Loss
Apparently, Tazz and Cole made an unscheduled appearance on Byte This and started bitching about how Smackdown is treated like a B-show and deserves much more respect than it gets. They were only on the show because they were at corporate doing production work and volunteered to show up while they were there. The company was unhappy and deleted the whole thing from their archive. While it's possible that this is a work, if it isn't, it's just another example of how batshit everyone in Stamford is going lately. Seriously, is someone putting roofies in the vents or something? Mad Dog
It kind of makes sense with that tidbit about them sitting in a car together a few weeks ago. Sounds like they're getting disgruntled.
sek69
I just happened to end up talking about this with people on IRC. I think people on Smackdown are getting tired of being treated like the B-show. Look at when SD guys invade RAW, they might beat up some jobbers or mid carders, but the top guys usually get away scot free. When RAW guys invade SD, it's usually mid card RAW guys destroying most of the SD roster like we saw yesterday. It's got to be demoralizing to the SD roster, when the company so blatantly favors one brand over the other. Tazz and Cole better watch out, cause anyone who speaks truth in WWE ends up getting humilated, de-pushed, or fired. Sometimes all three.
Loss
Even more than whether or not they were right or wrong, if this isn't a work, they went - unannounced - on a WWE.com show bitching about the direction of the company. The RAW/SD comparisons are valid, but more than that, the fact that employees are now being openly defiant without caring about the consequences *screams* of WCW. Guest teke184
I think Tazz can at least get a job somewhere else if he gets canned. Michael Cole, OTOH, is pretty worthless, so he better be careful who he pisses off.
sek69
Loss is right, if this isn't a work, it's pretty telling that guys don't even care if they get punished anymore.
Guest Some Guy
If I was a SD! worker I would be pissed off at how they treat the show as well. I can't blame anyone for saying that the situation sucks.
