It's been apparent for a long time that the bigger you are, the better shot you have of getting onto WWE TV. Just look at Chris Masters as an example. He's not ready to wrestle at all yet he gets Raw time. We've also seen Chris Benoit & Eddy Guerrero win the World Titles recently. They were depushed afterwards but they still reached the top. A couple of years ago, nobody would've seen that coming. With some of the best indy talent in the US today being under 250lbs and 6' tall, one has to wonder: Will size always matter in WWE? If size matters so much to Vince, why isn't The Big Show currently in the middle of a five year world title reign? Why do the cruiserweights ever win matches or get TV time?

No clue. That's the problem. I like Heyman on color and I like Josh on play-by-play. Actually, Josh isn't even good, I just like him more than Ross and Cole. Coach is coming into his own as well. So, either Coach or Heyman on color and preferably a new play-by-play man. Then you have to worry about Smackdown too.

I don't know what WWE is planning to do with tag team wrestling, even with the draft on the horizon. If they put all the teams on one show, they'd have a passable division. Who do you put the gold on though? MNM? The Dudleyz? La R?sistance?

I actually like the idea of Ross/Tazz & Josh/Heyman. Coach/Lawler on Heat though? They're both color, it wouldn't work. When the new USA deal comes up, since Velocity is going bye-bye, one would think that WWE would want to utilize Heat again. Then again, they don't really utilize Raw & Smackdown, so maybe not. I would actually prefer if Ross and Lawler were both gone from commentary. I don't care if someone could make Ross better or not, he's played out to me.

They paid WARRIOR $3mil just for what he did in WCW? *shoots himself*

All over it.

Then they enter the loser's bracket and have to wait for the two loser's in the second round to play. Then they play the winner of those two losers. A Vs. B C Vs. D E Vs. F G Vs. H Let's say A, C, E & G win. B, D, F, H lose. A would play C & E would play G. B would play D and F would play H. A and E win. So, C & G enter the loser's bracket. C would play the winner of B & D while the loser of B & D would be eliminated. G would play the winner of F & H. Like that. Where you get eliminated does matter.

Yes. You have to lose twice to get knocked out. So, if you lose in the first round, you'll have to wait until the end of the first round and then go again against someone else that also lost in the first round. If you lose again, you're eliminated. I think that's what you were asking.

In this day and age, how much does the commentary even matter? WCW had bad commentary, especially when Stevie Ray and Ed Ferrera were doing it. Ring of Honor has always had bad commentary. The commentary in XPW was the shits. So, how much does it even matter anymore? Obviously Jerry "The King" Lawler doesn't bring a lot to the table. He just acts like a horny old man and switches between heel and face at the drop of a hat. The only thing consistant about him is his friendship with Jim Ross. His jokes are well beyond stale. Jim Ross just isn't himself anymore. He's obviously a shell of his former self and I believe that he should've been replaced a long time ago. He can hardly talk and all of his catchphrases, if you can call them that, are played out. He seems to have only two moods these days: apathetic & super hard sell mode. When commentary is good it helps add to the product and sell matches. When commentary is bad people seem to be apathetic towards it. The commentary in WWE, at least on the Raw side, has been bad for a long time. So, do you guys think it's time for a change? If so, who could get the job done? Do you still think that Ross & Lawler can add something to the product?

Right on. The real question is, how will you seed the selected sixty-four? At random?

I like Steamboat. Obviously that was just an extreme example.
-
Seems good to me. All the names that I care about are on there. The others weren't WWF, like Nikita.
-
Can't we just pick whom we prefer in any given match-up? What if I want to pick Tugboat over Ricky Steamboat?

I vote for zero pinned threads, for what it's worth.

That's fantastic news for WWE and not so great news for fans.

Do you think Muhammad Hussan has a bright future?

I think you're preaching to the wrong man. I don't get offended by any of that. I live in Indiana. I get your point though. I got your point a long time ago. It's like you're trying to convert me or something. They could gang-rape an eight year old black virgin all the while calling her a nigger and riding carpets and I wouldn't blink. -

Well, no one complains about all the shit that South Parks hits on. Jokes can't cross lines to me. That's why they're jokes. -

Well, it's not like people don't know WWE is a joke. No one seems to care what they do. They're a laughing stock. -

Well, we get Jerry Lawler acting like a horny old man around all the women and we had Triple H raping corpses. It's not that far off, is it? Let's not forget Val Venis the porn star & The Godfather the pimp. Afterall, Lita was raped by Kane and now they seem to be in love. Make Lita thirteen.... -
I have to admit, I do like their finisher. Well, when they hit it correctly that is.

The way I see it, Hassan is playing a character. You should look at it in that light. It's not disrepectful unless you take things too seriously and are looking at things with too much scrutiny. When I seen him do the throat slit gesture on Eugene at Wrestlemania, I didn't start thinking about 9/11 or beheaded people. I thought that it meant that it was over for Eugene. -
That sounds good enough except for the example you used. We all know it'd lead to Conway teaming with HBK and then Conway would be in the back seat again. Same with Benjamin probably. His best bet would be to be on a different show after the face turn. Then he could start out solo from the gates. He could get them both back at a dual brand PPV or something like that. I know what you're saying though. Conway, eventually, will come around. It's always the natural progression for sympathizers.

I actually thought that it added another dimension to his character. The little things that he points out via talk are just ignored. Like when the crowd chants USA at him but he's from Michigan. That doesn't make sense. However, when he provides the visual, like with the throat slit, you can't ignore it. I like how he puts his own flare on the Camel Clutch too. With the throat slit and the sideways applying of the head, it seems fresh. -
It just seems like Grenier hasn't got any better during his entire stint in WWE so far. He's obviously the weak link in the team. The only thing that he ever really does is start to sing the Anthem so that he can get cut off by entrance music.
