Great Dean Ambrose promo putting over the IC title which pretty much means Barrett is winning the title in some flukish/bullshit way
-
No way this will bigger than Trump in 2007? I mean besides the fact that Trump was a much bigger person at the time, the set up of a hair vs hair match increased it.
-
Well based on that then Rollins probably interferes tonight to set up the triple threat match. I mean bringing in Orton tonight is not what I consider "looking like a major star". That 6 man is definitely not it
-
So apparently Roman Reigns strategy tonight was to tell people how boring Big Show vs Daniel Bryan is. Unlike Bryan who can actually talk about a match without sending like a dolt
-
I think Brock has only defended it twice (rematch against Cena and 3 way match at Royal Rumble). I only remember one title defense for Bryan
-
Trying to figure out the math here but if it is true that Daniel Bryan in about a month defended the title only 1 less time than Brock Lesnar has in about 6 months that is really awful
-
Of course Russev still has to win on Sunday. I mean why would we care about Russev if he loses to Cena after getting destroyed tonight
-
Curious that Naito got a very negative reaction from the crowd. Did he do something heelish because I didn't picture the New Japan crowd being the "we will boo the baby faces we don't like" type. It isn't like he is being pushed hard although him working Styles at Wrestle Kingdom seems weird now
-
They were smart is having Zayn actually kick out of the two powerbombs. Even though Owens destroyed him he never pinned him. Sets up the next match perfectly. We are going to get plenty of Zayn vs Owens matches in NXT so a good start.
-
By the way if you think the crowd is going ape shit for Hideo doing the GTS, can you imagine how insane it will be if they decided to let Zayn do a tBrainBustahhhhhh on Owens.
-
Well it builds the rematch but I really don't like that they are going back to the "Sami Zayn concussion" storyline again. But for Owens is a great way to show him as the monster with the 4 of 5 vicious power bombs

Corey Graves for years in developmental was called a CM Punk rip off with the style and tats. Corey Graves in NXT doesn't resemble Sterling James Keenan from the indies lets just say Imagine that you have a new champion in a 3 or 4 way match and the former champ gets pinned. What a novel concept WWE
-
Corey Graves calling Becky Lynch a phony is rather ironic.
-
Cool to see that Solomon Crowe is finally debuting next week
-
Yeah that was a real spot fest and unfortunately when you miss a spot or botch a move it completely falls apart. Didn't really do anything that make me interested in Blake and Murphy. Hopefully against a traditional team they can work better
-
Maybe this is too old school of a thinking but the idea of a heel having woman coming out of the crowd doesn't seem right. I guess it worked for Rick Rude Funny how the crowd actually booed Corbin getting the win before they got to see the chair shot. As far as DQ matches it was pretty dull but didn't expect more in terms of brawling

Granted I have followed much of Fale but watching Okada feuding with him is like watching Randy Orton trying to feud with David Otunga. And no I am not compared Orton to Okada because that is almost heresy in some places it was more of a placement on the company. Anyway I don't care if you took 2 or 3 months of Otunga getting over I still look at and see complete bullshit. To me a Tama Tonga vs Okada feud is more realistic As a complete newbie to New Japan can someone explain the fascination with Taguchi. He seems like a comedy guy most of the times I see him. He plays face in peril well but 90% of his offense is hitting guys with his ass.

Does anyone have a clue why they did a 5 minute "Breaking News" story from Paul Heyman about Brian Williams of NBC News telling a lie on the nightly news? I mean the fact the Heyman, a admitted liar, supported him makes me think they are making fun of him. But for what purpose except that they couldn't figure out how to start a WM Rewind on time? Is there some backstage story between Vince and him
-
I am trying to figure was that from Florida or World Class? I know that Pringle and Rude worked both but didn't know if PYT's worked there. I think it is Florida because they mentioned Gordon Solie and Solie never worked World Class I thought
-
What in the fuck are they doing with Axel? I mean first all who begins a promo telling people not to change the channel and then of course they bury him on commentary even the person who write that promo is yelling in JBL headseat to bury him.
-
Have you had RAW on mute for the last 14 months if you just noticed it I am not sure if it is sad or funny that the one person most responsible for getting Roman Reigns over until WM isn't actually Roman Reigns but Daniel Bryan. Of course I say this and Rollins probably beats Bryan clean as hell.
-
The worse part of this whole announcement is that we go another damn Big Show vs Roman Reigns match that sucked on Smackdown. And then loses?
-
I know this is a WWE Network thread but if you are really excited about Global they are still showing them on ESPN Classic. Not as much as before and god only knows the order shown.

Comments that don't warrant a thread - Part 3

I am trying to figure out where that ring was in the Lawler match. Looks like it was in the upper deck area because if the ropes would have broke or someone went over top they would fall about 40 feet to their death. Like it was a scaffold match where the ring was on the scaffold -
I saw that the Bruise Brothers clip from Mid South and I got giddy because I didn't know they work there but it looks like only one half with Porkchop Cash. I couldn't tell who the other guy was because he looked way too big for Norvelle Austin I think. Hell they even have a PYT Express segment from World Class on there.
