Long-time Bruno challenger and a reasonably big-time heel in his day, before he went on to make movies. You can get a good idea of what Tanaka was about from this clip of him in Memphis attacking Jerry Lawler: Here is he beating up jobber Steve King: The most footage we have of him is in the tag run with Fuji.
