Last few minutes. This is of course the match where Goldberg concussed Bret, which sent Bret on a downward spiral that would end his career a few weeks later. This looks like at least the skeleton of a good match. Goldberg's selling is really good. This is another one I'll check out in full. Three ref bumps though when I'm not sure they needed the extra tricks. Roddy Piper comes out but doesn't appear to be in a hurry and has a glazed look on his face. Goldberg motions for Piper to hurry. Bret puts Goldberg in the sharpshooter and Piper immediately calls for the bell and takes off with the belt looking depressed. Piper hands Bret the belt at the entrance and that's the end of the show. Flat way to end what was probably a decent in-ring pay-per-view.

This was a horribly executed reference to the Montreal Screwjob. Another Russo-rific idea. It's hard to imagine a flatter ending to the show. But WCW PPV's weren't blowoffs or big events. You have to tune into Nitro for the payoff. Oh yeah and Bret sustains a career ending injury.

What a great way to the end last ppv of the 90's for WCW. A Montreal finish. I'm trying to figure out where Bret gets concussed. If I remember correctly, it's from a Goldberg spinkick and not the spear. It seems like they were piping in Goldberg chants as you can hear a loud "goldberg sucks" chant aftewards. OK match I guess but the finish felt flat.
