W2BTD
The most unique category of the Wrestling Observer Hall of Fame is the Australia/Pacific Islands/Caribbean/Africa region and who better to break it down than wrestling historian Matt Farmer. We discuss the oddities of the region, the status of Carlos Colon, reasons why he hasn’t gone in already, difference between Australian and New Zealand candidates and much more! http://www.voicesofwrestling.com/2014/09/26/australiapacific-islandscaribbeanafrica-matt-farmer/
soup23
Enjoyed this latest entry and I think you guys portrayed some of the perils with this section well. If I was a voter, I would love to vote for Colon but I have been critical of some people voting in lucha and Japan that I don't think are experts. I am obviously weak on numerous candidates in this field so as a result using my own logic, Colon would be a victim of cirucmstance.
Matt Farmer
Agreed, I think the lack of information and those that know it will work against everyone in this group. It will hurt guys to a lesser extent from Mexico too.
