  1. ANDRADE VS BLACK YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHH INJECT IT INTO MY VEINS
  2. I never expected Face Miz to get over like this. He's constantly evolving, fellas.
  3. Huh, 5 minutes in and the SD crowd is miles above the Raw one. Let's see how they greet the NXT fellas.
  4. Since we are here, I think it is also relevant to bring Aleister's appeal and how it could lead to him being super over. Is he a good wrestler? Yes, absolutely. That sure as hell counts. Would he get tons of screaming fangirls upon his debut on Lafayette, one of the worst possible crowds, if he weren't handsome? Doubt it. I mean, the tattooed, brooding look alone would be in many people's graces, but then you have a tall, good looking dude who has a nice voice, and people are undoubtedly going to be fawning over him. Similarly, I think Ricochet is also getting over due to being very good looking with gnarly abs, in addition to his batshit insane athleticism.
  5. He made his main roster debut not even 6 months ago. I mean, he just isn't in the radar because people are fawning over the possibility of Kofi winning the big one. Also, as far as we know, he still isn't cleared. It's not a gloom and doom situation for him. I doubt he would even get a WM match if he were healthy, and EC would be the performance that propped him up for good, but it would end there. With Kofi taking his place we had a career defining performance, aided by the crowd support that only a select few would get. Like, there are still many good options for Ali. He could go up against Orton, or against an US Champ Andrade at WM. It's not so bad for a guy who just started making noise.
  6. Hey, one of the first things Kofi said after getting that close to winning the WWE Title was saying how he felt he couldn't let Ali down, due to the position he was in. But Ali is going to be alright, bubbas. His injury is minor, but had the worst timing for him. He'll be back to bump like a maniac in no time.
  7. Wasn't the cage segment like five years ago? Wyatt's number of actually good singes matches is way too low for a guy touted by many to be a star and his promos are sub-Taskmaster levels for someone considered to be a killer on the mic. I'm usually more positive than most, but Wyatt has been trying my patience for years and years now. His role as Matt Hardy's tag partner was fun because he wasn't the leader, and so was his tag run with Orton, but that's it. He's zilch as a singles guy, and the fact that Orton got cheered when he set Wyatt's shack on fire just shows how much sympathy he can garner as a face. I'd rather have Ali or Joe or Jeff or Almas or Orton or Cesaro or Sheamus or Harper or Black or Ricochet or AJ or Kofi or Big E or Xavier Woods.
  8. Bray is by far the least appealing contender. He just sucks. His promos are bad, his look is horrendous, and his in-ring is boring as shit. Yeah please, go on to talk your nonsensical emo 13 year old promos while Bryan does you better than you do you. Fucking riveting. Orton was right when he sandbagged the shit out of him at Wrestlemania two years ago. Harper deserved better.
  9. It's not like Lacey doesn't have potential, but she's way too green. She was actually developing nicely in NXT, both in-ring and in her gimmick. Throwing her out to the lions on the main roster this early is not good. At least Carmella had more time to develop and was involved in some good feuds before winning the title. Nowadays she's awesome, but not because they just threw her out there on a title match.
  10. Lafayette was ALL IN for a Becky appearance. That fucking crowd....
  11. Oh, Black is getting over huge. Tall, handsome, tattooed with a cool aesthetic who can do kewl shit? Hell yes.
  12. Boss n Hug vs Sky Pirates when
  13. Ciampa's theme is awful. What the fuck is CFO$ doing?
  14. He's a made man. Holy shit that was fun.
  15. 2 minutes in and Ricochet gets his name chanted. It's alright, guys.
  16. HOLY SHIT GIMME RICOCHET VS LIO RUSH
  17. Thanks, bubba. I'll never not have material to work with, which is good and bad. Also, props to the guy shouting CAIN VELASQUEZ as soon as the segment ended.
  18. Revival vs DIY sounds like it's going to be dope. Also, Cole was fantastic in that NXT segment. Truly the greatest of all time.
  19. Fun match but I don't wanna see them wrestle each other for at least one year.
  20. I agree. Corbin is a very good heel, but man, having him appear right after him losing his job as Constable was not very smart. Him and Braun are on a time loop. McIntyre had it the worst, though. Lashley at least got a title run, and Drew...
  21. I think Ricochet and Black would get over pretty nicely. Not sure if Ciampa's affair with the title or Gargano's emo side would translate very well from the get-go, though.
  22. FUCK AGAIN STROWMAN VS CORBIN END MY LIFE
  23. I kinda get what's she saying (despite disagreeing with it) and some of the women still get shit, with some criticisms being grossly exaggerated. It's more of the women, specially in the Attitude Era, being treated with contempt by WWE, and that carried over to the audiences. "If management treats them as shit in their angles and whatnot, why should the audience behave any differently" is the feeling I get. Although come on. She's basically retired and is in a comfortable position with the company. Wouldn't expect much more than the corporativist take.
  24. Also: Kofi's attempt at capturing the WWE Title was pretty much universally adored, by fans and his peers. However, there was one dissonant voice, salty about him being there. Lana. Honestly, no wonder Rusev can't have a big break. When you have one integral part to your act openly going against everything management is doing, you are going to get heat. Saying shit like Ronda can't draw ratings and isn't a game changer, and that Rusev deserved the Elimination Chamber spot over Kofi, no matter how true those statements are or not, are just... bad. Specially for him.
