sek69
First he manages to cheat death with the heart attack, then over the weekend he comes out unscathed from a head on car crash. Either he really is Superman or he's a real life Final Destination scenario and death is trying to catch up with him,
Laz
It's a curse, really. He never should have broken that gypsy woman's wagon back in the War Between the States...
theconstipatedsmark
Well you don't meet that many monsters in Memphis without having something!
clintthecrippler
Well you don't meet that many monsters in Memphis without having something! The dude survived attempted assaults by Leatherface, the Colossus of Death, and Tagar Lord of the Volcano. Hell, when Freddie Kruger was hanging around Memphis he never made a single attempt at invading Jerry Lawler's dreams, the dude's reputation for defying death was already well known. There is also the whole getting hit by a speeding car driven by Eddie Gilbert.
Johnny Sorrow
It was Doug Gilbert who hit them head on, sources say.
theconstipatedsmark
It was Doug Gilbert who hit them head on, sources say. Well better he do that to Lawler than cut a promo on him. Especially if it was like THAT promo.
SteveJRogers
Well, there is this... And that is Adam West, in a track suit, with the Batcowl on. Apparently they couldn't get to use the authentic Batman suit for the Memphis TV taping! Despite West wearing the suit at events across America back in those days.
