Angelo Rivera who claims to be Chicky Starr's brother wants revenge after the beat down the Cubans put on him and has recruited Tony Garea to be his partner. Angelo Rivera and Tony Garea will challenge Chicky Starr and Cuban Assassin in a No DQ match! The final big match has the WWF Intercontinental Champion Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat will be in town to defend his title against newcomer "Rotten" Ron Starr in what should be an awesome encounter.
