Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Dragon Azul © vs. David Cash The champ held off a challenge from emerging young star Cash by way of a Dragon Suplex.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Portland Memorial Coliseum , Portland , on Pacific Super Cards on ESPN / TSN, April 12th Big Bully Busick & Shane Douglas vs. Sabu & Eddie Guerrero Once again, this match was chaos pretty much from the get go, as the east coast duo from the Citadel brawled with the members of the Hexagon and wound up being declared a no contest. The Dreamboats (Tommy Dreamer & Glamour Boy Shane) & Steven Regal vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) & Makhan Singh This was another rematch from last week and a furious battle, this time going to the Dreamboats and Regal as the English Lion dodged first the Karachi Crunch and a California Kick to catch Tatum in the Regal Plex. Toshiaki Kawada vs. Ted Dibiase Kawada continued to show a renewed aggressive streak, giving Dibiase a lot to handle before the Man Of Means was able to pin him following a powerslam off the ropes. Art Barr vs. Chris Candido Barr kept up his resurgence by defeating the Playboy Club member with a Frog Splash. Roddy Piper & Bret Hart vs. Buddy Rose & Scotty The Body The dream duo of Piper and Hart had a long and wild match with the Playboy Club. The finish came when Hart clotheslined Scotty out of the ring while Piper blocked an attempted Inside Out Backbreaker, pinning Rose with a Belly To Back Suplex. Pacific Heavyweight Title Match : Ricky Steamboat © vs. Dennis Condrey The night closed with Steamboat defending against a top contender, in this case the California champ "Loverboy" Dennis Condrey. Condrey has been on fire since his return to the West Coast and put up a ferocious challenge before The Dragon was finally able to put him down with a running cross body press.

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Portland Sports Arena, Portland , on ESPN / TSN, April 11th Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. Jimmy Del Ray & Billy Black Iron & Steel continue their march to Vegas Vengeance by taking on Jim Cornette's young Hollywood Heartbreakers pairing. Cornette kept running his mouth through the match, but despite his men's unquestionable skill and potential , the powerful duo of Atlas and Cameron would not be denied, and Atlas took Black down with a devastating piledriver for the win. Iron & Steel are clearly the team to beat in the Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament. Brian Lee vs. Dan Barry The big Bulldozer has been getting more and more fierce as he continues to separate himself from his past in the Brigade. With Tina Ferrari loudly cheering his every move from ringside, Lee utterly destroyed Barry before putting him to rest with the Prime Time Slam. He may be part of the Playboy Club, but Lee is truly making a name for himself. Steve Blackman vs. Big Vito Lograsso Two more young stars on the way up are Blackman and Lograsso. The Living Weapon has earned a solid reputation as a fierce competitor and has worked his way towards a Submission Title shot at Vegas Vengeance. Big Vito has been making his own mark in his short career so far, and if he was at all impressed with Blackman's reputation, he certainly didn't let it show. The Italian Stallion seemed out to show that he could hit just as hard as Blackman, and both men had conspicuous welts and bruises by the end of the match. It wound up going to the full 15 minute time limit, and while neither man could claim victory, they could rest assured they had turned heads with their shows of strength. Dan Severn vs. Fit Finlay Blackman's mentor Dan Severn was up next, and while the Beast had recently suffered a loss to Ted Dibiase , he was out to show that he had not lost a step. He was facing a man who was harder than the proverbial coffin nail, and it took a lot for Severn to get through the Belfast Bruiser's defenses, but he did ultimately triumph, pinning Finlay with a cradle suplex. Roddy Piper vs. Buddy Rose Piper has been tormenting Buddy Rose for the past few months with hit and run tactics, but now they would finally square off face to face. Piper continued to use hit and run tactics against Rose, frustrating the Playboy at every turn . He finally got Rose in a Sleeper Hold , but before any damage could be done, Scotty The Body charged out and broke it up, leading to a DQ finish. Before the pair could do more damage, Bret Hart ran out and scattered them from the ring. Piper got on the mic and challenged them to a tag match versus himself and the Hitman the next night , but before they could respond, Commissioner Dutch Savage came out and said that the match was as good as signed and that was final. The flustered Playboy Club had no choice but to retreat to the locker room and scheme for the next night.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Kelowna Memorial Arena, Kelowna, April 6th Big Bully Busick vs. Billy Black Black put in a game effort before Busick ultimately put him down with the Spinebuster Slam. The Money Train (Jason Jett & Chris Hamrick) vs. The Fighting Irish (Fit Finlay & Erin O'Grady) The Money Trained showed they were a force to be reckoned with in any configuration, with Jett pinning O'Grady following the Money Clip (springboard somersault clothesline). Steve Blackman vs. Chris Adams Blackman was able to block an attempted Superkick with a legsweep, then force Adams to surrender to a Figure Four Leglock. Toshiaki Kawada vs. Genichiro Tenryu There seemed to be an added edge of viciousness to Kawada's offense, which caught Tenryu off guard. Tenryu was able to weather out the storm and defeat his younger opponent with a snap Brainbuster. California Title Match : Dennis Condrey © vs. Shinya Hashimoto Condrey just barely survived the challenge from the former TV champ, putting down the Japanese star with an Inverted DDT. The Dreamboats (Tommy Dreamer & Glamour Boy Shane) & Steven Regal vs. Coast 2 Coast (John Tatum & Jack Victory) & Makhan Singh This was a war, as one could imagine given the intense hatred between the two sides. Neither team held anything back, and the match was always on the verge of descending into chaos. Singh proved his value to his team by crushing Shane in the corner with the Karachi Crunch (Avalanche) for the win. Regardless, much like the night before, the two sides kept fighting after the pinfall before finally separating.

