Tim Evans Posted March 30, 2020 Report Posted March 30, 2020 This is a prime example of Developmental at the time. Colt Cabana is on commentary along with Josh Matthews and FCW champ Eric Escobar. The winner of the match is a challenger for Escobar's title but he loses the title a few weeks later. Anyways, this is one of Ki's first matches in WWE with his debut vs Bryan Danielson being a week earlier. A really good match with TJ hanging with Kaval who's still in Ki mode. Lots of stiff kicks and submissions. TJ does a crazy dive from the announcer's desk to the ringside. Kaval wins with a painful-looking warrior's way. It's been said this is one of the best FCW matches. I would need to go back and watch some more but it's up there.
