soup23
IWRG is really starting to become my comfort food lucha. This had some nice mixture of guys we are familiar with mixing it up with some other individuals. Felino and Scorpio in particular had a nice heated exchange with each other when given the chance and they even brawl towards the backstage area. Felino loses his mask on a splash mountain in the third fall but is able to pin Cerebro. Sagrada has a good bit of size on him that I always forget because I am used to Mascarita. Bombero ends up getting the win with what will become the Chikara Special and after a smooth looking DVD. Another lucha match kind of like the AAA minis that won’t make any MOTY lists but is enjoyable to watch and pass the time with. *** (5.9)
Tim Evans
Always a big fan of the 2000s run of Original Mascara Sagrada. He's basically what LA Park is now without the blood and brawling. Although, in this match he and Scorpio go backstage. Chad is right that this is comfort food Lucha. Nothing that will be on top of lists but still fun to watch. Bombero was brutal in this gouging Ciclon's eyes and face in the second fall. Only disappointing part about this is no dives. Felino's mask falling off during the finish of the 3rd fall makes up for it tho.
ohtani's jacket
I'm not sure if Mascara Sagrada is the real Mascara Sagrada or not but he's bad enough. This was the worst trios match I've seen in a while. There was no heat between Ciclon and Bombero and not a single exchange in the entire match that left me enthused. Extremely average.