Pacific Coast Wrestling show from the Pacific Coliseum, Vancouver on Pacific Super Cards on ESPN / TSN , April 5th The Force Of July (The Patriot & The Eagle) vs. The Oregon Wrecking Crew (Gary Albright & David Young) This was a hugely competitive match between two top teams, and the Force Of July was able to score the hard fought victory with a double flying shoulder tackle on Young. Billy Gunn vs. Brian Lee Lee was even more aggressive than the match from last week, pinning Gunn after the Prime Time Slam. The Thrillseekers vs. Eddie Guerrero & Dean Malenko An appropriately thrilling match with Jericho forcing Guerrero with the Liontamer. David Cash vs. Art Barr Barr continued his run of strong performances by pinning young Cash with a Frog Splash. Dan Severn vs. Ted Dibiase Dibiase's path to challenge for the Pacific Title hit a bit of a slow down as he faced the leader of the Citadel. Severn was able to stymie Dibiase throughout the match with his considerable technical skills. The Man Of Means dug into his considerable bag of dirty tricks to turn the tide, slugging Severn in the back of head with his loaded glove before hitting the Power Driver fistdrop to steal the win. Ricky Steamboat & Bret Hart vs. The Miracle Violence Connection This was something of a dream match, with the miracle pairing of the Pacific Heavyweight champ and the beloved Canadian superstar going to war with the Miracle Violence Connection. Steamboat and Hart came in ready for battle, and Williams and Gordy responded in kind. The result was an epic match, with plentiful big moves and dramatic moments. They were still tearing into each other when the match hit the 30 minute mark, leading to a time limit draw, but they kept at it after the match ended, and it took considerable effort to separate the two sides.

