Well, I think Adam Cole is a lot better than Bobby Roode & Bobby Roode was good enough to not only get signed but get called-up to the main roster & get a U.S. Title match at Wrestlemania. So I think Adam Cole will turn out to be fine in WWE. I actually am pretty entertained by Adam Cole. His facial expressions are hilarious.

Vince McMahon has always been in favor of TV-PG & immature comedy. Even during the Attitude Era, he had to be dragged kicking & screaming to switch to TV-14 & as soon as WCW wasn't competition anymore, he was back to TV-PG. Not to say there wasn't plenty of bad shit during the Attitude Era of course. When you look at the top TV shows, none of them are really geared toward the TV-PG crowd. Especially for shows that start at 8 PM or later. Breaking Bad, Sopranos, Game of Thrones, The Wire, Walking Dead, etc. I'm not saying that WWE should move to TV-14 again but I do think it wouldn't be a bad thing if they made the show more adult oriented. Implied violence and whatnot. After all, it's still a program about two (or more) persons fighting/wrestling to determine who is better/best. It's obviously not that black & white as so many outside influences, such as sponsors and shareholders, factor into the equation too but I am curious if after Vince McMahon passes away or steps down if things will change dramatically in the direction WWE goes? Roman Reigns to me is someone that would come off a lot better in a more serious show direction, instead of doing Sufferin' Succotash promos or cockin' his fist like Thor or whatever before punching someone. What's the rating for Lucha Underground? It's really over-the-top with cartoony gimmicks but still manages to get the dark & gritty feel.

WWE spent literal years convincing people that Hulk Hogan might lose to guys like Earthquake, Tugboat & Kamala. It doesn't seem that far fetched.

Just ban the jobber for good and be done with it. It's not worth the drama.

Asuka wasn't over and the streak wasn't over. Good riddance. This is certainly an interesting take...

I don't understand why two guys who had one of the best WM main events ever wouldn't produce another good match! Yeah, it was good last time, so I thought it'd be good again. Not that far-fetched.

If they spend the whole year building up Ronda & Charlotte, they could main event next year, easy. Have Charlotte not lose the belt for a whole year and let Ronda win the women's Rumble if they do another one of those.
-
Well, I was wrong. The main event sucked. MOTN either the Ronda match or Charlotte/Asuka probably.
-
I have never been impressed by Nakamura. Even in Japan. I'm hoping he proves me wrong tonight.
-
I figured they'll build to Taker Vs. Cena next year and make it a career Vs. career match.
-
OK, I was wrong. Ronda looked great.

All she'll have to do is some random MMA shit. WCW made Dennis Rodman look passable. She'll do some slams a samoan drop and an armbar prolly. Also, WWE did book Snooki in a match lol. And she looked pretty good in that!

This women's title match has been outstanding.
-
That was a Rob Van Dam style Five-Star Frog Splash right there!
-
I can't wait to hear the pop for Daniel Bryan.
-
The entrances tonight are going to own!

Are we officially back to Diva-era ringwork now? This women's battle royal has been absolutely dreadful. The 450 and Kairi elbow were great... and then they both get dumped. Shame. Dakota looked good too. Inaugural Women's Battle Royal won with an ass to the face.
-
NXT Takeover has Ricochet doing a Springboard Shooting Star Splash to the outside of the ring to start the match. Wrestlemania has Cedric Alexander doing whatever this match was. lol
-
What, dude!? YOU CAN'T COACH SIZE AND ATHLETICISM! In one year, Mojo went from winning the Andre Battle Royal... to be in it again, and losing. Such a rub! lol

If you're in this match, you're a jobber & going nowhere in WWE. Either they see nothing in you or you're at the twilight of your career. This isn't where you want to be today.

It's so funny to me how many wrestling fans that think they're smart come off so often as the marks they try so hard not to be. It's a weird dichotomy being an internet wrestling fan. Example: Roman Reigns gets a big push in the main event of WWE. He's a good worker that has good matches. Wrestling fans turn on him, shit on him & say he sucks. Kazuchika Okada gets a big push in the main event of NJPW. He's a good worker that has good matches. Wrestling fans embrace him, say he's great & call him one of the best in the world. Is the difference only that one is WWE and the other isn't? What is it about Roman that they don't like? I always assumed it was that they didn't want to be force fed and told who the top guy was, that they wanted the top guy to be the person that the fans selected, not Vince McMahon. But then that theory goes out the window when those same fans embrace what New Japan does. It's really odd to me. I think there's a good chance that Roman Reigns Vs. Brock Lesnar is the best match of the night & it's a match that I'm really looking forward to. I actually wouldn't be surprised if we saw a Paul Heyman turn on Brock. I think the AJ Styles Vs. Shinsuke Nakamura match is the one that a lot of internet fans will be looking forward to the most & I think it is going to leave a lot to be desired. Nakamura does nothing for me & has been pretty lame in WWE all around. Maybe the previous history & chemistry between the two will give Nak some motivation but if it just comes off as a Smackdown match with more finisher kickouts, I'm going to be disappointed. I certainly wouldn't pay over $1,000 for a trip just to leave before the finale.
