To me in the triple threat it was clear that it was just supposed to keep Lee from pinning Seth. You can make the case for the 2nd match, but given Orton's hurry to pin Rollins, it was clear that Lee's finisher was more effective.

Orton didn't have two virtual wins over Lee, though. At the triple threat, the one pinned was Seth, which makes it clear that the kill move was Lee's, not the RKO. Yesterday, Lee took an RKO but there was no indication he was going to lose. IMO what's grating is not those DQ finishes, but the fact that he's not getting much to do outside those matches.
