Loss
Jim Ross conducts a sit-down interview with Mick Foley. Mick admits that he has saved his money, but that it was still hard to explain to his children that his career is over. Foley hoped to retire in the main event of Wrestlemania and even leave as the champion in the perfect world, and now that won't happen. That's some impressive long-term storytelling. He has no resentment toward The Rock for losing and admits one of them has his best days behind him and one of him still has his best days ahead. He hopes he's provided some great moments in and out of the ring. He closes by saying *he* will be the one to decide how Mick Foley goes out, not HHH and Stephanie. Really strong interview. Zenjo
I really liked this interview. Wrestlers nearly always say I'm the best, blah, blah, blah no matter where they are on the card or what stage of their career they're at. Here Mick Foley is saying he's had a great run but he's on the way out. Whereas the Rock is the future so it's better for the company that he won. Plus he builds the feud with HHH and puts over the Wrestlemania main event in a time before it was such a huge focus.
Tim Evans
Real good interview but it would have been better if this was the Mania main event and not for the Rumble. I liked him talking about how he was going to get his revenge but didn't say when.