Pacific Wrestling Showcase from the Victoria Memorial Arena, Victoria, on ESPN / TSN, April 4th Pierre Carl Ouellet vs. Stevie Ray The Fighting French Canadian has eagerly thrown himself into the fray with his and Steve Austin's combined wars with the Diamond Exchange. While Stevie Ray had his brother Booker T as well as DDP in his corner, Ouellet was backed up by Austin, and the ref gave all of the cornermen stern warnings to keep their noses clean under threat of severe repercussions. There was still simmering heat over this match that was in constant threat of boiling over, and it took considerable effort for Ouellet to take Stevie down with the Package Piledriver. There was a lot of glaring between both sides but they returned to their locker rooms without incident. Something tells me this won't last. Iron & Steel (Tony Atlas & Larry Cameron) vs. Brian Corridan & Brandon Bellinger Iron & Steel continue to stand tall as one of the most dominant duos on all of the West Coast, destroying Corridan and Bellinger in this match. Cameron flattened Corridan with a diving clothesline, and Atlas followed up with a running splash to get the win. The annual Moondog Lonnie Mayne Memorial Tag Team Tournament is coming up at the end of the month, and Cameron and Atlas are in an excellent position to do well in it. Jerry Lynn vs. Jimmy Del Ray With the Hollywood Heartbreakers being mostly made up of rookies, it seems that Jim Cornette is relying on "Gigolo" Jimmy Del Ray to be the in ring leader . The more experienced Del Ray certainly has the confidence to keep his partners in line, and this singles match showed his considerable skill as he battled the highly talented Jerry Lynn. While this was a back and forth showdown, Del Ray came out on top with the Moonsault Press. Cornette clearly has a keen eye for talent and putting the right men in the right combination. Big Vito Lograsso vs. Bobby Mason While Cornette has Del Ray for his in ring leader, Big Vito continues to be his go to man for raw violence. The Italian Stallion battered and bruise Mason in his rapidly developing style, polishing him off with the Sicilian Smash (running forearm smash to the face). While Lograsso is very early on in his career, he is wasting no time in earning a reputation as a fearsome competitor. Shane Douglas vs. The Lightning Kid The return of Douglas' good friend Big Bully Busick seems to have reinvigorated the young superstar. The ambush from Sabu did not keep Busick down for long, and Douglas was clearly inspired by this as he clashed with Lightning Kid. After an incredibly fast paced match, Douglas caught the Kid coming off the ropes in a Belly To Belly Suplex to put him down for good. It looks like Douglas is truly coming of age. Pacific Television Title Match : Scotty The Body © vs. Al Snow Scotty has been all confidence since winning the TV title (and for a long time before that), but he got a real scare in this match. Snow caught him off guard and managed to get several very close near falls. Scotty had to go outside to be calmed down by Tina Ferrari, and managed to sneak in a nasty cheap shot to set up the Body Shot (DDT) and successfully defend his title. Scotty has been having a great title reign so far, but needs to start taking things seriously if he wants it to continue.

A grand part of the legacy of WCCW. Was he the guy who basically trash talked Gino after he died?

Pacific Coast Wrestling Show from the UCSB Event Center, Santa Barbara, March 30th David Cash & Jason Jett vs. Rob Zakowski & The Lightning Kid In this fast paced and exciting match between two rookie teams, the Money Train just pulled it out with Cash rolling through a Sunset Flip by Lightning Kid and countering with a double leg rollup to score the pinfall. Chris Hamrick vs. Art Barr Barr continued his resurgence by hitting a Tombstone Piledriver on Hamrick and following up with a Frog Splash to emerge victorious. The Thrillseekers vs. The Suicide Blondes The young Thrillseekers lived up to their name, thrilling the fans on the way to a win with Lance Storm forcing Louie Spicolli to surrender to the Rolling Maple Leaf. Sgt. Slaughter & The Force Of July (The Patriot & The Eagle) vs. Dennis Condrey & The Midnight Express These two sides continued their war, battling furiously to a 20 minute time limit draw. Pacific Submission Title Match : Dean Malenko © vs. Steve Blackman Blackman came incredibly close to cinching the Cross Armbreaker on the champ, but Malenko was able to sink in a guillotine choke to make the Living Weapon tap out. Pacific Light Heavyweight Title Match : Dragon Azul © vs. Erin O'Grady The weekend closed out with a Light Heavyweight Title Match, and Dragon extended his remarkable reign with an Asai Moonsault on O'Grady.
