Daniel Bryan recaps his struggles to win the WWE title over the past year.  He talks about his body paying the price for his wrestling style.  He announces he has to get surgery on his neck and appears to be struggling to hold in his emotions as he talks.  He says The Authority is happy about this and they don't want him to come back.  Bryan gets the crowd to chant YES! he will come back. 

I feel like this didn't come across as the "real" moment it could have.  Bryan suffered three Tombstones a few weeks ago and wore a neck brace for weeks prior to the match at Extreme Rules, but during the match there was no focus on the neck at all.  That should have been a target for Kane.  Now, with Bryan going out for surgery on his neck, people weren't sure if this was a storyline or not.
